NYC is a beautiful, welcoming, relaxed sanctuary. Nikki and all of her instructors are phenomenal. the studio is immaculate and the classes are superb - I always leave relaxed, exhausted, and sweaty - the closest to zen I could ask for! Thank you so much for being so wonderful!

Yoga class is supposed to be enjoyable. Teachers can be overbearing. Especially, if you're not use to hot yoga. I like to take breaks if needed and not feel like I'm being pressured to stay in an uncomfortable situation.

I would argue that this is one of the HOTTEST studios in all of Nashville. If you’re looking for the best sweat in your life, check out Nashville yoga co. All the teachers are phenomenal and the studio is clean. I’m always DRENCHED in sweat after the hot yoga practice

I won’t be returning to this studio. The room was uncomfortably hot, which aggravated my back issues. I tried to communicate my concerns, but unfortunately, the owner wasn’t very understanding or supportive of my needs. Disappointed, as I was hoping to find a welcoming environment to continue my practice. She didn't even know who Morgan Wallen was and she lives in Nashville and I thought that was kind of lame but that's a separate issue anyway I'll never go back there. Had a weird vibe to it.

Nashville Yoga Co is one of my favorite studios. They’re one of the few places that offer evening classes and it’s so convenient. James, the instructor, is one of the best yoga teachers and I highly recommend taking his class.

I’ve been coming to this studio for five years. Yesterday, I was exactly 1 minute late and they locked me out of the studio. I’ve been to several yoga studios in Nashville and they do not treat customers like this so I’ll be going elsewhere. Sometimes people run late because they work or because the weather is bad. Yesterday I was battling 50 mph winds trying to get to your studio only to show up to find that I was locked out .You should reevaluate your tardy policy and how you treat customers.

Hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to. I lived in Nashville for 2 years and discovered NYCo early on and became addicted to the mental challenge of getting through a class and the reward it offered mentally and physically at the end. I have since moved to the Dallas area and have not found a studio in the same universe as this one; if I could transport this wonderful studio I would, it’s that great.

I didn’t know how bad I needed this place until I had to take a break for health reasons. The facilities are always clean and the staff is knowledgeable and personal. I am so happy to be back in my safe space. Everyone there is so supportive and I love having such a positive space to grow my practice. If you have ever thought about giving hot yoga a try, you must try it here!

Love this space, love these people. Hottest studio in Nashville and I’ve been to them all. Each instructor is so intentional and really lets students practice how the wish as long as it’s safe and respectful. If you have to lay down the entire class no worries. Amazing work out, but also so amazing for your mental wellness. Highly recommend Nikki, Rebecca, Heather, Shelby, Jessie, Hannah, James, and any other instructor!!! Been going here the past 4 years and still can’t get enough.

My daughter was part of a wedding party that scheduled a group class at 8:45am on 5/25. When they got there, the doors were locked, no note on the door, no calls about refunds or reschedules. Multiple calls have gone unanswered. I am hoping there is an explanation for this. It isn't OK.

Love Nash Yoga Co! The studio has such a warm (ha, no pun intended), family feel. The instructors know your name and remember questions that you have about variations to poses because of injury (Rebecca is especially great at remembering). The variety of classes is fabulous too - everything from slower paced classes to quick paced challenging vinyasa and HIIT. My favorite studio in the city!

This is hand's down, the most awesome studio in Nashville. I had never done hot yoga and I went to check it out because I lived very close to the studio. It took me a minute to get adjusted to the heat. Now I can't live without it. I expected to learn yoga, I didn't expect the amazing community that would arise from joining the Nashville Yoga Co. family. The teachers are always enthusiastic and thoughtful. I come away from each class and each teacher with something new to think about whether spiritually or physically. They practice "No Judgement" and they really live this core value. I can't always do all the poses perfectly, but I've learned a new way of accepting my body where it is that day. Sometimes I'm a wiz, some days I have to skip some of the flows. I have been practicing there now for 5 years and it's an important part of my self-care and life! Give yourself 3-5 times in the heat and you will start to crave it. It's like a shower from the inside-out! - Judith

Going to NashYoCo always gives me a fresh start, whether it's first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon. The instructors are fabulous and caring - they create a wonderful family atmosphere. Jennifer and Rebecca give a great (hard) workout in their Hot Vinyasa classes and Stephanie is so helpful with technique! Love Nikki and the amazing work that she puts into the studio!

