I’ve been going to HotWorx Lakeland since September 2024. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and I LOVE earning my burn! Working out in an infrared sauna has decreased my inflammation and increased my energy and strength in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
Plus, I’m losing weight, so that’s a bonus!
The monthly challenges add a boost to the experience and I love that!

One of the MANY reasons I love this place is the amount of consistent care the staff put into keeping the facility safe, operating, and CLEAN!!! Wipes and refreshing sprays are always accessible, trash is always kept up, individual saunas and bathrooms are cleaned frequently, and any (IF any) concerns are always meant with swift solutions!!

Management & staff are professional, helpful, and kind. Very welcoming environment, clean facility, and easy to use apps to help you sign up for class. I’ve been going for a few years multiple days a week and it has really gone downhill with broken dirty equipment. I miss the days where the place was spotless and kept up with. It would be nice if management cared more about fixing things and cleaning instead of marketing, promotions, and products people don’t care about. It’s hard to get a good workout when things barely work and you are always bombarded with people trying to sell things.

Staff is very friendly during initial sign up, but very rude when trying to cancel. Sierra (manager) will speak over you if you have a legit question about your contract. If I’m having to pay $160 to cancel, I have a right to know and see on my contract what I’m paying for versus only being told what you signed up for. Please update your system where customers are emailed the exact contract they signed and not a brief version — the Germantown location sends a PDF of the original contract with the watered down version that’s automatically sent. This will allow us to know what’s expected when we come to cancel and to avoid extremely rude customer service. Also, in the contract that wasn’t emailed, it stated you could send a letter to cancel versus having to come in. This would have saved me time, a drive, and an extra month of payment. This Lakeland location is known to be rude when trying to cancel, but I had high hopes for them. I guess people are correct in their statements on Yelp and through word of mouth.

Coming from different yoga studios, HOTWORX was the one for me. I can actually breathe in my heated sessions. Let me just tell you the sweat is unreal. My favorite sessions are truly all of them. I come everyday, and do each session a day. My favorites consist of, HOT YOGA, HOT PILATES, HOT CORE, and HOT BARRE NONE. I also loved the new HIIT sessions. The other studios didn’t offer me cycle with my membership, like HOTWORX did. Love the detox I get from this and I feel so relieved after.

I LOVE Hotworx Lakeland! I have been a member since September 2018. I started using this type of exercise as my cross training for Ironman and marathon training. It has been amazing! Between the infrared heat and the exercise and stretching afforded by all of the sessions, I have not only gained overall body strength but all increased flexibility. I truly believe this training has kept my injury free since starting.
The staff is great!
The facility is kept exceptionally clean.
All of the members are very respectful AND friendly.

I absolutely love Hotworx!! I suck at working out alone especially in front of people so this was the perfect option for me. I saw results within just a couple of weeks by going two or three times a week. The 3D training is awesome, I love the instructors, you get a sauna all to yourself, and not only that, but the staff is phenomenal! I always recommend hotworx to my friends :)

Started Nov.17th 2020 I am a Cancer survivor and I was in the middle of RADIATION TREATMENTS it has helped my muscles bc after radiation my skin was extremely tight and lots of discomfort but I pushed myself and I am in a much better place due to the heat and a much different eating lifestyle I am 90% Vegan and I am loving HOTWORX everywhere thanks to Sarah AKA SuzyQ ….

I love HOTWORX Lakeland! I’ve tried a couple other gyms, and Hotworx is my favorite because you get to work out privately while also having the option of working out with a friend or partner. Working out in the saunas have so many benefits, which make it so worth it! One of the main reasons I love Hotworx is because I can work out in a sauna or just lift weights and stretch in the FX zone before or during my workout! 10/10 recommend Hotworx to anyone looking to lose weight, detox their body and skin, or just want to live a happier and healthier life! :)

Where do I start?! I have loved hotworx from the first step in the door. You schedule what time you want to workout, you show up and you sweat. Everyone leaves looking exactly the same: drenched! If you change your mind, go in the app and cancel the appointment; it's that easy. I'm a big chicken and hated going to the typical gym. People were always watching you and you had to fight for machines. Not here. You have virtual trainers to guide you through the workout, you can adjust the heat, you can workout alone or with a friend, with or without the lights on. The staff here is just awesome! They keep the place clean!! Big plus for me. The ladies are very personable and seem to enjoy being at work. They keep a bottle full of lemongrass essential oil for you to spray in the sauna as a little perk. They offer a free trial workout so take advantage of it!

Tried the 30 min Hot Cycle class last night & I loved it. I love that there are multiple class options other than hot yoga or pilates. I plan on signing up today! The saunas are not large but I like that. I don't feel lost in a group since each session only has a couple slots .

Had never done a hot yoga class and did one last week at Hotworx, Lakeland. Loved it! Our class flew by in 30 minutes. I was amazed at how much more flexible I was because my muscles got so warm, so fast. Was not sure about showering after so didnt bring my clothes but got a tour of the place after my trial class and would definitely feel comfortable showering in a very clean, 100 percent private shower. After i did shower, i truly felt energized the whole day. I love this concept of this place and will defintely be back!
