He provides quality, tailored advice to meet your needs. Mike has been nothing but great to work with. After seeing multiple Physical Therapists for shoulder issues with no luck resolving them I got some help from Mike. In a matter of weeks I was back to overhead movements and was able to snatch again for the first time in 6months.

Mike is a phenomenal human being who truly cares about you and your progress. He's great at educating you through exercises and stretches so you feel comfortable doing them. It's not like watching a YouTube video and trying to work on random things. He puts together a plan custom fit to you and your abilities.
