The facility is clean and there are a lot of saunas, but if you do Hot Blast or Hot Thunder I'd try Goodlettsville or Gallatin. Two Thunder machines have been broken for months and the Blast bikes' tension meters don't work.

This is the third HotWorx studio I have been to. This location appears to be clean and well maintained. The studio manager greeted me at the door and talked with me about my new membership, and explained some options to me as I wanted to change my home studio. I am looking forward to coming back.

I was one of the first members of Hotworx Hendersonville and enjoyed going. I love what they have to offer and how the classes made me feel! Once I got a good routine going, I found a new gym that fit my new goals and decided to switch. I Canceled my membership over a year ago in person. A younger team member said everything was good to go and they would charge me the next 2 months as a cancelation fee, which was fine. Fast-forward to today, I realized I have still been getting charged every single month. My last session was in sept 2022 - I no longer have the app and my credentials no longer work to get in the studio, but I’ve still been getting charging monthly. When I went by to see why I was still being charged, they stated it was due to switching over to a new system last year and some documents did not get sent through properly… All they could offer was to cancel my membership for free today with no refund. (when I had canceled in person over 18 months ago ). Like I said, I enjoyed the gym, but Big heads up in case you’re considering joining…….

I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms in my life and I was even an instructor at one for many years…hotworx is by far the best! Leah and her staff are wonderful, and all of their incentives are beyond fantastic and so motivating. I’ve been consistent for almost 9 months and I feel incredible! Hotworx Hendersonville is now part of my life and routine. So thankful!

My original intent with Hotworx was to use them as a supplement to my normal gym routine. I hate doing Cardio so Hotworx seemed like the perfect way to stay motivated. However, the workouts are actually much better than I imagined they would be. I have so much fun and the heat helps me recover. I have been able to push more weight at my normal gym because I have been able to reduce recovery time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm between jobs and had a payment issue and they worked with me. The ONLY small complaint I have is that their merchandise store does not have any selection of clothing lines for men because I would love to wear clothes to promote them. Also, despite me not being a cardio guy, I actually enjoy Hotblast

I’ve been a member at Hendersonville Hotworx for 4 months. I love the 3D trainings because I can work at my own pace, and I can join a session at anytime of the day. I love the way I feel when I am finished with my workout. It’s the best stress reliever, too!

I usually don’t enjoy “hot” workouts, but the infrared saunas are different! HOTWORX workouts make me feel so good and I love the sweat I get in the sauna. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, do it! I’ve enjoyed all the workouts, but especially love the yoga, barre, and cycle!

I’ve been consistently working out at HOTWORX since October 2022, and my overall health has definitely benefited. I sleep better, breathe better, & am stronger. The 10 different workouts are challenging but can be modified. My favorites are Hot Yoga, Hot Warrior, Hot ISO, & Hot Blast. The staff is fantastic at our Hendersonville location! Highly recommend!

I have been a member for 5 months. I am so happy I joined. This is one of the best studios I have ever worked out at. I have never loved sweating so much or looked forward to going to the gym. The fact that I can access the studio at any time that works best with my busy schedule is definitely a plus.
Leah, the General Manager goes above and beyond to make every one feel welcome. Elle, Marley, Reagan, and Charlee are always cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Let me start by saying that I never would have imagined I enjoyed sweating as much as what I do when I work out here! This has got to be one of the best gym memberships I have ever had. The infared heat is working wonders in my body, skin and joints and I’m also toning up muscle and losing weight. The workouts are easy and fun and I simply adore the staff here. Everyone is always so helpful and kind and answers any questions I have with encouragement. I’ve been very picky about where I work out because classes schedules usually don’t work for me but the 24/7 access is awesome and makes it far easier for me to schedule something. I woke up at 2am once and couldn’t go back to sleep, so I came in at 3! Lol. I love this place! I’ve finally found my workout heaven!

Excluding some staff, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I haven't been able to use the door after hours for months and wasn't mad at anyone but technology but the way they handled the situation was awful. I was trying to see if I could get a possible credit before deciding to cancel my membership. It feels like Bronson Spears, the owner doesn't care about this location and it shows.

As for their cancellation policy, I didn't realize you either pay for two months after or save $20 and cancel on the spot. I recommend keeping the two months because if you're gonna spend it might as well get two more months in.
