LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HOTWORKS. The 24/7 availability is wonderful; the staff, including Tanner Wong and Riley, are so helpful and supportive. I am so glad I found this place, as it has been a game-changer in my life. I was lacking accountability, and this has gotten me up off the couch and moving! I love working out and burning double the calories as it's in a private heated sauna. No competition!

I just signed up for a 3 month subscription and I am absolutely loving it. Tanner, the manager was very helpful in signing up for my 1st class and explaining how everything works. All the rooms and bathrooms are clean and organized, which is a big deal with this germaphobe! I highly recommend this facility.

I've been a member here for several months now and have really loved the flexibility/availability of various types of sessions to fit my busy schedule and needs. The staff is always extremely helpful and welcoming. The only time I've ever seen a mess there is during non-staffed hours. Highly recommend for a great workout!

I really tried to give this place a fair shot, but it just didn’t live up to expectations. I visited multiple times and often found trash on the floor or the sauna left dirty. What ultimately led me to cancel my membership early was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff.

In the middle of one of my classes, a staff member, chose my room—despite several other completely empty ones—and began using it as a demo space. She turned the lights on and off and adjusted the heat while explaining things to others, completely disrupting my session.

For the price, you’re honestly better off going to a traditional fitness studio. At least there, the workouts vary and the staff respects your space. Also, be aware: if you want to cancel your membership early, you’re hit with a $100 fee—something that’s not clearly stated upfront.

Compared to other studios like F45 or Orangetheory, this place just isn’t worth the investment. Think twice before signing up.

Another poorly run TN business. The idea of communication, respect, community and family here is an absolutely ironic atrocity in the state of TN and this store is another example

LOVE Hotworx! I used to hate working out, but since I've started at Hotworx, I am way more motivated. I love how quick the workouts are for my bust schedule, and how detoxed I feel after the workout. I also love the privacy of working out in the saunas and the flexibility of 24 hour classes.

Restrooms are perpetually filthy. I've seen cleaner restrooms at dive bars.

Me and my friend had booked a 11:00 free hot pilates session the day before, we walked in and waited 30 minutes and there was zero staff around, we tried calling the store multiple times. We called the hermitage salon and they were gladly to fit us in at 12 and they were so helpful!!

DO NOT OPEN A MEMEBRSHIP HERE

I usually don't do things like this but the owner Jacob Kelsoe has blocked my emails and continues to take money from my account through different locations. I'm feeling violated at this point.

I have made it very clear that I no longer want to be a member. Due to the lack of cleanliness and the poor quality of the videos. It was a bad experience. However, when I signed up on-line it was stated that I had to commit to 90 days before cancelling and I did that. Within that 90 days I accessed the gym twice. I reached out to cancel and the girl told me if have to buy out of my membership(2 months worth) or pay $100 to get out immediately. I was not aware of that and told her that was not ok with me. Your establishment co tiniest to charge my card and get declined but now you have misused my card information and used it for another location, in which I do not have a membership, all to access $59. I can understand why you would need that money, however, to rob me and go to such lengths to squeeze not even $50 out of a client is beyond desperate...it’s bad business practices.
I have I formed my bank of your actions and they will be reporting you to the BBB along with flagging HotWorx on my account. Again, I DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE MY MEMEBERSHIP WITH HOTWORX. Not only due to cleanliness and functionality of the space but the bad business practices and unethical measures you have gone to to retrieve $59.

Advertised as a 3 month commitment. You have to go to cancel your membership in person. Then they tell you you can cancel for a $100 penalty or pay for two more months. Very misleading.

Very dissatisfied that I had to go in person to cancel membership and then was told I had to give a 2 month notice or pay a cancellation fee of $99. I was told it was a 90 day commitment when I joined. None of these details were explained or sited on the website.

First time customer went on a Tuesday around 1:25pm, i did Hot Barre None, they have a free session before purchasing a membership once you purchase the membership you will need to purchase their mat because other mats can melt inside of the sauna. parking should not be a problem plenty of space, I love that you have to have a code to get inside building for those who are not members a staff will have to let you inside the building. Once inside I was greeted and given a tour the inside is nice and clean. The Saunas are a three person max if you are tall then it's probably not for you as the ceiling is small. The temperature is between 120-130 and there is a screen that you look at while working out. I loved it would recommend. Can't wait til the one in Hendersonville is open so excited.
