I can say with 100% confidence that this has been my favorite gym of all time. I have seen my fair share of gyms, and nothing comes close. Forged has every piece of equipment you need to hit any muscle group, and it is never crowded like big chain gyms. It’s also a very safe and judgment-free place. Joe and Whitney do a great job of running and maintaining the place, and they will get back to you over Facebook or text if you ever have questions/concerns. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to move to Knoxville recently for work, so I miss The Forge like crazy. I hope it‘s thriving!!

Great gym for working out and keeping active. Has everything you need for your workout.
The new owner is super chill and since there’s no checking in, I was able to get in and out during lunch or before work.
Definitely recommend this gym.
