Didn’t want to leave a conflicted review because initially it was a great gym to say the least, the equipment checked every box and never really had an issue until I cancelled my membership and found out after almost 3 months that they were still charging me every two weeks for my membership. I reached out to management and was sent in multiple dead ends and ended up getting charged for yet another full month of a gym membership I didn’t use for a total of almost four months at this point. I again called management at the facility and was told to come in in-person to finalize my cancellation and get my refund. Instead of getting a refund I was told after getting a snarky smile that they would not be giving me a refund but would “waive my cancellation fee” (as if they were moving mountains on my behalf by not continuing to charge me) overall the equipment and fellow gym goers are great, if you wanna check out the gym do so but these keep in mind these people will have access to your payment info and do not make cancelling your membership an easy task. In my experience tread carefully.

I’m contemplating changing gyms due to the distance of my current one. This one is significantly closer so here I am.

Customer Service: Upon arrival I was greeted with looks of confusion. I’m assuming they are not used to getting a lot of new members but that’s besides the fact. After that he proceeded to ask me if I have real shoes because I had my slides on. Good question wrong delivery. Next time say “We have a policy that states that you must have sneakers or closed toes she’s in the gym.” Understandable. His approach came off as rude. I almost walked out and came back at a different time. After coming back I requested a tour due to this being my first time at the gym and he showed me around. Sadly he didn’t say anything about the memberships which would have been nice but I’ll just come back at a different time for that information. That to me is a prime example of why it seems like the gym is struggling.

Cleanliness: 0 out of 10. I was working out and my water bottle left some water on the floor and a roach came out for a sip. Ewww 😷It seems like they leave it up to the people who workout here to clean and we all know how that goes.

Perks: I love their class options. I was looking for a place that offers group classes and they do. They also offer Barre which is a super plus because I just cancelled my Pure Barre membership. I’ll check back later to see if they actually keep their schedule or not.

Esthetics: This place is not esthetically pleasing at all. As a content creator esthetics is very important and they just don’t have it here. The lighting is bad. The place is unorganized. It’s dingy. I also wish there were more mirrors but that’s a personal preference.

Final Thoughts: I’m not sure how I feel about this place. I’m going to revisit during the day for more information but it’s not looking too good. Feel free to check them out at your own risk.

A friend recommended it since you can take your kiddos while you get a workout. I got online and get a free guest pass. A few days go by until I’m finally able to go, so I call (6:45 am) to make sure I can use the pass BOTH for a yoga class and to have my toddler in the kids area. I’m told YES, you need a member pass to use the kids area but I have the free one so we’re good. I even check availability for the said class, it’s all good. And before hanging up I apologize for insisting oh that, but I need to make sure my baby cannot stay in the kids area so I can check the class out.
Okay, we head out with plenty of time because I want to make sure my LO is comfortable before the class begins. We get there and the person in the front desk says no, I cannot use the kids area because I don’t have a membership. Apparently there’s a waiver that only member can sign and I cannot do it with the members pass. She adds “you are free to take the class but your baby cannot stay in the kids area” …oh cool so let me leave her alone in the car.
Ridiculous, a waste of my time and I just never understand what’s happening in a business when one staff says one thing and another says the opposite.

They are not caring for this place.. The bathrooms are sooo bad. It takes weeks for them to fix a toilet while it's still leaking.
Machines break all the time and it takes months for them to fix it.

They find every excuse to close. While planet fitness is still open. Weird but ok..
This place needs new management, it is not being looked after. They are letting it go.

Do not workout here! I joined a membership and cancelled here and they sent me to collections. 6 months later I have 400 dollars trying to be collected and threatening of losing my credit. Not only that but I bought their premium membership and their tanning bed was broken, their sauna doesn’t work, and the don’t have a pool like their website says. I have a lawyer about to sue them for this exact case.
