Love this HotWorx! Made the switch from Solidcore after 2 years. Good variety of classes and HIIT workouts. Only takes a few sessions to get used to the heat and now I love it. This location is very well managed too! Super clean, sweet staff, and everything's in great shape!

(To folks gym shopping- reportedly the other Franklin location has different ownership and cleanliness issues.)

Hotworkx (West) is the best workout EVER. The staff and members are very nice and thorough for everything. The studio is 24/7 and you can book your classes through the app. Super easy!!! Hotworx has been a game changer for me. After having kids all of the intense workout facilities with cool classes, didn’t really work for me because there was no option of childcare or classes that fit my family’s Schedule. The option for 24/7 classes was it for me. Plus the benefits of infrared and doubling your workout intensity with it. No brainer. I’ve utilized the iso classes but prefer a back to back 15 min hot cycle to really push my limits. Especially come winter time when I won’t brave the cold for a run! I’ve supplemented the cycle workouts while training for a half marathon as well as stacking them with weight workouts and I always leave feeling so accomplished. Would recommend Hotworx Over and over.

UPDATE: The owners reply that has taken weeks to appear just to suggest I am spreading lies. Wow. There were no fees waived. I gave more than a proper notice, and there was documentation of my cancelation on file. Had there been no documentation of my cancelation request, perhaps this entire situation would have been different. This does not change the fact that I was charged for an additional 4 months for services never rendered.

While I initially had a positive experience when joining in February, I encountered challenges regarding the cancellation process. In April, due to medical advice, I reached out to cancel my subscription. I was informed about a three-month contract and the need to pay up to June, which I understood. However, despite not utilizing the service since then, I was surprised to discover continued charges to my account through September.

Upon inquiring, I learned that a physical visit was apparently required for cancellation, a detail that was not clearly communicated to me. Instead of being offered a reasonable $99 cancellation fee back in May, I've been charged over $360 for services I haven’t accessed.

It's concerning, especially when I was under the impression my account was closed post-June. While businesses must adhere to policies, clear communication and flexibility, especially in cases of medical concerns, is essential. As of September 1st, today, I was informed of an additional charge. I find unjust that it can't be reimbursed. Especially considering the clearly notated account of cancellation back in April.

I hope this feedback will encourage the owership / management to review and perhaps revise its communication strategies.

The manager always spoke through an employee when this situation should have handled with more care in a direct conversation.

Ensuring clarity and being understanding can significantly enhance the customer experience.

Update: When I arrived in person to sign thier "digital" document & they agreed to reimburse the September charge. Much appreciated. Glad I didn't have to end up fighting the charge through my bank.

I will add, I did not appreciate being made seem like they were doing me a favor by not charging me an additional $99 fee as they require a 60 day notice.

Best burn I know! I have always hated doing cardio, but Hotworx makes it so easy. In and out with a 15 min HIIT session. Sometimes I double up! There’s really no excuse anymore for not doing t cardio. The infrared sauna makes my muscles feel so good, I’m able to get a great stretch in after!

HOTWORX has been a great addition to my exercise routine. The 3D training (infrared energy, heat and exercise) seems to be highly effective as I have already seen and felt results during my short time there, which isn’t easy to get these days as a 50+ female. Scheduling workouts is easy on the app, and with 24 hour entry access, I can get a workout in early before my workday starts. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend, especially if you desire to get results from your workouts without spending your whole day at the gym.

Beware of the cancelation policy and potential continued monthly charges after cancelation. I had a medical condition and needed to cancel. The manager/owner? wouldn't endorse it and said the membership would be canceled after 60 days which I wasn't happy about to begin with. But even after 60 days, I found out that my CC is being charged.
