Today was my second class, and I almost left before it even started.
My toddler was not enjoying the child care like she did the first time. But before I made it to the door, Andrea stopped me and encouraged me to stay, with my toddler staying next to me with her own mat. It honestly almost made me cry. In a society where moms/children can largely been seen as a problem, this moment was so special to me. My toddler was not “perfect”, but no one scolded us over it. Another mom was encouraged to wear her baby and offered adjustments for the class.
So thank you 🙏🏼 I have been desperately trying to find ways to get my health back to what it was before I became a mom, and this was a moment of hope that I have needed.

Amazing! I’ve been going since September and it’s easily become my favorite work out. I’ve recommended it to so many of my friends and it’s definitely what we’ve been missing in the Tri-Cities. Hopeful for more locations in the future, such as Kingsport 💜 💚 🩵

LOVE the barre! All of the instructors are so kind and helpful. I love the workout changes each class. It keeps me on my toes and coming back! So glad NB is part of the community 🫶

So happy this studio is open. All the instructors are so friendly and helpful. Neighborhood barre is a wonderful addition to Johnson City and is a challenging but very rewarding type of exercise!
