Let me say, this place is incredible. From the friendly staff to the hot intense workouts, every aspect is top notch and just makes me happy all around. I am a anxious person especially at the gym, but coming here I feel completely comfortable and just like family. The ladies here are so incredibly kind and supportive helping me in my goals and keeping me motivated! The workouts are not only relaxing, but intense and help my body and help me reach my goals on losing my baby weight. I highly recommend if you are looking for that kick butt workout and wonderful gym this is the place for you!

Decided to make a life change, by chance I stumbled on HOTWORX. I went in was shown around the facility, decided to join. Wow! I am really excited, I am really pleased and feel that these work outs can be accomplished by all ages, I am in my sixties, I did my first workout and feel invigorated. HOTWORX is the greatest gym. We are use to the big gyms and all the people but that’s different at HOTWORX. They are not these big spaces with wall to wall equipment. I always felt by my size people watching me and wondering how I was going to workout. Maybe that is just me but it made me really feel insecure and not wanting to be there. All that changed when I joined the HOTWORX Bartlett location. My daughter, husband and I joined right there in the spot. No pressure or hassle and reassured me I could do this and at my own pace. There are workout 5 rooms and up to 3 people per room. However, with the coronavirus for safety issues they are allowing 2 people per room which is great. As much as I love this HOTWORX the staff is equally as important, caring and helpful. It’s clean and fresh in there every time I’ve been there and I am always told if I need anything to please let them know. So with all this being said this Saturday April 10th from 11:00-3:00 and hey are having their Grand Opening Celebration. Please stop and see what is all about and I bet you will join.

THE WOMEN OF HOTWORX BARTLETT ARE SO NICE AND VERY ACCOMADATING. THE SAUNAS ARE VERY CLEAN AND EASY TO USE. BURNING MORE CALORIES IN LESS TIME IS A HUGE SELLING POINT TO ME AND WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY.ALSO THE MEMBERS OF HOTWORX ARE VERY NICE AND LOVE IT AS WELL. Signed up for the 3 month trial (discounted rate, they called me). After wanting to cancel after the 3 months I am told you must give 60 day notice. What?!?! So for your “3 month trial” you’re essentially locked in for 5 months. The fine print ya know. Terrible policy, poor customer experience.

Flexibility is very important to me. At Hotworx I can workout at my own time. I love the variety of workout classes plus the Sauna. Heat is so good for my muscles and joints while burning calories at the same time. Staff are so friendly and this applies to Hotworx in Lakeland TN as well.
