From the very first session, it was evident that your work out program was tailored specifically to my needs. I cannot sing the praises of this place enough. Mike has added additional support because it's such a good place that they are now more and more in demand, so my personal trainer is Hunter. He is a miracle worker. I see him 3x a week now for 5 weeks, and I already see a huge improvement in strength and weight loss. I had a previous personal trainer elsewhere for 1 year and see so much more improvement with Hunter here. As just one example, Hunter found an old injury that was impacting how I was squatting. He asked me if I ever hurt my ankle because he could tell how I was squatting and rolling my foot. So he has now incorporated specific ankle stretches to build up my ankles. He customizes my workouts, tracks my progress, encourages me, and makes working out a hell of a lot more fun. Mike has checked in with me a number of times to make sure everything is going well - and honestly, I am so so happy. All in all, I highly recommend this establishment.

I've been working with Mike for a little more than a year and cannot recommend him highly enough. His approach to training is a motivating and supportive one that has made me want to work hard and commit to his program. The results I've seen from working with Mike one-on-one and by using his workouts on my regular gym days have far exceeded my initial goals. Mike is also an easy going and friendly guy who makes even the hardest of sessions fun.

Mike has been training my husband and I for the past year and a half. He is truly wonderful! He really takes time to find out your goals and is willing to work with you to get there no matter how long it takes. Not only this, but he makes you feel at home without any judgment. I can't say enough good things about the progress I have made. I highly recommend him!

I can't give enough positive feedback about Mike and his online workout program. Mike's online program has been extremely effective for me in the short time frame (only 3 months) that I've worked with him. Most importantly, as I got started I knew very little about nutrition, or even some of the exercises I was supposed to do in the program. Every time I reached out with a question, Mike got back to me right away, and most of the time it was the same day. You can tell how enthusiastic Mike is with his work, and that he is truly living his purpose in life to help others reach their fitness goals. I've been fortunate to get to know Mike professionally as someone who works out in the same gym he trains in, and he does a great job of motivating his clients that he works with both in person and online by using positive reinforcement and encouragement to get them excited about the work they are putting in. I'm looking forward to the next few months of workouts as well to continue to see the improvement.

I've worked with several trainers and Mike is hands down The Best! Mike is able to walk that fine line between being your coach and being your friend, always pushing for success no matter what that might be for you. I always enjoy the custom programs that he puts together for me and the results speak for themselves - total of 35 lbs lost!

I was visiting Nashville from LA and a good friend referred me to Mike. We did a couple of sessions and it was the best. He designs the workouts to align with your goals and takes the time to figure out what those are. He was also super flexible with times which was helpful because I had a hectic schedule. Hands down 5 stars. If you’re looking for results, Mike is your guy.
