BE WARNED! Great gym whoever built it did an excellent job (A+), but unfortunately I had a poor experience with the employees at the front desk. During signup for a membership, I asked what I would be charged for. Instead of giving a direct answer they gave me attitude and confused me with all the fees. Normally I look over these things but it just got worse.

I absolutely love this gym every staff member is supportive and knowledgeable, before reading any negative reviews look to see how many reviews they have left period. If you see someone who has left 1 review or all they do is leave negative reviews take it with a grain of salt. Come in and check it out for yourself!!

Not really my cup of tea . You can tell a lot of care has been put into this facility but the prices are outrageous considering multiple gyms around with just as many amenities. I heard a lot about the owner being the worst kind of person and I don’t really don’t have an Opinion on that .But didn’t honor my previous membership I had for years. Jacked up my price . Was looking forward to the steam room /sauna but realized you have to pay and additional fees of 80+ dollars for 55 minutes in a room fit for one person. Sports village of Lebanon after taking a look is definitely much better. Don’t waste your money

The IronFif gym upgrades and remodeling look amazing !! All new equipment with more to come ! I think that anyone who has been a member over the years would agree that it is a 100% improvement ! The owner and staff have been very helpful and informative with a welcoming attitude . Up and coming brand new gym on the fast track to be a top shelf gym. Just opened Saturday August 2nd, 2025. And already with only a portion of the equipment that they are going to have. This gym already is very good soon to be great. They are expecting the rest of the equipment is due to arrive this weekend. Cant wait its going to be epic.

I went into this gym the other day and it is amazing they have all new equipment the whole place has had a facelifted super clean everything's new and there's still more equipment coming in this place is pretty awesome Patrick and his Wife has done a fantastic job of redoing this whole place need to come see it for yourself you will not be disappointed. Since I joined the IronFit community back in 2022 I’ve always felt like it’s more of a family than just a gym, from the staff to the members It’s all about uplifting and pushing each other to be better. I’ve developed many great friendships in my 3 years at IronFit and some of them have made a tremendous impact on my life. Patrick and Kiera put so much of their time and energy into building this gym, and it wasn’t for the money or just to say they did it but for the community. I’ve known Patrick for a while now and he’s always trying to improve and help in any way he can, he’s one of the realest dudes i’ve ever met and I knew the whole time this gym was being built that he was gonna make it the best gym he possibly could for anyone that might be reading this. He did exactly that too, this place is awesome with all the top notch equipment and wellness center that is next level, come be a part of the fam at IronFit Lebanon!

Absolutely incredible! This gym is going to be the crown jewel of fitness in Wilson County! Patrick and the team have done an incredible job of completely renovating this space. It’s like brand-new. This isn’t your typical five-star review. It’s not about the gym equipment, the layout, or the aesthetics. This is about the why behind it all.

When I first started building IronFit, it wasn’t just a business idea—it was a lifeline. After losing my brother to suicide, I was left with a pain that could have broken me. But instead, I turned that pain into purpose. I poured my heart into building a space where people could come to grow stronger—not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. A space where no one feels alone. A place of healing, transformation, and hope.

Lebanon, this gym is my love letter to you.

I moved here with a dream to serve a city I didn’t even know yet—but I felt called to. I put everything I had into this place. Every dollar, every ounce of energy, every sleepless night. I’ve sacrificed more than I can ever explain—not for fame, not for money—but because I believe in what fitness can do for someone’s life. And I believe in you.

I know not every decision I’ve made has been understood, and I know sometimes people will say things without knowing the full story. But when you’re the one carrying the weight of the vision, trying to protect the heart of something you love—sometimes tough calls have to be made. I’ve always done my best to choose what’s right for the greater good, even when it wasn’t easy.

To anyone reading this, I just want you to know: this gym was built for you. For the mother trying to feel strong again, for the man battling silent demons, for the teen looking for purpose, for anyone who just needs a place to belong. The new IronFit Gym & Wellness Center in Lebanon is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, the all-black aesthetic and top-tier equipment set the tone. Everything has been thoughtfully repurposed and upgraded, and it truly shows.

One of my favorite parts is the recovery lounge: equipped with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and luxury shower, it gives serious VIP vibes. The space even offers complimentary drinks, which adds such a nice touch!

As someone who was a member of the previous location, seeing this transformation is genuinely mind-blowing. The culture we built before is only going to grow here, it’s such an encouraging, motivating environment. This is hands down the best gym to hit Lebanon, and I’m excited to see the community thrive in this new space!

An awesome brand new gym. Love the vibe, with good people and staff, you can tell a lot of time and dedication was put into this build.
