Demanding and Rude. Does not call you but sends emails on Saturday demanding something be done right then. Rude to our staff so decision was made to let go as a client. Then takes 1 star reviews to internet like a child with false information. Be very careful dealing with this business.

I have known Jeannie for a few years now and the business practices here are top tier! I have been working out with one of the trainers, Jackie, for 6 weeks now and I tell you what, she is phenomenal!!! I have struggled with weight my entire life. I had PCOS for years and it caused me to gain 60lbs in 6 months. It destroyed my self confidence. After having my daughter in 2019, my body was reset and the PCOS went into remission, but unfortunately the weight needs to still he worked off. I got back into the gym religiously in 2023 and managed to lose 23lbs before I tore my meniscus. It devastated me because I couldn't work out the way I wanted to anymore. I thought my journey was over. I gained back 13 of the 23lbs I lost from August 2023 to April 2024. I started working out with Jackie and she reassured me she was injury conscious and would take my history into account. I could not be more pleased. Her attention to detail is superb. She makes me feel strong, seen, and like I can still surpass my limits, even with old injuries. She will place her hand, very lightly on my knee while I'm doing exercises to make sure it is stable, she checks in a lot, she also challenges me to not only respect my body but to trust in it again. She is highly qualified, knowledgeable, compassionate, and will push you just the right amount so you grow. Without implementing any of the dietary changes, just from seeing her 1x/week for 4 weeks and now 2x/week, for a total of 6 weeks, I've already lost 3.5lbs of fat and gained 2.2lbs of muscle. But I tell you what, I'm also able to run around with my 4 year old a bit more. I'm able to sing my heart out to my music and I can hold notes without getting winded. THOSE are the things that really matter!

Working with Jeannie at Go Beyond Fitness has been great. All of my workouts are designed for me and my needs. Jeannie helpes motivate me on lazy days and works around my hectic life schedule. She is passionate about helping me reach my goals and she's a ton of fun. On top of that, I actually enjoy working out and I feel better than ever!

My legs are currently noodles, but Jeannie promised she'd help me with my balance and poor leg strength- so yay!
I also got to tackle some new exercises that I struggled with, but she helped me figure out how to do them in a way that worked well for me. So I gained confidence and noodle legs. 10/10 would recommend. ☺️

I love Jeannie!! She is so passionate about what she does. That makes her sessions fun and the results come quick! She’s helped me with my strength, posture, form, and nutrition. Jeannie has made me feel strong and beautiful while I'm working towards my goals! I have never felt so safe and heard (regular gyms are hard for me). She pushes when I need it and never makes me feel bad when my body doesn't work like hers does. I have struggled with my "mom-bod" for years... she is COMPLETELY in tune with how far she can push me without crushing my soul! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I've gotten great results working with Jeannie. Not only have I gotten stronger but Jeannie was also able to improve imbalances in my body due to years of compensating for knee and back issues. Between nutrition and fitness she's one of the most knowledgeable trainers I've ever worked with. And I was glad that I didn't have to join a gym, which makes the cost of working with Jeannie a bargain.
