Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I honestly don’t understand the recent negative reviews.

I started by texting Iron24 to ask about a day pass and the cold plunge, and I got quick, helpful responses. I was walked through the app and how to scan in, and the gentleman I spoke with—who I believe is the owner—seemed genuinely interested in my goals, my previous gym, and why I was switching.

I work out every day at 0300, and I’m usually the only one there, which I love. The app for entering the building and recovery rooms is extremely easy to use, and I’ve had zero issues. I also understand why scanning matters—not just for verification, but for accountability and safety in case something ever goes wrong.
Yes, there’s music, but it’s neither vulgar nor too loud. My previous gym catered heavily to the “influencer” crowd and blasted music past noise-canceling levels, so this is a huge improvement for me. The facility is always spotless and smells great. The cardio equipment is well maintained, and I’ve been able to run pain-free again. Still working on the Assault treadmill, but that’ll come with time.

I ultimately switched to Iron24 for the recovery options, the maintained equipment, and the lack of gym influencers. If you’re trying to build a social platform, this probably isn’t the place for you, but if you want to be left alone, focus, and get the work done, I absolutely recommend it.

You have to make sure you and your spouse separately open the door with the app or you could be accused of “tailgating” even when you have two separate memberships. Gym is geared more towards upper body, seriously lacking machines targeted for legs. Leg extensions/hamstring curl machine would be an ideal addition. Outside of that the gym is fine.

I really like it but there’s zero reason to have the speakers blasting with explicit lyrics in middle of the night when it’s empty😢

Stopped by the gym this morning. The first thing I noticed was the gym was spotless. It’s hard to find a gym that is clean but this one was spotless.

All the equipment was very well made and not any off brand or broken stuff. It’s has a full set up: cables, free weights, turf field, sled, assault bikes, stair machine, Jacob’s ladder, saunas, cold plunges, plenty of squat racks, and a good amount of plate loaded chest and back machines. And I’m sure there’s a bunch of stuff I forgot.

I really liked the fact I could buy a day pass from my phone and check in via a quick app. I hate how other gyms make you come in during weekdays during staffed hours but this gym doesn’t have that issue.

I love this gym , I would like it to have the adduction machine, apart from that it is complete and very clean, and the climate is always perfect

Love it! The equipment is new and high quality. It’s smaller than most gyms, but has all that you need to get in a good workout. The recovery rooms are also very nice, unlike anything I’ve seen before.
It feels like a gym community. Even at its busiest hours, it isn’t overwhelmingly packed which makes me feel confident and welcome.

Got a chance to go there for the first time today, spoke with I believe the two owners? Nice guys friend and hospitable. Gym is small, they made it perfect for its size. Equipment is not just new, but quality. They have exactly enough and the right things to get you a great workout. Clean facility as well. TVs were actually playing motivational fitness people across different athletic fields pretty nice.

Gym is sick. It’s on the smaller side but everything is well placed and it has quality essential equipment. Most likely will be switching out membership over but I just really wish there was a DL platform
