Don’t waste your time if you sweat while you workout. Was asked to leave and not come back due to my sweating and they said i smelled. I asked my fiancé when i got home if i smelled and he said not a bit. I have a medical condition that makes me sweat more than the average person so it’s already difficult for me to feel comfortable working out in a public place. The workers never seemed to welcoming either. Just very disappointed

I went to this gym today (Lebanon, TN) to check it out. The gym looks cool but it ends there. There was no soul to the place. And 20$ for a day pass and don’t even have a lat pull down? And the few people I talked too apparently there are a bunch of people that screwed over on their memberships when it shut down for the remodel. Overpriced for what you’re getting. I feel like there are better options in the lebanon area especially for the money. Planet fitness down the road has a better vibe than this place. I gave it 1 start because just the overall appearance of the place does look nice. But that’s where it ends.

Decent gym, terrible people. Some people I’ve met in this gym are cool but most people here are the same quick tempered ego inflated dudes that set a terrible example for common gymgoers. I’ve had teenagers pick on me during my workout because I was not as strong as they were. Maybe I’m soft, but I personally hate when I’m training to get stronger and look better and somebody constantly pushes me down because of where I’m at currently. I’ve even had a random coach steal the equipment I’m using multiple times because “their client pays for this gym.” What?
Some of the machines are decent Arsenal machines but a lot of them don’t go full depth or they are or close to broken. Only things that are good about this gym are the Texas bars, the dumbbells, the deadlift platform, the shakes, the apparel, and the sauna. But those 6 things in my opinion aren’t really worth $50 a month with the small size of the gym and the inconsiderate members and employees there.

The gym equipment is great everything is high quality and ways to train everything. Most people dont wipe off machines but that shouldn't be a problem if your in a gym.

Staff is very attentive. Almost always friendly, and up for making jokes. Personal trainers are patient and knowledgeable and all of them are well experienced.

The gym itself is smaller than some of the larger companies you see but the quality makes up for it. Music fits the vibe (generally hip hop and metal). Its played at a normal volume and if you dont like a song earbuds canceled it out.

The sauna is very refreshing before and after workouts (included in the membership) The cold plunge and red light therapy massage are also great for rejuvenation. There is an additional charge for all but it's small and well worth it.

Membership price is reasonable for everything included

Overall good for people starting out or we'll into they're fitness journey

Best Gym Experience I’ve Had!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but this place hits different. The energy, the cleanliness, the vibe, it’s all on point. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and motivated to level up.

In town for a convention, researched “best local gym” and IronFit was first on list. Had a great workout and bought some merch to represent the gym while in town for the week. Laughably bad gym. Worst experience I’ve ever had! I was double charged for my membership and told that “someone would look into it” and after not being contacted for a month decided to cancel my membership (that I pay extra for) to have no commitment, but when I went to do that I reached out multiple times and had to fill out some survey and still my membership was not cancelled. I asked the front desk several times to cancel my membership and they were also totally useless. This gym is dirty and the staff is not helpful. I have never met more incompetent people in my life do not waste your money here!

Honest review: the equipment is great and there's a good selection and plenty of weight around to get a good lift in. If anything ever breaks it's fixed in a timely manner. Facilities, sauna, apparel, supps, shakes are all awesome. No issues on that side. Some things to be aware of if you join...
My wife and I train in the evenings. It tends to be a young crowd around then (8pm-ish). So be prepared to see a lot of boys working out shirtless for some reason. And if you're not a hip hop fan (which I am not) then be sure to have a very good pair of noise cancelling headphones. About 95% of the time there's loud rap playing in the room and it took awhile to find the right pair to be able to block that out and actually hear my own music/podcasts. Those two aren't fair to be negatives as it's personal preference I guess. Only solid complaint I have is lack of weight storage. Nobody has gym etiquette for putting weights back there and you have to move a lot of 45lb plates to get to everything else buried under them around the gym.

I googled the best places near Nashville to work out and this was one of the ones listed. The staff is very friendly, and there was a good amount of quality equipment. I preface this review and say that I’ve been a member since they have opened.

Pros:
It’s still a relatively new gym, so most of the equipment is in good shape, works properly and looks new. Great lighting and aesthetically pleasing. Nice layout. Fair membership price. They have any machine you’d ever need.

