Hotworx has been amazing for me and kept me super motivated recently! I have always loved saunas so it is my new obsession! HOTWORX is such an incredible workout - regardless of which session you complete. This location has the friendliest staff members and is always taken care of so well. I'm coming up on 40lbs lost since starting my fitness journey, and I wouldn't have gotten here without this place.

Terrible customer service. I never attended a class and was told it was 1.00 per month for 6 months. I asked repeatedly because it seemed far fetched and I was lied to.
I had started a new job close to HOTWORX and thought it would be a good place to go to after work. I never attended even one class. As my schedule changed drastically.
I tried to reach out 4 times left a long message regarding this only to never get a response. When I finally reached someone they had already taken 65$ from my account and informed me there was another 99.00 cancellation fee. If I had attended even one class or even received the attention I got when I had questions of which they blew my phone up..I might have understood. Totally don’t understand and DO NOT sign up!

I’m falling in love with working out again! Each workout I leave feeling accomplished, strong, and have noticed more mental clarity. The sauna workout rooms along with virtual instructors make each workout feel like a personal training session. I love the flexibility of 24/7 access as well as the diversity of the classes available ranging from yoga up to cardio sessions. Hot Warrior is my current favorite! Outside of the workouts provided, the facilities are very clean and the staff has been so welcoming and friendly! 10/10 recommend!
