Visiting from out of town and dropped in to Tyler’s Friday morning class at 8:15. It was great - a slow flow and it was just that. His cueing was very clear and easy to understand, the sequencing and transitions were smooth. It was a perfect way to start the day.

Online classes are amazing (have you ever seen such a vast library of on-demand classes with this production quality?!) and quality and diversity of class offerings is reflected in in-person classes at the Nashville studio. Welcoming owners with integrity that contribute to their community ❤️
Parking lot and studio entrance is in rear of building, I was early and walked down the block to a great walk up coffee shop! Rent a mat if you're not local!

I absolutely love this yoga studio. The teachers are amazing, the schedule offers a variety of classes, and the atmosphere at the studio is so welcoming and inclusive. Location and parking options are great. The owner (CeCe) is super responsive to feedback and special requests. If you are looking for a new place to practice non-heated yoga in Nashville, give this studio a try. I highly recommend it.

Michelle, girl, you rate 1 star on everything.
Robert, are you mad about something that the instructor EXPLICITY states, that if you don't show that you're vaccinated after not once, not twice, but THREE times, that you will be turned away and not reimbursed. Like???? Dude, come on.
Anyways. LOVE this girl. She is so kind, intuitive, and an excellent instructor. <3

What a great new addition to Nashville! I loved trying out this place during one of my trips down. Cece is such a kind and helpful teacher, especially for someone like me who hasn't had much practice with yoga. I will definitely go again when I am back in town!!!

UPDATED REVIEW: This is hands down my favorite yoga studio in town. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an intimate and non-commercial yoga space with inclusive and open minded practices and teachers. This place is a gem.

I have only had great experiences with Luna. CeCe has always been polite and welcoming. I have been to Lacey's Advanced Asana class. I am glad there are some more challenging classes in Nashville!
The studio is limited in size and I greatly appreciate their COVID rules. It seems like the negative reviews are about politics and not the quality of the classes or the studio.

Luna Yoga welcomes virtual yogis too! I practiced with CeCe years ago and always loved her teaching style and presence and am thrilled that Luna Yoga offers virtual classes so I can join all the way from Milwaukee, WI! Intentional and kind teachers, variety of classes, easy virtual access for distance learners or practicing while traveling.

Luna is a true gem. It’s really hard to find great restorative practices here in Nashville, and Luna has amazing slow flow, restorative and meditative offerings that are truly a breath of fresh air. CeCe and the other instructors immediately made me and my family feel so welcome. This studio is amazing!!

My favorite studio to practice at in Nashville!! The owner, Cece, is incredibly caring, welcoming, and inclusive to all people wishing to practice yoga. The instructors do an amazing job making everyone feel welcome and accommodating different physical needs or abilities in classes. The online library of classes is so vast and helpful for when I want to practice at home or on my own schedule.
I also LOVE that this studio has policies in place that make me feel safe in class. I could not recommend Luna Yoga more!! You have to check it out asap!

I can tell you one thing about the humans that started and operate this business… they are fantastically compassionate. Please don’t let the sour words of a few people that are anything but, deter you from experiencing what they are humbly offering. Bettering yourself does not require the belittling of anything you disagree with.
Any policies and requirements they have in place are strictly for the respect and consideration of fellow patrons. It deeply saddens me that we live in a world where that notion can be weaponized. Anyone leaving a one star rating is simply trying to hurt a local company who’s only goal is to help.
When they go low, go high. Please visit, like and share. Disregard the noise of disgruntled, unhappy people. Peace and love fellow humans… we are in this together!

My wife and I have attended CeCe’s classes multiple times. She is an excellent teacher and we deeply appreciate her emphasis on community and togetherness. The studio is clean and well kept, in addition to being a welcoming and inclusive environment. Bonus points for great plants. 10/10 will up dog again.

I love this place! After just getting settled into Nashville and entering a high paced and stressful school environment, Luna Yoga is truly a haven and such a gem. I'm happy I found it so early on in my time here! Its focus on accessibility on the mat and honoring modifications, breathing, and intentionality is so dreamy. Everyone has been so kind + welcoming, it feels genuinely nourishing to be there. Plus the cueing between poses is on point.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love Luna Yoga. The vibe of the space is very welcoming and supportive. There's no judgement or pretentiousness at Luna Yoga (if you've been to a lot of yoga studios, you know exactly what I'm talking about!). People of all levels attend classes here and I really love the diversity of the clientele. Luna Yoga really values anti-racism work within their entire practice which is also really valuable and important. 5/5 stars.

I've been wishing for a non-heated Hatha/Vinyasa-based yoga studio in the midtown area, & my wish finally came true! I absolutely love this studio. Thus far, my partner & I have done Slow Flow with Cece, and I had Dynamic Vinyasa with her over the weekend and a Deep Restorative last night with Massey. The studio is warm and welcoming, as are both of those lovely ladies. The classes were all splendid & exactly what I've been searching for since moving home to Nashville last summer. I truly cannot recommend this studio highly enough - if you're looking for good class variety in an inclusive/chill/cozy setting, look no further than Luna Yoga!

Awesome experience! I greatly appreciated the multiple variations on the poses presented in class. I was nervous going in that I wouldn't be able to do everything, but there were always alternative methods presented to decrease the difficulty for a newcomer like myself. I will definitely be going back!

Luna Yoga is a great place to practice yoga. Cece and her team are one of the few places in town that offer world-class un-heated yoga. The studio is brand new, stylish and sparkling clean. They meet you where you are regardless of your ability. The location is tucked away on Music Row which makes it very convenient. The parking is easy. If your schedule allows, don't miss classes with the owner, Cece.

Luna Yoga is a fabulous studio! Cece, the owner, has such a sweet spirit and you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.
Each class is tailored for you to get most out of your practice no matter your skill level. Its a place to feel seen and cared for while you're doing something good for your body and soul. I walk away from each class feeling energized and empowered. So happy Luna is here in Nashville!
