I started coming to MAD almost 1 year ago. I was looking for a workout that focused on strength and not killing myself on a treadmill. My stamina and strength have increased. My muscles look goooooood.

I love that this workout is something different everyday BUT it’s not chaotic. It’s easy on the brain for understanding while yet being challenging for the bod.

The trainers are AMAZING! They are all so friendly and great at correcting when I’m doing something wrong. If you’re on the fence about joining, come try a week!! They usually run a $5 for 5 day special.

I’m obsessed with this gym!! I used to be a class-pass girl because I didn’t want to commit to a single place, until I found Madabolic - this place is amazing, and I’ve been coming here for about 8 months now. I’ve brought three friends with me who have also purchased memberships. Classes are a strength-driven interval system and every day is different, so I never get bored of coming here. This is the first group fitness gym I have ever been this consistent with, partly due to the fact that classes are always different / interesting, and also because I really love the trainers here. They genuinely care about your personal improvement and are constantly offering constructive adjustments to individuals during class, without ever making us feel stupid. I don’t know how they do it, but I really love it here and see myself being a member for a long time. It’s worth every penny.

I love this place. At first, I was very, very skeptical. I didn’t see how this place was any different or better than my other gym. But during the trial week, I constantly felt more challenged here than at the gym I was previously at. Every workout was drawing me in. When I thought about joining, I made a list of a bunch of questions. They took the time and patiently answered them all!
I don’t regret changing gyms to madabolic. I feel stronger every time and the workouts are never predictable. They’re challenging, and they care more about strength and form rather than how many reps you’re doing and how fast you’re doing them. Not only are they training you, but they are also educating you, which is a plus. Definitely a change of pace, but it is definitely better.

For those that need structure, for those that need energy of those around you, for those that need motivation - this gym has it all. With multiple lanes to choose from, each representing a different weight bracket, you’re set up for success to lift what’s right for your body type. There are three different types of days, and each day is a different time internal (seems complicated until you see it in action, very simple and coaches guide you through class).

Other things I like about this gym, they’re not out to be the next fad gym. They focus workouts that are backed by science and they encourage healthy habits / a healthy relationship with the gym. The coaches and owners are very personable. They take time to know their clients. They also take the classes regularly so it’s easy to say they believe in the process.

I’ve been going here consistently for a little over 6 months and I’ve seen a noticeable change in my body composition. I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt. I am also confident in my clothes.

They do a 5 classes for $5 dollars for folks looking to give it a go. Best $5 you’ll ever spend.

Hands down the BEST gym in Nashville for a fast paced HIIT environment. I have been a member of similar style gyms in and around the area… nothing compares! All the trainers here are top notch and you will get a fantastic workout regardless of if you are advanced or a beginner. The owners really want to build a sense of community, and offer sponsored happy hours and other meet ups to connect outside of our workouts. You have to try it! You’ll be hooked from day one. MADabolic is a GREAT group fitness class, the best I've ever taken. It has everything you'd want out of a gym. The trainers are educated, the members and whole atmosphere is friendly and approachable, the workouts are ALL great. I've been a member since January 2022 and I feel like I've never done the same workout twice and yet I've never found one I didn't like. The programming is just great. Will, Brandon, and Rae are truly the nicest people you could ever meet.

My husband has been an athlete his entire life while I can barely do 5 push ups and we BOTH leave completely sweaty and sore every time. It's perfectly challenging yet friendly to beginners.

I really can't recommend it enough. It's like a more realistic Crossfit, a less chaotic F45, and a more intentional Orange Theory. (No shade, that's just my opinion <3 )

The owners and all the trainers are great! They make it a point to remember your name and make you feel welcomed and supported, yet they push you out of your comfort zone and challenge you appropriately. They also practice what they preach — they are out there doing these workouts with you and emphasize the importance of rest and nutrition. Happy to have found such a great gym here in Nashville!

I was so glad a new gym opened for us in the 8th Ave area! Appreciate that they offer class times throughout the day and on both Saturdays and Sundays. The instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the classes! The gym has a great intro week package so it was nice to try a few classes stress-free before deciding to join.

Just sign up for it already!!Nothing but great things to say about this gym and this company. I have tried other types of classes but nothing stuck like this did. The work outs are INTENSE but in the best way possible. The coaches at this location are badass. You get 1-1 time, you get your form corrected and you get pushed to your maximum capability. They cheer you on and make sure you don’t stop before the timer goes off. You’ll be sore in places you didn’t even think you could. My biggest issue is not feeling safe while performing movements because nothing sucks more than a preventable injury. At Madabolic they don’t give you a barbell and send you off, They perform the movement and then perfect your movement and make adjustments to anyone who needs it. 10/10

MADabolic changed the way I look at group fitness, and movement in general! I was a member at their Charlotte, NC location before I moved to Nashville and I am so glad that they opened one here! The trainers make you feel comfortable and supported, while challenging you to surpass your own self-created limitations. I lift heavier than I ever thought I'd be able to and I more fully understand the importance of a balanced work to rest ratio...Even my relationship with food (fuel) has changed! I really can't say enough good things about this program!
