WE LOVE MY GYM! My 18-month-old daughter and I both look forward to her class every week! Her teachers are so sweet, the class size is perfect, and it has been such a great way for her to "socialize" at a young age. She has also grown SO much in her confidence and is able to walk, climb, run, and balance so well thanks to My Gym! The gym is set up differently each week so your little one always has something new to explore. The teachers help them learn new age-appropriate gymnastic skills each week which is so great for their development! My daughter also loves the music, dancing, and puppet shows that are part of her class. So worth it, thank you My Gym! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot recommend this place more!

The staff does NOT interchange like many children’s places with high turnover. Kids thrive on consistency and comfort in the same people, and the staff here is not a revolving door. They remember your child’s name and face.

You also get to see the same parents and kids each week at the same time, and potentially meet new play date and mom/dad friends!

My daughter is leaps and bounds ahead of her peers (physically) because of the activities performed in these classes. She can observe children of similar age completing similar tasks.

The restrooms aRe always clean.

I had a very disappointing experience here. As someone who values inclusivity and respectful service, I felt completely unwelcome. The staff did not acknowledge me at all—despite my efforts to engage with them—and instead only interacted with the baby I was caring for, as if I were invisible. The environment did not feel friendly or inclusive, and I left feeling like an outsider. I would not recommend this place, especially for people who expect respectful and inclusive treatment.

My daughter had her birthday party at My Gym, and it was perfect! Stacey and Callie went above and beyond to make sure the party went smoothly and the birthday girl felt celebrated and special. They quickly memorized every child’s name and ensured each of them felt comfortable and had fun during the party. They played with the kids and did little fun games throughout the party. The birthday girl left saying this was the best party ever - and she is right! You will be so happy to have a birthday party here. 10/10

My daughter is 9 and has taken gymnastics and cheernastics at MyGym for 3 years. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience there. The coaches are all so kind and encouraging. The performance at the end of the year is fun and impressive. My daughter had the most amazing Taylor Swift themed birthday party and no detail was missed. Mrs. Chelsea made her feel so special! I also love the fitness aspect of the classes. My daughter has built so much strength from the exercises they practice. Definitely check it out!

My family’s experience has been so positive over the years attending My Gym for a variety of classes, parties, and special pop-ups. The staff is always warm, friendly, quickly learns the kids names, is very involved, and makes every experience unique and fun. We’ve worked most with Ms Lindsey, Ms Sheila, and Ms Tiffany and could gush about all of them. We were first introduced through a birthday party when my oldest was about two and a half. The party was great so we visited a couple of times for drop in gym and then hosted a joint party for my older two boys when they were 3 and 5 and had THE BEST TIME. My youngest was able to attend weekly classes this past year beginning in August when he was 13 months and not yet walking. Though he was reserved for the first few classes and not completely willing to participate in all of the activities he warmed up and became a huge fan. He is a very strong climber, runs everywhere, has learned several gymnastics skills, and is totally involved in all of the activities. We also take advantage of some of the pop-up events that sometimes bring in a small business like sensory play or art, the zoo, and story time. My Gym has become a highlight of the week for us and we’ll be attending for years to come.

My son and I love My Gym. It has become his happy place. We go weekly for his class and he has so much fun. They have group time, activities to help with development, and free play during the class. My son is always on the go and My Gym has been the best outlet to get his energy out.

MyGym is a wonderful program all the way around! The instructors are well trained, energetic and engaging, and every single activity and exercise has a purpose to benefit your child. Absolutely love this gym for kids! I come here with my nanny child and the teachers have always been so welcoming and sweet! They engage with each child and have great activities planned for them each week! My nanny child looks forward to this class each week! I would definitely recommend sending your little one here!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this gym! My little girl started at around 8 months and she LOVES IT to say the least (as do I). The coaches are so good with all of the littles. The activities are very intentional. The social interaction is great. If you’re on the fence about joining, DO IT! :)

I brought my 1 year old son here for the Open Gym in the afternoon, and being his first time, he loved it! The entire 40 minutes we were there, he was active! Great selection of gym accessories for them to play with. That includes a balance beam, ball pit, basketball hoops, trampoline, etc! Will definitely be going back because he loved it!

I can’t say enough good things about My Gym! After my ADHD son was asked not to come back to another gymnastics type class at another venue because he couldn’t focus/follow the very structured teachings, we were hesitant try to something else. My son had attended a birthday party at My Gym in the past and would frequently mention how he wanted to go back, so after leaving the other facility we gave My Gym a try. I’m so glad we did because we were welcomed with open arms and treated wonderfully by everyone from the very beginning.
I like how my son’s class is a good balance of structured activities and free play which allows for learning new things and getting out energy and wiggles. I love how the coaches repeat instructions twice to make sure that little ears hear and can follow without expecting them to be soldiers. I appreciate how they recognize that each child is different and respond to their behaviors with encouragement and guidance as needed.
Overall, it has just simply been a wonderful experience for our family. We drive 30 mins one way each week for my kindergartener to attend classes and I feel it is well worth it. I’m so glad we found something that my son enjoys and where he can play and learn in an atmosphere that allows him to do those things just as he is and without unrealistic expectations.

My son has been going to a MyGym class since he was 8 months old. He is 6 years old now. Through the years, MyGym staff have become like family to us! They have been there for all of his developmental milestones but have also been there to see him grow and love him even on his worst toddler emotion-filled days too! We couldn’t love our MyGym family more or be more grateful for the impact they have had on our son’s life. We can’t wait to start our youngest there soon too!

Although we loved the atmosphere and the place itself we will never return here. My son is on the spectrum, he has a hard time understanding and a very hard time sitting still. We were told that we needed to “control” our child better during circle time; just like that CONTROL. If an employee is not trained or polite enough to wonder why maybe a child can not participate in circle time “properly” then they are NOT inclusive. I loved this place up until that point.

I brought my granddaughter to her class today and was so thrilled to see how amazing the staff and all the participants were all so friendly, respectful, and just down to earth!!! We love MyGym! My girls have taken classes here for several years and had birthday parties as well. It’s small enough to feel cozy and friendly but the coaches have big gym skills- my girls have learned so much! The environment is very clean, positive, and high energy. Coaches are so personal and the location is very convenient. The recital is just right- fun and exciting but not an extreme time commitment with dress rehearsals or elaborate costumes. Make sure to sign up for high demand class times in advance.
My kids have also loved their birthday parties here (parties for ages 2, 4) and my 6 year old wants to have hers here next year. They are so easy, you just walk in with the cake and there is not a dull moment.
