Had the pleasure of working out with Zach for fun which now will turn into a fitness journey. Super excited to work with him on strength training and speed work in his new unit. Zach is a phenomenal trainer. After just one month of training with him, I hit multiple personal records and was even able to do a pull up by myself! He truly is an expert on all things fitness and athleticism. I have seen great results while training with Zach and definitely plan to use him as a trainer going forward! All of his plans are smooth, effective, and easy to follow. 10/10 recommend.
