I can’t recommend Maddie enough! She’s so knowledgeable and specific in her training programs. I can tell she puts in the time and effort to figure out my needs and goals. I appreciate the mix of strength and mobility she incorporates into her programming. I’ve learned so much from Maddie and feel more confident in my fitness journey thanks to her!

Maddie has been training me for over 12 weeks now and it feels like the blink of an eye. Not only are her workouts fun, engaging, and focused on skill-building but it’s clear Maddie is experienced in pairing movements and planning workouts that strengthen key muscles (no random movements or awkward programming).
Maddie as a person is kind and down to earth, creates a judgment free zone, and works to help her clients make excerise part of their daily routine. I didn’t use to describe myself as someone who was into fitness and a regular at the gym… but I am now.
Lastly, Maddie always prioritizes safety and proper form. She encourages me to listen to my body’s needs to keep me from hurting myself but also to challenge me when the weights are too easy (which happens a lot) 😂
I really appreciate Maddie working to make my workouts centered around my goals and wishes, it’s never about looking a certain way or being a certain size, it’s always about gaining a new skill like pull ups or strengthening my body to be able to live a healthy life.

Awesome trainer. Have done both in person and online and she kills it! She creates programs for YOU and what your focuses are. Look no further if you want to up your fitness level! She’s a great motivator and pushes you every single rep. Also makes sure you’re doing the lifts properly. Can definitely tell safety and form are a top priority for her. Great experience!
