Just finished my third strength training session with Zach at Integra and have had such an incredible experience. Zach was a great listener in our strategy session and customized my workout with special attention to my wrist injuries, maintaining proper form, and targeting some weaknesses in my mobility that we discovered.

Been with Integra several months and love it. I used to train with the owner at a previous gym and knew Dylan would have a great set up. We work with Brianna and she is awesome. She provides great encouragement and always works with us on proper form and technique while checking in on how we're feeling. Integra is good at developing a program tailored to your desires and needs and they aren't afraid to switch things up to avoid boredom. All the trainers seem nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend Integra for your fitness needs.

Integra Fitness is the best! My husband has been training with Matt for a few years, and he now has our family hooked too. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming. You can easily see there are strong relationships between each guest/trainer. I am always greeted by the when I walk in (by name), and the space is perfect. Matt personalizes my workouts, and he really listens to my goals/areas of focus. The workouts are challenging and have a lot of variety. I also worked with Trey on a run program last year. He helped me finally reach my PR goal in a half marathon. Brianna works with my daughter on strength and conditioning, which has helped her get stronger in the sports she plays. We have also done special holiday workouts with Dylan-so our family has worked with every trainer at Integra. They are all amazing! This gym really knows their customers and puts a lot of individual attention on each guest. I cannot recommend them enough.

Matt and the crew are amazing. I brought a friend and we ended up training together here 2-3 times a week and the results speak for themselves. Gaining muscle, losing fat and most importantly training in a functional way that conditions your body to avoid future injuries (since I’m over 45!). Integra is the best. The space is welcoming and approachable, especially if you're not comfortable just walking into a gym and knowing what to do. All of the trainers are so knowledgable and friendly, but I work with Brianna who is the best (no offense guys)! Brianna makes programs perfect for me and my goals, and will even make a program to take with me and do on my own. I cannot recommend Integra Fitness enough! The location is great and the parking is easy. I'm always greeted with a smile and called by my name when I enter the gym. I've been training with Trey for 14 months and have been so happy with the results. I've worked with several trainers in my past and I believe he is one of the very best! He is extremely knowledgeable and also creative in his varying workout routines. We've been working on strength and balance, which are both important to me in my current phase of life. If you’re looking for a good workout in a safe place, then this is the place for you. It’s small, very clean and the workout is specific to your needs. I have had both hips replaced, one knee replaced and a shoulder replaced. I didn’t think I would be able to workout again. Trey was patient and encouraged me to keep working towards my goals. I have loved my time at Integra. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is positive and affirming. They are also very accommodating based on physical limitations and strength levels. For example, I tweaked my back and Matt was able to adjust our workout to minimize strain on it while still planning a great workout. I feel challenged during our sessions without feeling pushed past my limit. It has been a joy to work with Matt, who is always friendly and upbeat (which seems to be a theme for the entire staff there). Highly recommend checking Integra out!

I first heard about Integer Fitness through my physical therapist, Brittany at Nashville Physical Therapy, and I am super thankful she told me about them. From the moment I met everyone at Integra, I feel like they have treated me and my needs better than I imagined. I train with Trey on a regular basis and he has done an incredible job of helping me regain mobility, range of motion and strength in multiple areas. I have had shoulder and back issues that have limited my activities and caused pain for over a decade. After spending the last 6 months or so training with Trey, the pain has almost completely gone away and I am able to be more active for longer periods of time than I had for years. On top of that, he and the team have provided some solid nutritional advice and just been great to be around. Trey, Dylan, Brianna and Matt are all great folks that clearly know what they are doing and I can't recommend them enough.

