Great studio, all the teachers are wonderful, talented, and kind. They correct your form to make sure you’re getting the correct muscles in alignment and the best out of your workout. I took class with Whitney this morning and was so impressed by her knowledge and clarity. The flow moved efficiently and I felt like I worked hard without feeling rushed. I really loved that she explained the why to certain spring tensions or positioning. It’s becoming more and more rare to get this type of education while taking a group class. She was also very friendly and welcoming. She asked me about injuries as soon as I checked in too, which was nice because I’m struggling with frozen shoulder and it’s was nice to just be able to disclose that so she wasn’t wondering why I was modifying one arm. I’d highly recommend trying Whitney’s classes!

Frame is great! Nothing but good things to say! I continue to have great experiences each time… The Sunday classes With Mar are awesome! Challenging and fun but she’s not overtly intense in the way she runs the classes unlike some other instructors … Not loud but still leads the classes with challenging exercises ! I always feel like I’m being worked! The environment she sets is great and a reason why I love the Sunday classes… She treats everyone with respect and is very friendly! Great with explanation, demonstration and technique on how to execute and when I inevitably make some error she kindly corrects me…
And she’s good on aux!

The Pilates journey at Frame has been remarkable. After a few months, significant improvements in core strength, flexibility, and posture have been noticed. Love this place (miss Pam so much she’s my favorite), but there’s no efficient way of contacting them. I’ve been very sick and thought it was for the best to not come to class for the sake of other people. No answer. I also didn’t get a chance to use all my credits from last month due to travel and circumstances, and they didn’t carry over. The price for these classes are high, so they all matter to me.

My favorite pilates studio in Nashville! I adore Frame and always get a great workout. I truly look forward to class and coming into the studio is one of the best parts of my day. Stephanie, Amber, and Mar are fantastic intructors but you can’t go wrong with any of the staff! Also a bonus - I have never once stressed about parking and for a workout in Nashville that is rare! I can’t recommend Frame enough :)

I absolutely love Frame! Every class is fun and challenging—there’s never a moment I feel like I’m just going through the motions. I’ve taken other Pilates classes where I left thinking I needed more of a workout, but that’s never the case here. Additionally, I’ve struggled with back and hip pain for years, and building a stronger core at Frame has completely changed that. Stephanie and her team are the best, and the studio is gorgeous!

I cannot say enough positive things about Frame Pilates! I had never done pilates before a year and a half ago, and it's a regular part of my life now. I started by doing private sessions with Stephanie so I could become familiar with the reformer, common moves and to build stamina. I started going to group classes ten months ago, along with the private sessions still, and it has changed my entire lifestyle. I feel stronger, sculpted and toned since starting pilates, more than I ever have in my entire life! While Stephanie is my go-to gal, I love all of the instructors at Frame and have had wonderful experiences with all of them! They are great at giving modifications for the harder moves, correcting form, and providing positive encouragement during classes, especially when you think you can't hold that plank five seconds longer!! I promise you won't be disappointed to try a class here!

Great studio that’s welcoming to all levels. Lots of variety between teachers/classes so it’s good to try them all and figure out your favorites. Plenty of classes to fit your schedule - during the week/in the evening/on the weekends. The studio is tidy and clean with super easy parking (which is a huge bonus)! I’ve been going to pilates off and on for over a year, and out of all the places I've tried, this one is the one I came back to and will stay here going forward. The package and membership prices are really reasonable, too!

Frame is such a great studio! The space is fresh and clean and the equipment is always in great shape. I really enjoy Mar’s classes, but I’ve taken class from most of the instructors and they’ve all been wonderful. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, they do a great job modifying and accommodating. Definitely recommend this studio!

I’ve been attending classes at Frame for a while now, and I can’t recommend it enough! The classes are challenging and push me to my limits, but in the best way possible. The instructors I have met (Mar/Amber/Stephanie) are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always offer modifications to ensure you get the most out of every session. Each class is well-structured, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating and I always look forward to my next class at Frame.

This workout is the best pilates work out I've had. It's like the combination of strength training and pilates and has completely changed my body, posture and the way I feel. In other pilates workouts, I haven't known if the work was making a difference- at Frame, I see the results. Pleasantly surprised with my new workout regimen.

This studio is awesome! They offer classical options for the purists and more athletic classes if you want something more contemporary. I love the AAA class! They offer a diverse range of instructors and most importantly…class availability and time options. After a decade of doing Pilates I can say that so many studios offer weekend class options…with inconsistent reliability. This studio religiously honors their commitment to the class slots…whether it’s one or eight people signed up. The Sunday classes are a big plus in my opinion. There are very few studios that offer this option (aside from the Pilates chain studios 🫣). Also, the parking and ease of access are wonderful. These days it’s harder and harder to find anywhere in Nashville where you can just zip in and out without paying to park, circling for 10 min, or having to walk 1/2 a mile. If you’re running right up to the class start time you don’t have to worry about building in 15 min of “find a parking space” time. You can arrive 2 min ahead of class and not worry about it. The teachers are great and maintain regular schedules so if you like a certain teacher you have multiple options.

She took the time to really listen when I discussed a prior injury that I have to be mindful of while exercising. Her classes are challenging yet inclusive because she offers modifications and communicates proper form well.
