Two years later we still find great value in driving from out of State to train here. The girls are growing so beautifully surrounded by friends and loving coaches. It’s never too late to invest in your child’s confidence, strength, and beauty. If given the chance to go back in time, I wouldn’t change a thing. Gaby’s is exactly what we need.

I chose Gaby’s Gymnastics School for my girls after extensive research. We drive from out of state nearly 100 miles one way to train here. I love the safe nurturing environment and the children ask me every time after class how soon we can come back.
I want the best for my children and their peers. I believe that healthy habits, team work and strong work ethics will benefit our children for many years to come regardless of the career path they choose. There is plenty to learn at Gaby’s Gymnastics School for all level athletes! A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for encouraging all gymnasts to discover their super powers!

Love this gym! My daughter was enrolled in the preschool classes on Saturdays and she loved it. She enjoyed every second she was there. All the teachers were so attentive and caring of her. Would recommend anyone in the area to check Gabys and enroll their kids at any level for fun and an enjoyable experience.

I have been taking the adult gymnastics classes at Gaby's for 5 years. There are all skill levels in attendance, from little to no experience to high level athletes working on honing their skills. It's easy to feel like a kid again warming up on the spring floor and learning new skills. I especially find value in the dynamic stretching portion of the class. The most rewarding part of the class is learning a new movement, practicing each week, and seeing results.
What keeps me coming back every week is the hands-on coaching and attention to detail from Coach Cora. She uses 30 years of gymnastics experience to adjust our techniques towards improving our skills. Highly, highly recommend Gaby's Gymnastics for the expertise, sense of community, and a ton of fun!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this gym. My son had just turned three years old last month and we decided to try it out while understanding that it might not be for him.I had to hold my tongue walking out of there. I watched and recorded as my son was ignored for a portion at the beginning of the lesson, he’s three and it was his very first gymnastics class. Pretty disappointed.

In addition to this the kids were directed to sit down on the mat, for this being my son’s first time in a colorful kid filled gym he wandered from the mat a bit. I taught kids in general ed, special ed, and the arts for 5+ years and I understand the difficulties and patience you have to have with little ones but what happened after was not okay. The lead teacher pulled him to the side quickly and got very mad at him. She then proceeded to ask him over and over again “what’s your name, kid!?” When you ask a small child what their name is without giving them the space to process what you just asked you’re not going to get a response. I interjected and said that’s my son and this is his name… it’s his first class. She came over to me and said “is this his first time really doing anything!?” I was a little shocked by the way this question was asked, while understanding what she was asking. I’m a huge believer that encouragement and discipline can and should go hand in hand but all I saw was discipline and lots of shouting to “STOP!!!” Or “NO!” there were moments that the teacher pulled back and did okay in her instruction but over all the negatives were heavy!

She tried to be patient with my son while understanding it was his first gymnastics class, but I watched as she very easily lost her temper with him multiple times. I was shocked. He sobbed. I let them know I was appreciative of their efforts but honestly a HUGE let down considering. My son is slightly delayed, he’s an only child and this was a very big step for him - he did not feel welcomed, nor did I. He sobbed on his way out the door afterwards and it took nearly five minutes to calm him down. Not from missing the space he had been crying since the last thing he did on the mat trying every now and then to sooth himself. I had never seen or experienced him so upset.

We will not be doing service with this gym, I hope others have a more positive experience than we had. The front desk basically told us to not come back! “It might be better to try in about five months or so.” Very unpleased with the situation.

My daughter loves coming to Gaby’s Gymnastics, she enjoys learning from all the coches. We love the environment and the training they give her. She loved doing her first exhibition. My daughter LOVES going to Gaby's Gym. The team there really works in the best and individual interest of each student. They are nurturing yet they challenge their students to try their very best and it shows in the demeanor of my daughter. The summer camps are AMAZING and Gaby, Cora, and Polly go above and beyond with each child as they encourage self-discipline as well as good citizenship. Being a team member is obviously not only encouraged within their interactions but also expected. I can see a change in my daughter's confidence level after each session.
So, I highly recommend Gaby's Gym if you want to bring out the best in your child. I also appreciate the diversity of population and clean, comfortable environment. It is truly a quality gymnastics practice.