If you are thinking about going here, you should give it a try! Integra has been an amazing gym experience for me. I have been training at Integra for 6 months. I came in on year 3 of plantar fasciitis and have not been able to walk or run without pain. Trey has been instrumental In foot rehab all the while getting stronger. I can now walk without pain and am starting a back to running program! I have been working with Trey at Integra Fitness for about 4 months now. There are few reasons I am giving a 5 star review. Trey laid out a plan for me and tracks my progress. He has been able to help me work through some back issues and get me to a point where I’m feeling better and more confident about weightlifting again. I’ve been able to set up a routine schedule, but there is also flexibility when things change. The gym has good parking and is in the middle of green hills. The facilities are great for personal training and sometimes it’s just me and Trey. Even when there are other trainers and clients, it never feels crowded. These trainers are very kind, knowledgeable, fun, and really want to help you meet your goals no matter where you are in your fitness journey. It’s a very welcoming place. I never feel intimidated or embarrassed like I have in other gyms. Instead, I leave feeling strong and accomplished. After having a good but not great experience with personal training at a different gym in the area, I turned to Integra fitness to help me achieve my fitness goals after reading the good reviews. Working with Trey has absolutely changed my daily experience as an athlete. I came to him with a hamstring tendon injury that had been causing pain and limiting my running for over 2 months. After 3 sessions with him, I was back to running consistently and building on my fitness. Now I'm training with him for a marathon, and his work has been a game-changer for me. I've never had a consistent strength or speed routine, and he has developed individualized and effective versions of both for me. What I notice most in my sessions with Trey is that he never lets me do exercises in a way that's just "good enough." He always watches my form on every rep, and is able to creatively and effectively design exercises that target exactly what is weak or uncoordinated. He trains intuitively; he always has a plan but is excellent at modifying and personalizing as we go in each session and even within each individual exercise. I always feel confident that what we're doing is effective for my body and my goals, and that he's not just going through the motions. Trey goes above and beyond to help me set and accomplish athletic goals in a healthy and effective way.

Integra Fitness is a small private gym with 3 trainers that work with individual clients in 45 minute or 60 minute blocks. You get an initial screening, then your trainer develops a plan consisting of stretches, power movements, resistance training, and cardiovascular activity, spaced in blocks of two superset exercises.
Trey is great -- timely, courteous, effective. I have made progress in physical conditioning during the past several weeks. I plan to continue for the foreseeable future. It's great to be back to an exercise routine after spending COVID on the couch eating ice cream.
10/10 would sweat everywhere again.

I never thought I would ever become someone who trains regularly and keeps up with their fitness, but Trey has helped me seriously transform myself over the past 6 months. He listened my needs and then developed a program to fit my needs. Every 4 weeks I get a different program which helps so you are not doing the same thing over and over again. I train with Coach Matt at Integra, and gladly give him 5 stars! He’s a wonderful listener, is intentional in his program design and is smart as hell about the human body. When working with Matt, I find him to be a very unique mix of encouraging, challenging, and chill … all at the same time. I’ve achieved some new PRs with him, grown stronger and have pushed myself, but with his smarts and guidance. He’s taught me a lot about how to listen to my body, be smarter about both training and rest, and to move with intention and solid technique. Ive been training for years and have learned so much from Mattand also had some fun along the way!

I started training with Matt about 8 months ago and have had a fantastic experience. I chose Integra based on the reviews and it has absolutely lived up to all of them and far exceeded my expectations. Both Matt and Dylan have created a friendly, welcoming, and safe environment to workout without any judgment or comparison. Matt personalizes programs based on my goals and consistently celebrates my progress towards those goals. He takes time to educate me on specific exercises and correct form, which has helped build my confidence in the gym. He is respectful of my limits and safely pushes them. Integra is my happy place. Dylan has developed a Green Hills hidden gem of a gym. It’s a place where I’m not intimidated, but encouraged. Where I leave each session feeling confident and empowered. I train with Matt, and he is just incredible. He goes above and beyond to make sure my program is personalized and inclusive to what I want to focus on. Everything from my warm up to my weekly nutrition is carefully explained. I’ve gained this knowledge of WHY I’m doing something instead of just blindly going through the motions. The best Personal Trainers are the ones who know what they’re doing AND they care. That is how Intrega Fitness works. When I first started training there, my level of strength was little to none. A great little personal training gym. I can't believe the progress I've made working out with Dylan. I can do things now I couldn't even do when I was a much more serious athlete in my youth. He's been very sensitive to my previous injury, tweaking workouts to protect the injury but also strengthen around it. No ego, very supportive, and knows his stuff.

Dylan is an excellent trainer- he’s truly dedicated to his craft and his client’s goals. I have worked with him for 4 years. My goals were putting on muscle and leaning out some extra weight. With his guidance, I have seen clear development in my physique and lost a decent amount of weight. He keeps the workouts fresh and new and is meticulous in charting progress.
