I love it but I really wish they would add a cable machine to improve their fx zone. Strength training is so important, and their fx zone doesn’t have all the things my other HOTWORX studio had. Otherwise I think it’s great, I just think a cable machine would be more useful than what they have right now.

I joined HOTWORX back in January of this year and it was the best decision I could’ve made for myself. I went in expecting to reach my fitness goals, not only did I reach me goal, I exceeded them. My skin cleared up, my gut health improved, my flexibility and the overall feeling of my body moving through day to day activities improved. It even helped me so much with my mental health. I was able to achieve my goal weight but also improve my overall mental and physical wellbeing. Michele and her team are so accommodating and always make everyone feel welcomed and like a family. They always keep the facility clean and welcoming. The members here are also wonderful and respectful of others using the saunas around them. If you are considering joining, this is your sign!

I visited Hotworx in Murfreesboro for a free day workout to try out their classes, and I had an amazing experience! I was greeted by Mrs. Michelle and her coworker Emma—both were extremely welcoming and courteous. Michelle, in particular, stood out with her warm energy and even showed me a fun little science experiment with bubbles that was so cool to see!

I started with the hot yoga class, which I loved, and Michelle convinced me to challenge myself with the hot cycle afterward. I went for it, crushed it, and felt incredible afterward. The energy, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere at this location on Medical Center Parkway are top-notch.

I highly recommend this Hotworx to anyone looking to get a great workout in a positive environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Coming from someone who has signed up for every gym in town over the years and then ends us not going and canceling, trust me when I say this is the place for you! I am down 18 pounds and so many inches since Feb 2025, and I know this has a huge part in that happening! I was stagnant of losing and had almost given up all hope until I came for my free trial! Michelle and the rest of the staff make you feel like family. I love all the sessions, but Pilates is my go to! I come out of there pouring sweat on every inch of my body! Places I’ve never sweated before! lol I love the privacy of working out alone in my own sauna or sharing the space and working out with a friend! The reward system for burning calories is a big bonus too! Love HOTWORX so much!

This is my favorite gym I’ve ever been a part of! The staff is so nice and encouraging you can only smile when you walk in and see them. The saunas and equipment are always so clean it makes me feel safe and comfortable. I have been coming here for around 4 years and I have had amazing transformation. I had weight loss surgery in 2020 and knew I wouldn't achieve the results I wanted with diet alone. That’s when I found hotworx! I was dedicated to going a few times a week and I LOVED it! Not only did it help me physically it also helped me mentally. I love how I felt after being in the saunas. This gym changed my life!

The gym was very nice and clean however, their cancellation policy stinks. If you ever need to cancel be prepared to pay 2 months fee regardless just to cancel. They should truly reconsider this policy. Otherwise I would have given 4-5 stars 🌟 But this left me never wanting to come back.

I have been a member of this gym for years and love it! The staff is great and understanding as well. I love the privacy the saunas offer and how you have to have a code to even get in the door. It makes me feel very safe working out late at night or early in the morning!

I was tool I could cancel my member ship after 90 days but when I tried to cancel it after the 90 days they told me that they had to have a 60 day notice and that I’d be charged for two more months.

Taylor and Jeremy were amazing - my coworker and I had been looking for something quick to add to our workout routines and they gave us all the information we needed. Jeremy showed us the entire place and explained all the different classes, and they worked with us to figure out the best membership too. So excited for my future at Hotworx! Incredible staff.

I got trapped into a contract I now cant afford it get out of. The only reason I agreed to pay such a high monthly membership fee was because the cancellation policy was agreeable, give them a 60 day notice and they'll continue to take it out of my account for the next 2 months, and now without any warning whatsoever theyve changed the policy so that I have to pay those next 2 months up front out of pocket in office. This is not what i agreed to and had i known they could change it without notifying me i wouldnt have signed up in the first place. I dont have $120 to throw away on canceling a membership i no longer want to be a part of. So now I'm stuck paying $10 a month just to keep it frozen when I could be spending my money elsewhere. It doesnt seem like they care about my fitness journey just keeping me trapped in a membership I cant afford. I wouldnt recommend wasting your money here unless you do in fact have money to waste.

After my first visit, I didn't like it. Kyle told me I could try a few other classes.. after that, I joined. Since now being a member, I get to keep trying new classes and even have my favorites! I love it here, and to think if it wasn't for Kyle I wouldn't have came back and tried another class. Thanks again Kyle!