We scheduled a private lesson for two adults with Cora Bagoli. She also offers an adult class every Tuesday that is cheaper than the private lesson. She is an amazing athlete and a patient teacher, which was perfect for me becuase I have absolutely zero gymnastics expierience. My girlfriend and I practice Yoga on a near daily basis, and I find this class to be a perfect supplement in my weekly routine. We did a fairly intense warm up that took about 20-30 minutes, then worked on handstands and cartwheels, before hopping on the beam, which was fun (and difficult!). If you are looking to gain strength, mobility, and balance while learning practical movements for your life, this class is for you.

We held my son's 7th birthday party there this weekend. It was our first experience at Gaby's, and it was very positive. They have a great set up for parties. We had 10 kids come, and they had an hour gymnastics lesson/playing with certified coaches, then we had 45 minutes in the party area upstairs. This area looks down onto the gym, so we could see what the kids were doing the whole time. The Gaby's staff had set up the tables well and put out balloons, so it was a festive space. It seemed that all the kids had a great time. There was plenty of space upstairs for us to lay out the food and for all the kids and even several parents to sit and eat. My son was delighted with the party and very happy with the trophy they gave him. I would highly recommend Gaby's as a birthday party venue.

My daughter started gymnastics at Gaby's gym several years ago. Right away we felt the love and attention the coaches and Gaby provide the children is authentic and intentional. We started attending the week long summer camp and my daughter said it was the BEST camp she had ever been to! So we were heartbroken when we had to move to Indiana this past year. My daughter has grown tremendously not only in her gymnastics skills but her confidence has increased ten fold!
I still can’t believe all she has learned in a year. She loves coming to class and the summer camps too.

I've been taking private lessons at Gaby's Gymnastics and have loved it! Cora has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is great at communicating how to make improvements. Furthermore, she is enthusiastic, encouraging, super sweet, but also knows when to crack the whip and really challenge you. Our kindergartener spends 45 minutes here each class wearing the biggest smile ever. It is SO. MUCH. FUN. The coaches really seem to understand how to get little kids' attention and keep them focused and engaged as they move through the activities. Our child is learning a ton and really developing gross motor skills. AND.... Gaby's does birthday parties, which are a hundred times better than having kids run around an indoor play area like wild banshees and picking on each other. As parents in the viewing gallery, we're frankly jealous that we never got to do something like this as kids. WOW. Love it!

I've been doing gymnastics at Gaby's since I was 3 years old and this year I will be graduating from high shool!! Doing gymnastics here has been a great learning experience. I've learned so many lessons not only in gymnastics but in life as well. I've also gained close, life long friends that I hope to keep forever! Gaby's Gym Rocks!!! I love it! My daughter started with Ms Gaby and her Amazing Instructors, when she was 4 years old, now 8 years old. My daughter has flourished! She left her regular schedule of practice to study 4 disciplines of dance at an elite dance academy, to our surprise the dance studio connected with the best for tumbling training, you guess it Gaby's gym!

As a mother (who is addicted to excellent manners and learning)and a business owner, I can respect everything that Mrs Gaby and her instructors teach. Life lessons, excellent gymnastic skills in a healthy competitive environment. At this gym, the care about the complete athlete. The training prices are better then any gym in Middle Tennessee , with a special personal touch of love, training and development. There is no other gymnastic school or gym with an ELITE world gymnast!!

My daughter has been going to Gabby's for a couple of months now arnd the results have been fantastic. At first she didn't pay attention to what was going on and was lost on a lot of the exercises. They took a special interest into my daughter and helped her along the way and the results have been incredible.
