Great gym in the heart of downtown Memphis! It was a bit of a challenge to confirm a drop-in, but the workout was solid and equipment was plentiful! If you’re new to functional strength, definitely talk with the coach ahead of time, there’s a bit of an assumption that you know the movements, terms, etc.

I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in Memphis.

Iron Tribe downtown Memphis has a great group of people willing to support you in anyway they can to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. The key with any fitness program is to never exclude the four most important elements. Nutrition is 25%, cardio is 25%, weight lifting is 25%, and proper recovery is 25% for 100% body transformation. They each play an equal role in results that appear.

This place was amazing . I was actually in Memphis for only a day and really needed somewhere to workout . I called them to see if I could get a day pass and they allowed me to use the equipment off the main floor without charge . Just exceptional

Stopped in from out of town to access their "open gym" and the employees were fabulous and welcoming. The equipment was clean and in great shape, but very limited in size and variety. This is more cross fit gym, and for people looking for a self-guided workout, you're better off spending 1/3rd less at the local YMCA just a few blocks away ($6 vs $20 per workout).

Terrific camaraderie--nothing like sweating together to intensify a bond! Coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. They recognize and celebrate the hard work members put in. Warning! I lost so much coming and I gotta warn you. Do NOT (Lololol) attend this place and let me explain myself. At minimum, you are bound to lose weight (I attended a gala and lost some inches and dress was too big- no time to adjust), the coaches will encourage you to no end, they will call/text if go missing for a couple days (dang, I was slacking 🙄), they’ll ask about your eating & water drinking habits, and so much more. I’m still learning keeping an eye on Max (newest team member) because he’s thinking I am getting stronger. But Morgan and Jerry? They are always pushing me outside my comfort zone. Morgan is (somewhat) sweet with his encouragement and Jerry is (sneaky) cute with his encouragement. Now Maria? She’s the worst because she’s all about that girl power! I found myself 15+ more pounds than what was on my plan. You’ll hear her shout “Yes Girl!! You got this!! Go Kaneesha!!” Gosh, I want to mock her so bad but she’s so cute. She’s tougher than the guys.

So yeah, I’ve lost a lot coming to this place several times a week- excuses, low self-esteem, weight loss, less doctor visits, and numbers (lower weight, blood pressure, inches).

Joining IronTribe has been an absolute joy and milestone to my fitness journey. A - the downtown location feels so much like a family and the real time encouragement is unmatched. B - learning to lift safely and develop proper form while pushing one’s self is so mentally and physically rewarding.

I was nervous at first to join because… I mean CrossFit 🥴. But for sure one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. Plus, my coach - Maria - is sucha rockstar! Irontribe is a win in every way!

Classes offer variety, never the same thing back to back so it’s not boring. The coaches modify workouts if necessary so I never feel like my physical limitations are really holding me back. I’ve been working out at the downtown location for six months and I’ve not only lost weight but gained so much strength. It’s really motivating to see the results. And the coaches are great. I genuinely feel like they look forward to seeing us when we show up.

Absolutely love the new location. Coaches are amazing and the members are so encouraging. Super excited about getting this weight off, and Iron Tribe has proven to be just the place to get it done. Lost a total of 38 pounds in 6 weeks after starting the 21 day challenge. Can't wait to see what's in store with this new challenge. Iron Tribe takes the guess work out of nutrition and exercise. I really enjoyed my time at ITF in downtown Memphis. I joined when it was brand new (during COVID) and they navigated through the pandemic really well. The coaches genuinely care about you and your needs and I felt so comfortable asking them questions. The workouts are tough, but working with others in the group fitness setting and with the coaches encouraging you, it is an incredible experience. I will miss going to ITF and I wish there was one closer to where I will be living! I highly recommend!!

I participated in the 21-Day Challenge. This was my first time ever working out in a gym. It was a great experience! I lost pounds, body fat, and gained muscle in that short 3-week period. And I love the fact that you get to do a variety of exercises in a group setting. I would recommend trying Iron Tribe for yourself. You won't regret it!

I participated in the 3-week challenge! The coaches are extremely motivating and are committed to your success. It was definitely challenging for the first few classes, but I slowly adjusted to the workouts and the gym environment. Each day included a training segment on proper form etc. followed by a 12-20 minute intense workout. I would highly recommend Irontribe if you are looking to switch up your workout routine, compete in a welcoming team environment, or begin your fitness journey.

It was my first time working out in a setting like Iron Tribe, so I initially felt a little intimidated. However, the coaches were extremely welcoming and informative to everyone. They made sure that everyone was able to have a fulfilling experience regardless of people's proficiency.