Cons:
1) Dirty - I’ve never seen anyone clean the place and I have been at all times of the day. Many times I’m there early mornings or late in the evening and you’d think it would be cleaned before anyone leaves for the day. Men’s bathroom is disgusting from the toilets to the sinks, floors, shower, and sauna. The sauna is heavily used - I can’t imagine what kinda things are growing in there. Typically, sticky floors, used towels, and trash throughout common areas in bathrooms. There is frequently standing water in one of the showers when not used.

2) Nobody ever wipes off their equipment and it’s not encouraged (no signs, although, there are spray bottles available but I’ve never seen one used).

3) Hand sanitizer and wipes station has been sitting empty for months and months just collecting dust…literally, you can see the dust building up.

4) Something is always broken or takes forever to fix. Example - the water fountains have been “temporarily out of order” for over a month now. They did bring in a 5 gallon water station but once the water was gone it has never been replaced. It’s very frustrating working out and not able to refill my water jug. The Sauna light also doesn’t work has been out for a few weeks now.

5) I’d rate customer service a 1 out of 5. I don’t expect or need the staff to talk my ear off but common courtesy, a simple “hello”, or just “have a nice workout” would be nice. I love supporting small businesses until I don’t feel they appreciate their customers.

Overall:
If you’re looking for cleanliness, friendly staff, and prompt resolve to issues, I would look elsewhere. If you just want new equipment and an affordable membership, this your gym.

I toured the IronFit gym and was offered $40/month membership with no initiation fee and a student discount. However, I later found out that the actual price for the monthly membership was $50 with the student discount included.
I tried to cancel my membership when I was there immediately but was informed I needed to give 30-day notice. I was additionally told that it could be resolved before April 1st if I returned.
When I called back to cancel within two hours, I was informed I would still be charged for the month of April. IronFit apologized for the miscommunication, but it was rather disappointing that they would make this offer, neglect to apply it and charge my card a higher price.
Only after all of this was I offered the $40/month membership again but I declined because of the clearly unfair and unjust business practice.

Additionally, Tennessee Consumer Laws protect consumers by providing them with 3 days to cancel a service from the date of purchase, which IronFit had no plan of informing me of, or cancelling until I told them I would dispute it with the bank. They had every intent to charge me $50 for the month of April. Their unlawful business practices could cost much more than $50 in the future.

This place is incredible. I have been a personal trainer for 10+ years, been in gyms all over the country- big box, CrossFit, local- you name it. This gym is my absolute favorite.

The energy is amazing. Working out at both Planet Fitness and the YMCA for the past 10 months, I couldn’t tell you one of the members names at either gym. I’ve been a part of this gym for ONE WEEK and I am friends with more people than I can count. There is a community of moms to bodybuilders all coexisting perfectly. This gym is for everyone. And if you need assistance, there is a personal trainer named Brett who can get you going on the right path.

The environment is perfect. It’s dark, loud music and has a grunge gym feel. But all the equipment is brand new and everything is extremely clean. You can tell Patrick, the owner, takes pride in what he is doing. From his supplement line to the style of handles for the cable machines- he has perfected what a gym should be.

Keyless check in, free weights, barbells, cable machines, cardio equipment, saunas, a posing room, a muscle mechanic and cold plunge- what more could you possibly ask for in an affordable gym.

Great gym if you're serious about weightlifting! The equipment here is top level and there is everything you need to get a killer workout. We initially decided to move on as my drive time is between 25-30 mins each way, but after the owner spent some time talking with us, I very much resonated with how this gym is clearly an extension of himself as well as the resulting positive fitness culture evident in the members, so I gladly decided to join up and cancel my membership to a Planet Fitness closer to home. My son agrees and feels the same.

As of this writing I'm super sore from working out around people half my age, but I'm sticking with it!

Located in Mt. Juliet, hands down the best gym I’ve ever stepped foot in. As a personal trainer I’ve been to ALOT of gyms. Ironfit gym is on a whole different level. Top notch Arsenal Equipment, tanning, saunas, and the supplements are top shelf. Lifetime member here for sure.

This gym is one of a kind, I’m a personal trainer who grew up in my Juliet and this is by far the coolest gym around. The owner Patrick put alot of detail and top of the line equipment in there aswell as a red light therapy bed, cryotherapy chamber , tanning and saunas.. definitely a must to check out.

The details of this gym are absolutely amazing. So many things to love and appreciate about this gym. The equipment is A1, brand new and it’s pound for pound what you’re lifting. Every other gym the weights are way lighter. These are accurate. They have everything you need there. Saunas, red light therapy, tanning, showers, there’s going to be an outdoors area.

It’s located in Mt, Juliet. Their employees are amazing and attentive and they have AWESOME personal trainers available.
