I LOVE this yoga studio! I live only 5 min away and I have been twice. Each time has been a wonderful experience. I did the candlelight yoga tonight and Chris was wonderful! I left so uplifted, centered and rejuvenated. It truly is an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you all for creating that safe space for movement, community and inner connection. <3

Hola Yoga Studio is such a warm and inviting space. You feel the calm the moment you walk in. I especially love that they offer complimentary tea before the Yin class. It’s such a thoughtful and grounding touch. The instructors are present, relatable, and create a really welcoming environment for all levels. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to coming back!

Hola Yoga is a beautiful studio with great classes. Unfortunately, I had a situation come up where I was unknowingly charged for months without any notice for a membership that I thought was on pause while going through pregnancy and postpartum with my first child.

Despite explaining the situation, the studio gave me no refund and took no responsibility for the lack of communication, referring me to the contract that I signed over 6 months ago. After multiple back and forth emails, they offered me nothing besides cancelling my membership moving forward.

That kind of treatment felt like I was communicating with a corporation where I am just a number to them, rather than an actual member of their community.

The reason I joined the studio in the first place was because I love the small yoga community environments that are built around real relationships and caring for each other. This apparently is not the case here. It’s really disappointing and I don’t see how I would want to go back.

TLDR: I signed up for yoga therapy, and I am impressed, satisfied, and feel better after two just two sessions with Khrys. Great value.

For context, I am very inexperienced in yoga and yoga therapy for that matter. I wanted to try yoga therapy because I have been interested in yoga and also wanted to improve my overall well being.

Before my sessions at Hola Yoga, I have had a total of 2 yoga sessions led by an instructor. I was constantly looking around and trying to get the poses right. With Khrys, there's no rushing or falling behind and theres time to learn the basics.

What to expect: Khrys will learn about you and cater a specialized practice with you to move you towards your goals. It may sound like physical therapy -- I have done plenty -- but the yoga practice doesn't feel like it.

Value: I spent $150 for three in-person sessions totaling over 3 hours, which I believe was an excellent investment in my well-being, and I don't think I could have done better anywhere else.

Hola is magic ✨ One of my resolutions for 2024 was to slow down. Hola has helped me do just that with their restorative, slow flow and yin classes.

I love the teachers, the community, the variety of classes & also that they have a full schedule of classes throughout the day/week.

Thanks, Hola, for being my safe space ❤️

The Hola community is so special. Not only is the studio beautifully designed, they have the best props (shoutout to the sand mats and bolsters), and the entire staff is truly unmatched. They offer a wide variety of classes, so whether you’re looking to sweat it out during heated vinyasa or looking to slow it down with during cozy restorative, there’s something for everyone.

If you’re looking for a place for connection, self reflection, growth, intuitive movement, and deep rest, this is the place for you 💫

The instructors are motivating yet gentle to your nervous system. I highly recommend attending the restorative, flow &barre, and recently I fell in love with the candlelight heated vinyasa.
Also, the community of ppl attending the classes have great energy. Hola is great for uplifting your mental health and physical health.

I've been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, and I can honestly say Hola Yoga is a top-tier studio. I'm so grateful it's in my new neighborhood. The space is peaceful, welcoming, and well-maintained. The teachers are experienced and thoughtful. The staff is friendly. And, there are a variety of classes on the schedule, so you'll be able to find what you're looking for in a class or try something new.

I really enjoy Riki's Candlelight Heated Vinyasa. If she taught that class every day, I'd probably attend every day. It's a perfect flow for yogis of all levels as she cues several options for each pose (plus, she plays great music). Cacey's classes are wonderful, and she has such a warm, calm energy when she teaches. Olivia is also the best—she used to teach at one of my favorite studios in Austin! Highly recommend, y'all.

This is a very special yoga studio! I have found each and every class to be very inclusive... I feel anyone at any level would feel welcome. The space is cozy... all classes are capped with enough space for all to comfortably practice, and there is so much variety there is something for everyone every day. Some of these classes (I feel) border on a spiritual experience and offer unique opportunities, like slow classes with lots of props (all included), incorporation of tarot, and an amazing meditation class! The passes allow for lots of curious exploration at an affordable price and classes are easily booked through the MindBody app.

I've been attending heated vinyassa classes at Hola Yoga almost daily for the past month. It's a wonderful place with excellent instructors. It's not unbearably hot and at the end of classes, a cool wet eucalyptus washcloth is passed out to each student while we are in shavasana, which is a real treat. I also enjoy the yoga-barre class, and hope these classes can get more slots on the weekly calendar. I appreciate the wall of lockers with easy locks, and enough space in the lobby for people to use them. This is a very popular yoga studio, so making reservations is imperative. Even when classes reach their maximum (36!), it is still comfortable.

Hola is so wonderful for so many reasons. I have never had an instructor who wasn’t wonderful in my 4 years of coming regularly. I love the mix of classes they offer, from restorative to heated power, it’s a great mix. I particularly love going regularly to Alexis’ yoga strength class on Wednesdays at noon. It is so challenging and I’m sore every time (in a good way). Alexis has helped me rebuild my strength postpartum and she takes requests before every class, and does such a great job targeting the requested areas. It has helped me gain strength for my vinyasa practice and helped me connect more with the poses.

