Kick & Fit Club provides a challenging, adrenaline rush-filled workout that anyone at any level can do. In addition to kickboxing classes, Kick & Fit Club offers a fully-equipped gym for total body conditioning and personal training to help our clients meet their goals.

Paulie B is genuinely one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I’ve met in the fitness industry. I’ve been working out for a while and although we were only passing through, I could instantly tell this place was the real deal and the owner knew his stuff. Besides being incredibly friendly and welcoming, the studio is immaculate and a great place to get a workout in. It’s also located right next to a health food store so you can get your post workout protein in.
Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and genuinely recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a good workout at a pristine spot with an owner who is a wealth of knowledge.

Coming in with zero prior kickboxing experience, Kick & Fit helped me learn the ropes in a friendly and open environment. The instructors challenged me each workout and provided a strength building experience as intense as you want it to be. They also helped give feedback as I was learning the techniques. Would recommend it to stay in shape and learn something new!

Signed up as a new client for the Turkey Creek location. I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early to get ready and in my gear. I arrived at 5:05 a.m. waited to see if anyone would open the door at 5:15 a.m. No one arrived. Several cars were waiting as well. Finally someone showed up at 5:32 a.m. I was so annoyed by the first impression I left. Unfortunately I will not be back. My advice, please be on time especially for those first timers.

Love the full set-up at Kick & Fit Club! The kickboxing fitness classes are full body workouts. They're challenging, but you can adapt if you're limited in any areas, as I have been. The energy of the coaches with great music, including Paulie, impacts you to stay locked-in on your rep so you can max out your workout. They have lots of new functional equipment so you can get a great workout in outside of class times. Paulie cares and is building something special here! Go see them! 💪🏼😁

I just moved to Tennessee and I knew I needed to find a gym. When I say Kick & Fit has completely blown me away, I’m being 100%. All of the instructors have been so kind and knowledgeable! I was intimidated by the thought of starting kick boxing, but the atmosphere at Kick & Fit has made me feel motivated, encouraged, and supported. I always feel like I worked every muscle, and I can feel my body getting stronger with each punch!!!

I love Kick & Fit! The workouts are fun, the instructors are motivating and I am truly addicted! The University Commons location mixes in some weight training with the kickboxing which is a nice addition to my cardio routine. Kick & Fit is truly a full body workout that gives results! Trevor and Paulie are great!

One of the Best workouts I’ve ever done. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you in any way. The gym is always clean and equipped with the best workout equipment. The boxing bags give you the perfect “punch back” for a full body workout. I’ve never left a workout where I didn’t feel like I worked every muscle in my body.
The instructors or coaches are all equally trained in their own way so no two instructors are the same, it’s like there is someone for everyone and every age and every walk in life.
I went in thinking I have worked out for 10 years this class isn’t going to do anything for me and left with a plan for the next class and confidence in myself all from just one 45 minute class.
If you’re looking for a place to workout and grow physically and mentally this is where you need to be.

This is an awesome gym for a fun total body workout! Trainers David and Andrew make class go fast and also make it fun but you feel results quickly. I’ve tried several different gyms/programs in the area, and this is by far the best workout (at the best price!). We are lucky to have this place in Turkey Creek.

This is the best total body workout you can get in 45 mins . I have been taking classes with Paulie and his team since the inception of Kick and Fit club . They have inspired me to make exercise a part of my life . Over the past year I have lost weight ahd have maintained a healthy lifestyle while relieving stress . The best part is the multiple time-slots available to enable you to maintain consistency amidst busy schedules . My doctor told me that I am healthier now than I was a year ago! Very professional team who knows how to push you hard and become the best version of yourself . Kudos to all the trainers who helped me to get to where I am today . Thank you !

Top notch kickboxing experience in knoxville!! Great cardio with lots of variety with many different instructors. For all ages, work at your own pace! Full weight gym available if cardio isn't your deal. Or sign up for both Kick plan and Fit plan....

If you’re looking for the absolute best full-body workout you can get in a 45 minute session, this is it! Paulie and his staff are fantastic! Whether at the Turkey Creek location or the University Commons location, they have the unique ability to always challenge you without ever shaming you. All ability levels are welcome. The great thing about these classes is you make them what you want them to be for YOU. The trainers help motivate each member to get exactly what they want out of the experience. Great core, resistance, body-weight, workout. And punching and kicking the heavy bags is great for relieving stress! The members are awesome too, so there’s the added benefit of making friends who will also help keep you accountable to your goals.

Love, love, LOVE Kick & Fit! All the instructors kick your butt in the best way possible. The biggest plus for me is the class schedule. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the week to fit a class into your busy schedule. Give it a try!

Worked legs at kick and fit today around lunch time. The gym wasn’t crowded. I didn’t have to hunt any weights. I never had to wait on a machine. All the machines are brand new and top of the line Nautilus. It was the best workout experience I’ve had lifting weights