I joined Nashville Yoga Co about a month ago because of class offerings with Cindy L. I’ve enjoyed learning the Sumits series along with other diverse classes. The hot room and atmosphere facilitates a positive yoga practice. The extensive cleaning done in between classes gives me confidence that I’m practicing in a safe space.

Very welcoming hot yoga studio. Lots of different class times (7 days a week and early morning classes to evening times) for you to choose from. Also, they have partnered with a studio in Bellevue which I recently tried and love that studio too.

Awesome studio, they have great classes and time options. Limited number of openings but that’s due to COVID, not the studio. The locker rooms are also closed but again, COVID. All things considered, they’re doing a fantastic job of operating safely when so many other places are closed.

Nashville Yoga Co is a great facility to practice personal yoga. Instructors are helpful and assist with previous injuries and corrective postures while maintaining a wide range of class options and times. You do not have to be a perfect yogi to come and feel the benefits of the heat and enabling your body to be a stronger version of itself. Spiritual practice with no traditional smells of incense or religious doctrine included.

I took up the two week special at Sumits and it totally rekindled my love of yoga and confidence in my ability to stay in the hot room. The studio is really easy to access, is super clean, and the cool towels at the end of class are a lovely touch. I experienced 4 different teachers and every one of them was excellent while bringing a different energy to practise. Sumit doesn't spare the heat or humidity in class so you really get what you came for and the mix of flow and set practise is really nice. I loved also how kind and supportive the teachers are for first timers in the room and how they encourage people to practise with their body whatever it is capable of on a particular day. It is a lovely community. I am only visiting Nashville but if I lived here, this would definitely be a choice studio. I wish I was staying here in Nashville btw, you should all be very grateful for your fine city (for so many reasons). Thanks Sumit for all you do. Cheers Nashville. See ya'll soon.

I love this place. I initially tried Sumits because I found a great Group-on deal. I will definitely be sticking around! I’ve had several different teachers and really liked them all. My butt has been thoroughly kicked after each class, which I love! I tried the Pilates recently and it was awesome.

The best yoga studio I have ever been to. Unfortunately I moved to over an hour away. I guess the saying is true that you don’t know what you had until it is gone.

I have checked out all the hot yoga studios within my vicinity. Sumits is by far the best. All the teachers are AMAZING. The atmosphere is spa-like, calm, quiet, relaxing. It's always clean. You see the teachers clean the floors and room after every class. It always smells good. And you always get a juicy, cold, lavender washcloth after every class.

Haven't been to a hot yoga class in about a year but used to go 3x a week. My friend and I went to one at this location together but it was so hot, and since I am new to it again, I had to leave the room the last ten minutes of class so I could get a breath of fresh air because I honestly felt so sick. A lady at the front desk saw me and scolded me for leaving early, saying out of respect for the class I should stick it out next time even if I am sick. SO RUDE. I guess they'd rather have their clients pass out or throw up in class rather than step out for fresh air. My friend goes their frequently and she too had to step out because of the heat. I'm not complaining about the heat by any means, I just know my body and knew I needed some fresh air and I don't appreciate being made to feel embarrassed or in trouble. I will never go back there, and my friend - after speaking with the lady and telling her how rude she was being - agreed she will never be attending class there again either.

I've been looking for this type of hot yoga studio in Nashville for the past 2 years since I moved here from California (where there is a ton of hot flow yoga properly heated rooms). I feel like I had tried everything to find this type of yoga in Nashville, and sort of resigned, thinking that hot yoga just didn't exist very well here in Tennessee. I'm so glad I was wrong. I'm so grateful I found this place and so is my body. I'm hooked! If you've been searching for hot yoga for a while and aren't really finding it at the other spots. Give this a try!

I can't believe there isn't a review on here yet! Where to even begin, there have been so many positive aspects to my experience at Sumits Nashville. The energy is one of the most welcoming atmospheres I have ever walked into in conjunction you get a killer workout with an equal emphasis on creating a personalized moving meditation. The best of both worlds for all levels of yogis out there. Sumits Nashville creates a welcoming space for each person to be able to have whatever experience they are looking to have in their yoga practice. Could not recommend this beautiful place and the staff that makes it what it is enough. That's you -Nikki, Jean & Hannah :)