Hola Yoga has been my studio for almost a year. In that year, I’ve gained mobility and strength that wasn’t previously safely accessible for me. I particularly love Alexis Jones’ Yoga Strength classes (yoga with a focus on body mechanics and improving practice mentally/physically), Sarah Jane Chapman’s classes (I feel like she’s always personally speaking to me when she speaks—seriously an amazing yoga therapist), Casey Lewis’s classes (wish my schedule let me attend more), and Tyler Murray’s classes. All instructors delve into yoga philosophy in a meaningful way that shows just how much they take this practice seriously. The people who work the desk are all absolutely amazing, and the studio itself is spacious, beautiful, and lacks mirrors which feels revolutionary for some reason. Thanks for reading my novel—I just love this place and its people.

I first heard of Hola through ClassPass and ended up signing up for a 2 week intro package at the studio. I soon found myself consistently adding more credits so that I could attend more classes. Eventually, I signed up for the unlimited monthly pass and have been doing that for multiple years now.

They offer a great mix of class types, as well as times. All of the teachers have their own unique style and personalities which I love. Additionally, I appreciate the diversity of class type and students! The teachers are always respectful of your space and ability levels, offering hands on assistance if you seek it . The studio also always has cute merchandise for sale, as well as workshops and a book club!

The only thing I will note is that while parking is free, it can get tight especially when it is a full class. But, there is plenty of extra parking behind the studio and around the area. Just want to keep that in mind, especially during a busy time.

Overall, I love this studio and always look forward to my time on the matt here.

I took 5 years away from yoga due to hip injury and was nervous coming back to it. After trying 6 studios in Nashville, I tried some classes at Hola and it totally changed my experience and practice of yoga. Not only is their staff kind, considerate, and intentional - their classes are welcome and move at an appropriate pace. I felt like I could really heal and enjoy the workouts for myself, without feeling pressure or overwhelm. 100 percent recommend. It’s the first studio I’ve ever actually purchased a membership to and used because I love it so much.

Truly beautiful space with truly beautiful people! Hola is a welcoming community where literally everyone is welcomed in with a smile. From the abundance of class times and types, to the dynamic and supportive teachers, I have always felt like this studio really caters to everything you could need and more. I have a top tier experience here every time, and I can't wait to try more of their community events like the Book Club.

I had the opportunity to attend a Hola Yoga retreat and had an amazing experience! Khrys (the owner) and Celeste are VERY knowledgable, kind and inclusive yoga teachers. I attended their meditation, gentle yoga, yin and vinyasa classes for the week and loved every one of them. Would highly recommend going to a yoga class at this studio! 10/10, hope to visit Nashville soon :)

I'm a regular student at Hola Yoga and describe it to friends as the studio with impeccable style AND substance, in a way I've never experienced in my 20+ years of practicing yoga. It teaches yoga in the truest sense of the word - asana, as well as the deeper (non-physical) work underneath.

Some of my favorite programming at Hola is its education, via immersive workshops that help take me back to basics. I recently attended Celeste Green's meditation workshop and was handed an education of not only how to simplify and refresh my meditation practice for more clarity - but a lesson in approaching "the practice" of it, as well. I find this to be transformative in my meditation but also, grandiose as it may sound, transformative in my life and work too.

I found this studio about a year and a half ago when I first moved to Nashville and knew hardly anyone. Now through the studio I've found a community where I've made friends and a home while fostering a regular practice and even attended a retreat last summer hosted by one of my favorite teachers Erika Porter. I love the diversity in teachers and styles and how welcoming the studio is. It's perfect for all levels of yogis!

Hola Yoga is for everyone. In my first month of practicing yoga, I started with very little knowledge or experience and have learned so much because the instructors are inclusive, informative and patient. I have felt unwelcome in so many spaces centered around exercise, but at Hola, I feel confident in showing up just as I am. I am so thankful for this community.

I’ve been to many, many yoga studios, had memberships over the years, but never found a studio that quite fit what I wanted/needed.
I started going to Hola every day, the classes are varied enough that they fit into whatever my need for the day is (from muscle building to restorative), the instructors are the best I’ve ever had, the classes are never too crowded, the unlimited plan is fairly priced, and the locals are nice, but also serious about their practice. As a young guy doing yoga, it can feel really intimidating to do a workout in a room full of strangers, most of them women, many of them wondering what a random dude is doing in the middle of their class, but Hola has been really welcoming, which has motivated me even more to stay consistent. I’m coming up on my 100th class since I joined around 6 months ago.
I’m in the best shape of my adult life, it’s made a major positive impact on my mental health, and I’m really just super grateful I found this place.

