There is a sign posted outside the door, listing hours that staff will be there. They also list the lunch hours that staff will not be there from 1 to 2 pm. I'm looking for a gym, and live remotely. I drove 35 minutes one way to get there at noon, just to find out that staff went to lunch that day AT NOON, rather then the posted hours. You wasted my time, and cost yourselves 3 memberships. I wouldn't bother with them if I was you

Poor management and upkeep. There aren’t many pieces of equipment but, most of the equipment that they do have is damaged and/or outdated. Also, they don't tell you this upfront when you start your membership: Their payment/membership system is set up through a third-party company whose employees hardly speak English. If you attempt to cancel before two years, they will try to make you pay $200 for a cancellation fee and they’ll threaten to send you to collections if you just stop paying. (They can’t) They ask for a reason for leaving and if you say that you’re moving they won’t even attempt to cancel it unless you give them some sort of proof of new address. Specifically they will ask for your ID. My best advice is to not get a membership here.

Great small town gym has everything you need. Stand up tanning & infrared sauna included with an affordable membership. Late afternoons / early evenings can get a bit crowded. Classes range from yoga, refit, & boxing. It's a great gym for someone who is considering starting a fitness journey or even a seasoned gym goer can find the right equipment here.

I’ve used gyms all across the country. What makes Flex Fitness in Paris unique is the accessibility and personal service of the managers and employees. All the equipment and classes you need to train yourself is easily accessible. The manager is very approachable and easy to talk too. The integrity of the members is also extraordinary. I’ve noticed a few times that if someone leaves their keys or some valuable item in the gym, it’s there when they come back, even if it’s been a day or two. Members often interact to help each other without getting in the way. Great people here all around. I really appreciate everyone here.

I’ve been a member of Flex since 2014. Super awesome atmosphere, and quality equipment. The convenience of childcare is a valuable extra for parents. Justin, the gym manager, is professional & always there to answer questions. Love this place.

I love this gym. Only recently became a member and i do love it. Everyone leaves you alone unless you ask for help. Staff is friendly and helpful prices are pretty decent. I do wish they offered all day daycare and daycare on friday satirday and sunday. Otherwise i enjoy every experience!

They also have a recurring yearly maintenance fee which no other gym I've been to does.

Clean , fairly decent equipment for your basic cardio and fitness. Good tanning beds and two of them. Two separate mostly clean facilities as far as I can tell from mens, and shower available. Building is a little small and if more than just a few ppl there at a time, it can get crowded feeling.
