Grit is such a positive environment, with encouraging instructors and a real sense of community. It keeps me motivated and excited to come back for more!! My favorite class is Les Mills BodyAttack but I have also loved BodyPump and Shapes. Instructors will meet you where you are with plenty of options, so there’s a workout for everybody at Grit!

I have loved taking fitness classes at Grit Group Fitness! The facilities are clean and well maintained, with a well lit fitness area and mirrors. The instructors are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and the Owner Melissa is fantastic! There are two bathrooms, as well as drinking water available. If you’re looking for a place to workout in a group setting with no pressure or judgement, this is the place for you!

I really do like this place. They have very nice equipment, all new. The space is clean and easy to navigate and I like how everything is laid out for you when you arrive depending on which class you signed up for. I have taken 3 different classes there and like them all. I like the fact that they have so many classes to choose from . All the instructors are super helpful. All around a positive experience! Check it out.

I’m a Body Pump girlie (great class for runners) & recently took my first Body Balance class with Melissa. After class my Garmin said my stress level was 7. Out of 100! In 2025! The class wasn’t too technical, you can do it & get all the benefits without being a yoga master.

Big fan of these instructors and this studio. The owner’s fitness experience really shows in her selection of classes and instructors, time slots, and the range of high quality classes. Boutique flavor and personal attention. I’m a BodyPump person, but there is something for everyone - yoga, dance cardio, stretch bands, etc.

I just did my first FREE class at GRIT!!!! They have all FREE classes THIS WEEK!!! The instructors are professional- give really clear instructions- give multiple ways to modify or to INTENSIFY each move!!!!
The whole group is so positive and working on just working hard. I love that it is just normal people getting stronger and healthier!!!
I’m coming back all week!!!