I started yoga at Hola yoga studio a few months ago after a years-long hiatus of zero movement. If you're like me and are hesitant at your skill or knowledge of yoga, OR if you're an expert yogi, this place is for you. They are the most inclusive studio I've ever been to! The teachers offer plenty of modifications for newbies like me - and speaking of the teachers... every single class I go to is better and better than the one before it. Its like they keep getting better. They offer a nice variety of classes throughout the day from vinyasa, to heated vinyasa, slow flow, yin, power lunch and others as well. It's one studio/room buy its spacious and gentle - comfortable and always clean. Lockers are on site for your convenience and you can rent mats and other accessories if you forget yours. I'm currently 16 classes into the January yoga challenge (21 classes or 1 of each of the 11 types of classes). I know I will continue my practice on a more frequent cadence post-January, because I'm obsessed. Best yoga studio, ever!!!

I had been hopping around yoga studios to see what I've liked best, and Hola Yoga is now the highlight of my day every day. The staff and studio are small yet so inviting and relaxed. You can take your time coming in and out of class and chat with the instructors (who are all very different and great people). The instructors make each class different and keeps me on my toes every week, so I can always expect a new challenge.

The studio is clean and trim, and my favorite part about it is that there are NO MIRRORS! I didn't think I would like that, but that was the selling point of this studio compared to others I've tried out. You can hone in on how your body feels and it cuts out so much distraction. Another huge plus is that there's an actual parking lot. The energy of this studio is so safe and bright, and I definitely recommend this for a drop in or if you're also new to Nashville and need to try out a great yoga studio!

The south is well known for it’s finger licking foods and tunes. However, Hola Yoga manages to also put Nashville on the map for yoga.

Located on the outskirts of downtown, this cozy studio offers a variety of class styles for all levels (including Yin, a hard find these days). The vibe is minimalistic yet warm. Lush greenery climbs the walls with pops of color displayed in local art. It’s a place where you can lay out your mat and feel safe.

As a yoga student of 10 years who’s traveled and practiced all over the United States, it’s a rare find. And as a certified yoga teacher of 7 years, it’s a deep sigh of relief. Relief that good studios with high quality instruction and professional management still exist in this crazy world.

I love Hola!! After doing their 2-week new student special for $25 about 6 months ago, I got an unlimited membership because I couldn’t stay away! I love how open and inclusive the community is. I’ve been practicing yoga for years now but never joined a studio because the ones I went to felt elitist and stuffy and I never found the right fit for me. At Hola, everyone is there for the right reasons and it’s extremely non-judgmental. All ages, skill levels, etc. are welcome. My favorite classes are the heated ones, but there are tons of class options for whatever you need or want. The owner, Khrys, is an amazing teacher, takes the time to get to know her students, and truly cares about the community. All the teachers I’ve encountered there are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I’m so glad and grateful to have Hola right here in East Nashville!

Hola is the best studio in Nashviile, hands down. Where do I begin? First, we'll talk about the space - its so pretty and clean! After every single hot class the staff MOPS the studio floors and every non-heated class the floors are vacuumed!! That kind of cleanliness is unheard of. Beyond just having a great peaceful vibe, Hola's staff is top notch. They are always well informed, everyone knows the plan, the systems and the students by name. The teachers are solid teachers. Couldn’t love this studio more. After joining a friend for a class, I took advantage of the amazing $25 two week unlimited offer and came almost everyday. It was immediately such a game changer for me and miraculously made me into a morning person. Me?? Voluntarily getting up for a 7:30 am class on a regular basis and walking out ready to take on my day? Unheard of. I ended up signing up for 6 months unlimited!

The studio is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed. I love the large windows, the abundance of natural light, pretty plants, and modern minimalist decor. The classroom also has padded floors (great for someone with sensitive hands and knees like me) and radiant heating panels installed for hot classes, which is way more pleasant than other studios I’ve been to that just blast hot air out of vents. And lastly, the staff is truly the best. Each instructor has been so kind and welcoming and makes me feel so comfortable in my practice. Thanks for creating such an amazing space for me to be a part of in my yoga journey! 🤍

I love this studio dearly. I moved to Nashville during the pandemic and was nervous about going back to in-person classes but when I finally visited the studio in Feb they had all kinds of safety measures in place and I’ve always felt safe and secure.

I’ve been going multiple times a week since that day! The owner Khrys is an absolute gem. The studio is clean and bright, the staff is warm, welcoming, and diverse, and there are classes for every kind of practitioner. They do community work, offer free meditation classes, and their first-timers deal is stupid good: 2 *WEEKS* for free!

As far as logistics, they do allow you to rush in right at time (unlike several of my old studios that would lock the doors 5 min prior and charge you a late fee), but if you’re more than a couple minutes late you gotta respect the fact that you didn’t manage your time well, and I appreciate that because it really is disruptive when people roll in mid-class.

There’s parking right behind the studio, you can buy water and rent mats, and there’s 2 coffee shops within close walking distance.

I was very excited to find a yoga studio not far from my home. The studio is very nice and clean, the staff are nice and professional. The class is socially distanced and there are temp checks prior to going into the class. You have to wear a mask coming into the building. All in all, you will feel very safe going into the building.

The studio offers a trimmed down version of their pre-Covid classes, and Hola also has an online component for those who want to practice at home a/o those who feel uncomfortable practicing in-person. There is a 45min class around lunch time which is sweet for those who don't have an hour to give.

Overall, it's a really nice studio and it a good location.
