Madia was amazing. I cannot wait to go back again. In just the first class I felt every bit of what I went for. I felt lighter afterwards and I slept amazingly that night. If i could go every day I would! Looking forward to going back next week :)

I recently attended restorative yoga with sound bath with Surreina. The teacher was amazing, the setting was relaxing and not overcrowded like some studios. This was my first experience with a sound bath and it was lovely and deeply relaxing.

Graduated from the Yoga Teacher Training course back in 2021, but never stopped being a student:). It was transformative and enlightening, and I highly recommend for those seeking the same experience. Madia doesn’t just teach yoga, she teaches the art of self-mastery which goes deeper than the technique. I got way more out of the training than I imagined and gained a like-minded community that continues to feed and grow my mind, body, and soul. My gratitude cannot be expressed enough for her as a teacher/mentor and for the studio that offers a safe place to be.

Madia is a sensitive and intuitive instructor and an incredible human. I've taken classes from her, attended fulfilling retreats, completed my 200-hour certification, and visited her for Hakomi therapy sessions. I would recommend her in all capacities.

My experience Madia has been life altering. I have taken classes, workshops, retreats, and have been through her 200 hour yoga training. Her psychology background and continued learning shines in her teachings and presence. Madia’s healing arts is unique in that she teaches in smaller groups which allows so much time to really dig and get to know one another individually and as a group. In such a loving community it gives opportunity for people to feel safe, open, and to be heard. That is where transformation happens.

My best days are days I get to practice yoga with Madia!! Over the last several years I have spent a lot of time practicing with Madia in community classes, retreats, and private sessions; both in-person and online. She has truly been my partner in personal growth. Through one-on-one coaching and community classes with Madia, I have learned a lot about myself and gained valuable tools that have helped me with stress reduction and self awareness. Madia’s classes are fun and playful while also being deeply nurturing. We often say her classes are like “medicine” for the mind and body because when you finish class you feel so good! Madia is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and an excellent teacher. Her studio is friendly and inviting. It is such a great place to BE!

Fantastic massage!! I'm new to the area and picky about who I trust to give me a massage or do energy work. I love the space and felt very comfortable and safe. She really listened to my needs and I felt fantastic afterwards. I look forward to going back!
