Jake’s the man! He doesn’t just care about fitness, he cares about his clients. He’ll work with you, meet you where you’re at, and still push you to reach your goals. He’s no-nonsense when it comes to progress, but he’ll crack a joke mid-set that keeps you laughing while you grind through one more rep. If you want real results, Jake will get you there. I’ve always done high-intensity workouts, so I was curious about Jake’s targeted approach when it comes to lifting. His programming really works the smaller, often neglected muscles, and I can already see and feel the difference. I signed on with Jake for 6 months with the goal of loosing fat and building muscle. He created a meal plan based on macros & assigned daily workouts, along with weekly check ins and guidance. Having someone hold me accountable and guide me as I maneuver being a human who’s getting serious about her health has been invaluable. I tried doing the whole weight loss thing on my own. I did my research and did different things which didn't work. I finally decided to get a trainer. I just needed someone who knew the ins and outs of getting there body into shape. I went only and looked for a trainer. I had different trainers calling me left and right trying to get me to train with them. It felt like they were trying too hard.
As I searched I found Jakes site. I saw his profile and before after picture. His before was exactly how my body was when I started. I got in touch and he was quick to respond. I told him I was looking to drop the weight that I gained. I started at 186. With his regiment he gave me which included a strict meal plan and a minimal workout plan I was able to drop down to 165. This time frame was from the last week of November 2023 to the 3rd week of January 2024.
I found my bodies cravings have disappeared. It really was sticking to his process but I didn't expect such results. He has good knowledge and a great website to follow workouts on. I will recommend him to anyone who doesn't know where to start.

I've been training with Jake for a couple months now and am getting fantastic results. Jake has been training my fiancee and I for around two months now and we could not be happier to have found him. 10/10, would recommend.

We have a smaller gym within our apartment building, but Jake does a great job of maximizing what equipment you have available to you. I've found Jake to be an excellent communicator. This is important not only for establishing long term goals, and also gauging progress along the way.

In previous spurts of going to the gym, my technique was never the best and I believe this caused me to overcompensate with larger muscles (back, shoulders, etc). With Jake, I've been able to fine tune the mechanics of each exercise and really isolate the muscles I'm intending to work.

On top of it all, he's a great guy and a pleasure to be around for the hour of working out.

Jake is the greatest! I've been training with Jake for a number of years now and I can't speak highly enough about him.
