Just like many of the other reviews here I too am having issues cancelling my membership. I logged in to cancel online at the end of my 6 months late May (Membership started in Jan) and it wouldn't let me cancel. I sent an email on 6/1/25 giving a 30 day written notice. Owner said I had to come in and give notice. Originally said okay but reviewed the contract and it is not a requirement to come in person to cancel. To my surprise they charged me for July ($90). Logged into the app and my membership cancellation was never entered. Emailed again and he tried to say a bunch of stuff was in the contract that was not to make it harder for me to cancel. He also said “I can’t just give away money - I am not the only Owner”. All I asked for was a refund for what they charged me in July and to cancel my membership. I loved the studio and the work outs and recommended people here often. I will not be recommending them any longer. For the same price you can get a full Clarksville Athletics membership with way more for the money. Also get a hard copy of your contract. My emailed version and the version in the app are not the same. Great news is they both don’t say you have to cancel in person.

Great, secluded, studio gym! Everything you need without the huge crowd and nosey atmosphere. This studio is always very clean and love the door code/phone only access.

The saunas are amazing, always up and running with no issues. Staff are always friendly, communication w/staff is great, in person and through text messaging. Hoping everything stays this way because I’m impressed.

Nice gym but DO NOT start a membership with a family account. They will continue to charge your card for the family members when you CANCEL the FAMILY ACCOUNT. Will never do business with Hot Worx again due to their greedy and deceitful corporate policies.

I just spoke with Madison and was attempting to cancel my membership and a friend was in the background advising that they get you by making you pay $100 to cancel the membership and I stated nope not doing that considering I’ve paid $79 a month for over a year and not utilized the membership to which Ms. Madison became exceptionally due to her easedropping on a background conversation being quite nosey and stated well your two options are to pay $99 for an immediate cancellation or the smart thing to do would be to pay two more months and give that 60 day notice to cancel and I advised her that is not the smart thing to do as I stated I was already not using the membership. Ms. Madison then advised me that she told me my options and that I was being very rude to her by having someone in the background talking about cancellation policies and I signed a contract and I can just pay the fee when I come up there. I asked her 3 times for the owners name and she rudely said she was the lead sales person and she was in charge. This could be the very reason why there are never many cars at the Clarksville location Madison has come in there with her rudeness and ran everyone off.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. They will lock you in and if you do not give them a 60 day notice they will keep charging and even with being a military family providing orders they do NOT CARE. Even a Surgery THEY DO NOT CARE. This manager is all about money. Think twice before signing up our family regrets it so badly.

** NEW Response.. I still stand by how poorly the situation was handled. We communicated every step of the way but I’m so glad I was able to cancel and definitely lesson learned when signing a contract with ANY franchise or corporation. They are truly all about money. Debt paid lesson learned.

This Location: Been coming here since April 2024. AMAZING staff! All are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Facility is kept clean. There are 8 saunas (4 isometric, 2 cycle, 1 blast and 1 thunder) and an FX area in back.

HotWorx: Really enjoy it. Not going to go into detail about what it is exactly since that can be found on the website but I will touch on what exactly I love and appreciate about Hotworx.
They are open 24/7 (only staffed specific hours).
Offer a variety of 15 or 45 minute workouts (which I prefer over the 60-90minute other type of hot yogas). Their slogan is “More workout, Less time” and it truly fits!
The app is super user friendly.
They have great motivating factors (you track calories and after 90days you get a gift card based on how many calories you tracked).

As I have become more regular with it I have noticed myself improving with poses and my overall fitness!

I just started going to this gym as a busy person it's so hard to be able to fit my fitness into my life with typical hours so the 24 hour access is great. Also, I have arthritis and working out especially on cold or rainy days is a serious chore. I have done the 15 min hot thunder class thinking there's no way I'm going to get through this, surely I did make it through and didn't experience my usual level of pain. You will absolutely be drenched in sweat. The staff is great. The gym is very small but you will be able to get a good whole body experience done in a short amount of time.

I like the gym itself and the easy scheduling process. I like the heated sessions and that they are guided. What I don’t like is I’ve tried to cancel twice and I’m still getting money taken out of my account. This is NOT a cheap gym ($60/month) and I hate when I can’t get out of gym memberships even after I’ve fulfilled my part. For that reason alone I do NOT recommend this gym.

I just had my first workout tonight and I really enjoyed it. I got to meet someone who has now become my workout buddy and I’m not as self-conscious as I would have been going into a Traditional gym. The young lady Alex, who assisted me today, was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, extremely friendly, and her customer service was amazing as well as impeccable . She made sure that I was comfortable before actually starting my workout. As well, as making sure that I was comfortable after my workout, and we actually had a really great Conversation And I felt really motivated by her words of encouragement. I don’t know if that’s how she was supposed to be, but I really felt like she was just as excited for me as I was for myself Thank you Alex. I’m really looking forward to my workout journey with HOTWORX.

I was very hesitant to start working out again because all I could think about was how painful my joints (arthritis) would be as well as the muscle pain. Well, I had only the slightest muscle pain. It didn’t stop me from doing any of my normal daily activities and I was able to go right back to working out the next day. It is well worth paying them a visit to try them out!

I started at Hotworx January 3rd, I needed to get healthier, and after having cancer twice in 2022 I decided this was the place. It has been amazing! Not only has my health improved, I can feel myself getting stronger everyday.If it was not for Hotworx I would never have survived the cruise me & my husband recently took.But I was able to keep up with him and ge even commented how well I was doing on our trips off the ship. I have also lost 20 lbs. I love HOTWORX!!

Finally a gym that fits my schedule! It’s a gym that will fit any schedule. Nice facility, with friendly and welcoming employees. Class availability is never an issue. I get my high intensity workouts with the added element/benefit of sweating my butt off in a sauna. The price is very reasonable for all the benefits provided. I’ve been going for about a month now and I already can tell, I’m sticking with this one for the long run.
