LT was recommended to me by one of LTβs regular clients for stretching and to get help with a shoulder issue I was having. LT did not disappoint! He explained what was happening with my shoulder mechanics and what I could do at home to strengthen and support the joint. The stretching? Excellent!

I love working out with LT. Fun & positive atmosphere. LT tailors your workout to your abilities & pushes you just enough.
He is very good about working with your schedule and doesnβt make you feel like a failure if you have to miss sessions.
Very convenient for people who travel a lot.

I have suffered from severe shoulder, lower back and hip pains for years. Iβve done nerve blockers, chiropractic care, acupuncture nothing worked until I met LT! His knowledge is vast! He takes the time to listen and educate me on my pain. Iβve been seeing him for 6 months and itβs as if the pain disappeared! Highly recommend!

I trained with LT for a few years when I lived in Memphis and he was awesome!! He helped me to achieve and surpass my fitness goals. There were some days I actually hated him (not really) for pushing me so hard but when I saw the results I was glad he did. He is a great person all around as well and I miss working with him.

. I was referred to LT Willons in April . Since I started in May I have been very pleased and surprised. I can do things I would never have done on my own . I train two times a week in this great gym and take those workouts to my gym the rest of the week. I have become an adrenalin addict. I feel so much better physically, mentally and spiritually. I have LT to thank for that. He sees what I can't and he strengthens the weak spots for total wellness. The best investment you can make is in your health and strength. Until we find the fountain of youth I am sticking with LT.
