Braden Hicks has been a personal trainer for me for the past 6 weeks. I am amazed at his wisdom and especially his listening skills. He pays attention to how my body is responding to the training: he takes great care to make decisions and adjustments as we work together. I have significant back issues and am recovering from surgery. His leadership and guidance regarding form and technique, decisions of weight I can bear, when to back off, when to increase have helped me strengthen my movements safely as well as relieve aching and issues. Braden is compassionate yet challenges me to greater strengthening. He effectively encourages me to improve my posture in everyday life tasks, and his nutrition counseling has improved my nutrition and protein intake. I highly recommend Braden and his training and nutrition expertise.

I met Braden through a gym he was previously at. I enjoyed his technique and thorough explanation of things, sadly it wasn't in the budget at the time. However, when he started his own business a few months later he remembered me and contacted me to tell me about it. He knew all about the mental and physical health journey I was on. I have been to other gyms and personal trainers in Knoxville and Maryville, and no one has been quite so attentive and accommodating as Braden has. Not only is he physically fit himself, but he is educated and actually has knowledge behind what he is having you train. He explains this during your sessions. He also is pretty much always available to you for advice and checks in on you in between sessions. He also is a great Faith based conversationalist which I appreciate. Braden asks you what your goals are and tailors your training to that. He doesn't do anything or make you do anything outside of that. Frankie's is a comfortable, safe and clean environment, and in this economy Braden's training is quite affordable. I'm looking forward to continuing my training with him and seeing myself become the better version of me. Thanks Braden.

If you’re looking for a PT, Braden Hicks is the way to go! He was recommended to me by the owner of my local gym, Frankies Body Shop. I’ve only been working with him for a few weeks and I’m already seeing major visible improvements in my body and my strength. He’s super knowledgeable about how to target specific muscle groups to maximize the results of your workout, and he is a master of teaching proper technique and form. He’s motivating, encouraging, and pushes me further than I could ever push myself on my own. Cannot recommend him enough! Best decision I’ve ever made for my health + fitness journey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Braden meets you where you are and then presses you to build success. I love the way he emphasizes form and functional mobility. He saw me struggling to complete a diamond push-up and immediately found a higher surface for me to complete the exercise with success and good form.
