12/24 update:

My review is completely changed. MHYP was extremely cordial and prompt in helping me to arrange and makeup for my missed class. The candlelight class was spectacular. Great teacher and wonderful experience. Thanks for making it right.

I love the constant positive energy at My Hot Yoga Place. I always walk out with a smile on my face and a renewed energy, which isn't true of all yoga classes. Rommy makes everyone feel so comfortable- no matter their ability and there's nothing more I want out of my yoga teacher and studio! Not to mention Marley is the cutest pup around.

I was finally able to check out My HOT YOGA Place last week and it was an incredible experience. I have a tried a few in the area and this by far was my favorite. The instructor was incredibly welcoming and made me feel like I had been a long time member. I am super excited to say I have found my hot yoga home.

The teachers are all wonderful and creative, the studio is always spotless and welcoming, and the yoga is challenging and varied. We are lucky to have this place in Hendersonville.

Was so excited to get a great workout at yoga.I have been times before and loved it but was surprised when a yoga instructor I think her name was Catherine was very rude to my friend in the class.She kept singling her out and embarrassing her making her feel very uncomfortable.She would only do it to her even though she was working very hard.We were polite but she felt uncomfortable and embarrassed I will not be coming back to this place after this.
