John is phenomenal. He is always professional, polite and always so very, very knowledgeable. He is the reason why Iβve stayed at Manduu since March. He cares so much for each client and listens intently on their goals. Iβve experienced this along with other friends I have referred to Manduu. Heβs the reason why I will continue to promote, market, and highly recommend Brentwood Manduu, because of John. I am so thankful. He has changed my life with the strength, muscle and decreased left shoulder pain from a partial frozen shoulder that I could never have received from PT. ( I was in PT for 12 weeks) 5 STARS PLUS because of John!!

What a unique fun workout! I never imagined how sore I would be for more than a week after my 1st 13 minute workout. I've been taking Pilates 5 days a week for 2 years. Adding Manduu to my routine has been such a great addition.

I enjoy working out at Manduu Brentwood. Itβs easy to get in and out of the shop info center, find parking, which is great.
The trainers are great, and the workout is only 15 minutes!
Plan on arriving a few minutes before to change into their workout outfit.
They even have showers -which I sometimes use when I pop in during my lunch break.
The trainer ratio to people exercising is one trainer to two people. This is really nice.
I highly recommend this studio.

Exceptional experience! My wife and I started sessions here 3 months ago and we could not say enough great things about this location. Everyone who works at the studio is always so helpful and professional. Jarvin and Lane are who we have worked with the most and they are fantastic! Wonderful work out I can do with my husband. Had severe back pain before we started Manduu. It has done wonders for making it go away! Get in get out is my motto on lots of things especially fitness since finding Manduu 2 years ago. Iβm a full time RN and I donβt have the time to devote to hours a week in the gym just focused on a couple muscle groups each day. I also donβt have the desire to pay extra for a trainer. With Manduu I get the benefit of a 1:1 or 1:2 trainer and technology working all my major muscle groups at the same time in just 15 minutes. I go twice a week. Jarvin and his staff are so knowledgeable and itβs obvious they care about me as an individual as well as my fitness goals. Manduu is an investment into myself!

I joined 5 weeks ago and waited to give a review, because anything can "seem great" to start. Bottom line - try it!
The studio is SPOTLESS every time. Beautifully maintained and a very pleasant place to be. I've worked with 5 different trainers, all with their own style and personality - but also all had my fitness goals and concerns at the top of their priority list. Working out by myself or with a partner the trainers are very focused, instructional and fun too. It has been the perfect addition to my routine.

I loved my MANDUU experience! My trainer, Jacob Adcock, was extremely helpful, encouraging, and progressional. I broke a sweat in just 12 minutes and felt well worked all over by the end without any mental exhaustion. 10/10 will do again!

TLDR; You pay 60+ dollars for 12 mins and you NEVER know what it will be: Good, Bad, or horribly PAINFUL. No Thanks!
I went 8 times, I really wanted to make this place work. Concept is great however the company is horrible.
Some of the trainers are good, others are completely awful. The awful result in extremely painful experience or a wasted workout. After repeatedly saying I was in pain and it was getting worse, I ended up screaming at the trainer to make him turn it off, it was beyond painful. Then he was annoyed at me because he put the jacket on wrong. I ended up bruised.
When I called to see about only going to trainers with whom I had previously had positive experiences with I was told "absolutely not". It is "Manduu policy" you schedule a time and as for your trainer: "get who you get". They REFUSE to tell you who your trainer is or let you schedule yourself with a specific trainer. Also, the trainers are not "allowed" to tell you when they will be there.
I like to develop a relationship with my trainers. I find they can push me past my limits when there is an existing relationship. At Manduu it was like the first day every-time, You pay 60+ dollars for 12 mins and you never know if its going to be good, bad, or painful. No Thanks!
