Gyms alright at best, no staff is nice to an extent but when for almost a week straight no paper towels, no wipes to clean germs off. No nothing then people start to get a little upset, doesn’t help the AC was out and everyone was left without transparency for 3 weeks. Been here over a year and i’ve watched it get progressively worse and worse, Lee left and now their not even actual towels they expect you to wipe your face and skin with paper towels, for a gym charging so much similar to a luxury experience. This is like going to a steakhouse and pay 100$ for a burger and getting a mcdonald’s burger back.

Fantastic Gym Experience!

I had to stop by this gym since I couldn’t make it to my regular spot, and I’m so glad I did! While the entrance was a little tricky to find at first (lol), once I got inside, it was a great experience from start to finish.

The equipment felt top-tier—everything was super smooth and looked practically brand new. I was especially impressed with the variety of cardio machines available and how well-maintained everything was. The lighting throughout the gym was awesome, bright and energizing without being harsh.

Their free weight section really stood out to me. There was plenty of space and equipment, and it all felt clean, organized, and inviting. You can tell they care about keeping the space in great condition. The only tiny issue I had was finding the right attachments that I’m used to using, but nothing I couldn’t sub out for what they had. (I also could just be blind and not have seen them🤣)

Overall, this gym is definitely a hidden gem. I’d absolutely come back again whenever I’m in the area! Almost wish I lived closer so I could make this my home gym!

Fantastic gym! It’s small but well laid out. They made very good use of the space. I have been in during what would normally be peak times and it’s still not crowded. They also keep the place super clean and well maintained. Finally, they make sign up and cancelling super easy and above board which makes me feel better about being a member. High recommend!

I joined Iron 24 shortly after they launched. It’s been an incredible experience! The equipment is amazing and the facilities are well maintained. The atmosphere is encouraging. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and place to continue with my fitness journey. Highly recommend Iron 24 to anyone looking to level up their fitness!

By far my favorite gym in Knoxville! Feels like your own personal gym, having access whenever you want. I NEVER have to wait for equipment too. Lots of members but the 24 hours spreads us all out. I plan on working out here for a long time :)

Had the pleasure of trying this gym with my friend using the free pass. Really really nice gym, equipment choices are top notch, the atmosphere is great, music is good, the setup of everything is really nice. Overall really nice place, personally I won’t have a member just because it’s a bit far out for me but that does not knock this gym down any at all. If I had one gripe it’d be add more water fountains. So really that’s more me wanting extra and being entitled rather than a true gripe. Really happy to see a gym like this in Knoxville. Oh also even the people that go there are nice, didn’t feel like I was being watched by vultures like my previous gym.

Update. Heat is adjusted. Awesome.
However, they have an issue with Samsung phones not connecting in order to enter the gym. Completed a support ticket 4x now. And still not fixed.

Typical coorp owned gym. If you need help, you talk to someone in texas. Not local. 18° "outside and 65° in the gym with fans on. You freeze more than get a good workout in.

Good equiptment, had everything I needed ( including kettlebells which I was happy to see), clean gym. Visiting from out of town and was looking for a gym with a day rate so I could workout while I was in town, but owner gave me a 5 day free trial instead which was nice. Would definitely use this gym more if I was a local.

I love this place so much! One of the best gyms I’ve been to in Knoxville. Super clean, great updated machinery, wonderful layout, and amazing sauna rooms. You can tell the owners were incredibly thoughtful putting the gym together. I also enjoy how easy it is to access from the app - never had an issue !! Makes me excited to come to the gym everyday :)

Great gym. Has tons of equipment including cable machines, squat racks, smith machine, and free weight machines. Has machines for just about every exercise out there. Very clean. It has adequate cardio equipment, but unlike other gyms, it does not take up half of the space. And the best part of all is that it is open 24 hours, so no matter when you workout, it is always available. Highly recommend

Not only is this gym much more affordable than my prior gym, it is: cleaner, has nicer equipment, has better lighting, and checks all the boxes for what what I need in a gym! This is by far the nicest gym iv'e been to and one of the few gyms that has me scratching to come back the next day!

Met Lee randomly at Home Depot and immediately knew this guy was a winner. When he started Iron24 I knew it was gonna be a hit but it’s even better than I expected! Seriously one of the nicest gyms I’ve been too. Best equipment money can buy, extra clean and they even have a sauna. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
