I love the convenience of coming in whenever my schedule allows since it is 24/7! I like that there is a variety of classes so working out never gets boring. Using the functional zone weights is nice too if there is a day where I don’t want to work out in infrared. Amanda and all the staff are wonderful and helpful!

I just started at Hotworx last week and I love it! I haven’t had much motivation to get back into the gym until I had my free session at Hardin Valley. It made me fall in love with working out again. I look forward to coming everyday, which I never thought would happen. If you do not like working out in front of everyone at the gym, this is for you! It is kept very clean and staff is always willing to help, especially Ellie!

If I could give this gym a 10 I would for both personal reasons and for the gym itself.

Gym: This gym is 24 hours a day with a keycode and app to get into the door (outside of gym included). The parking lot is well lit and safe at all times of the night. You schedule your times to workout on the app (screenshot of app included). Each sauna can hold up to 3 people and there are 7 saunas with various workout options. The instructors are on the screen giving you the workout. The HIIT options are cycle, Blast, and Thunder = 15 min each and the ISO options are Pilates, ISO, yoga, buns, bands, warrior, core, stretch, and barre = 30 min with 15 min of stretching. There is also an FX zone with weights (photo of weights shown) and a Trex machine with bench. The gym is always clean. It has 2 bathrooms and a shower.

You have to purchase a membership, the towel, and the mat to get started in the inferred sauna. The heat has been a game changer.

Personal: Long story short there are so many benefits to working out in the heat. This has helped my workouts so much. I love going because of all the options. This gym made me fall in love with working out again. In addition to that my heart health has gotten so much better with the cardio from this gym. I can not recommend it enough if you have injuries or are just looking for something fresh.

I absolutely love this Hotworx! It’s a great mix of a variety of hot work outs. For the most part you are always by yourself but each room can hold up to three people max. The work out by itself is so nice and relaxing. It’s a very unique and fun way to work out!

Just be very careful when you sign up and know that if you decide to cancel your membership there is a $99.00 cancellation fee. My account was frozen by my choice and when the time was up to be unfrozen they give you no warning then charge your account so when I asked for them to refund me and freeze it again they charged me for another month. Then they “suggested if I already have been charged you just want to go ahead and be cancelled”. Pretty convenient for them to already have your cancellation fee. I think it’s a terrible way to do business. Staff was really nice but not a fan of their cancellation policies. I strongly recommend not joining.

Hotworx has been a blessing for me. I have had several injuries last year and was not able to work out. When I came back this year it has truly been a life saver. The staff at the Knoxville Cedar Bluff location treat you as your becoming a part of their family. They are so helpful and always greet you with a smile and a word of encouragement. This workout is designed for me. You have the privacy if you want it, and you also have the opportunity to workout with someone. I have already met some great people who are striving for the same goal. If you are looking for something different, fun, and definitely challenging you should come and try out HOTWORX at the Knoxville Cedar Bluff location.

THE BEST PLACE TO WORK OUT WITH THE BEST STAFF! I have been going to Hotworx Hardin Valley for nearly a year. Everyone up front remembers mine and my husband's names when we get there during staffed hours. We burn so many calories in less time than it takes at a regular gym! The new Thunder Row machines are amazing and really make you work for that calorie burn. When I'm not able to go work out, I get sad which is something I have never experienced with any other work out facility I've attended! Truly the best place to get your work out done!

I signed up for Hotworx in October of last year and unfortunately never got to utilize my membership. I called today to cancel and explain why I was cancelling. The area manager, Kim, took my call, listened to my comments and concerns and immediately took action, as a genuine leader would! She was more than personable, professional and friendly. I could tell that she was sincere about resolving my concern. It is people like Kim, in management that all businesses need. Her kindness means more to me than anything. Come "earn the burn" at Hotworx and tell 'em I sent ya! Try it once, you will be hooked. I never really sweated much during a workout until Hotworx! Love the detox, infrared heat, and quick in/out classes with 24/7 access. With all the different options, I never get bored. Super clean and safe, very aware of COVID-19 protocols. I am averaging 5-6 times a week going to Hotworx. I love all the classes.
