I had my very first work out class ever today. I did the 8:30am-9:00am & 9:00am-9:30am classes. Light morning workouts to set the tone for the day and very beginner friendly! Hana is great and can work around what you need so you feel good and don’t put unnecessary stress on your body!

I am currently a client at HC fitness and training. I have been to other gyms and talked with other trainers in the past but I can honestly say this one is different. Hana really takes her time to give you a plan what will work for you and aligns with your goals. She stays with you every step of the way wether its checking in on meals, step counts, taking progress pictures, making sure you're liking the progress etc.
I highly recommend Hc Fitness and Training!

Hana is an incredible trainer! She has given me so much wonderful nutrition advice and gave me clear direction as to how to improve my fitness goals further. Not only did she do that, but she did it with such passion and compassion. Hana is so great at being relational and still have those professional boundaries. Hana has been amazing and so knowledgeable at what she does! She makes her fitness classes so fun. She checks in on you on days you aren’t in the gym, makes sure you’re eating correctly and stays on top of you when you need it, which that’s what I need. Going to Hana has changed my lifestyle and so thankful for her and all she does.

Hana is a great trainer! She is knowledgeable, corrects you but doesn’t make you feel dumb, she is encouraging and supportive. She helps YOU reach YOUR goals, she doesn’t make them for you. She also checks in on you not only physically but mentally! And most importantly she helps hold you accountable ❤️

Had a couple of small group sessions with Hana and both were great! There were a mix of women of all ages in the class and the workouts she had everyone do were a good choice for a full body workout. She even had modifications for those of us that struggled in some areas.
I am not good with the whole gym setting as that is way out of my comfort zone, but I thoroughly enjoyed these small classes she has had. Looking forward in doing more.
If you are considering in getting a personal trainer or wanting to do small group classes then get in contact with Hana. You will not be disappointed.

Hana is amazing and so knowledgeable at what she does! She makes her fitness classes so fun and interactive, while burning all the right muscle groups! What I love most is how attentive she is during the session because she wants to make sure you are doing all your workouts with the correct form and she will also provide you with alternatives if you are unable to fully complete them!!

Had my first group class with Hana today and she was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great location and her gym space was well outfitted and clean. The workout was tough but doable and the time flew by! I certainly will be going back!!

I have been training with HC Fitness & Training since October 2023. I have always struggled with weight loss, self confidence, and self acceptance. Working with Hana has been motivating and inspiring! She is so knowledgeable about the correct workout and nutrition for any fitness level and health level. Not only has Hana created a great workout program for me but she also counsels me on the best choices for nutrition. Hana puts so much thought and work into her programs that it’s impossible not to succeed if you put in the work. Since working with Hana, I have lost 14 pounds and countless inches. I have gained leaned toned muscle and self confidence to like what I see in the mirror! For anyone looking for a dedicated and passionate trainer I highly suggest HC Fitness & Training! The gym and working out can be so intimidating!! Especially for me, I have struggled with my weight. I avoided the gym, I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and frustrated with what I couldn’t do. This year I decided after having my precious baby that I was ready to make some big changes in my health but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. I am so glad I found Hana! From day one, she has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. She was so kind and supportive of my postpartum journey during my first session I could barely squat, do a push up, or balance myself on one foot. Yes I could barely stand on one foot! Hana was constantly reminding me that it was okay considering I just had a c section she was still giving me high fives, positive words and would modify exercises to meet me where I was at. She has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including healthier food choices I can make. I feel stronger, happier and healthier. She continues to push me and I am doing things I have not done in years like run, jump, and not to brag but I’m pretty much an expert at standing on one foot now. There are still many goals I want to reach, but I feel confident that with my work with Hana I will not only meet them but surpass them. Thank you from a postpartum mom that you gave all my confidence back!

Hana is the most compassionate trainer and human being. She understands that personal training is not a “ one size fits all” and that not everyone is getting a personal trainer to look like a body builder. Hana takes into consideration underlining medical conditions and encourages her clients to have lab work done under certain situations so she can better assist them in their goal gains. She is absolutely the most amazing young lady and so many of us are blessed to have her on our side .
