Jenn has a great thing going at New Moon Yoga. Her studio is a gem in Franklin, as it honors yogic philosophy and tradition and feels true to what yoga is supposed to be.

Pricing is very reasonable, location is beautiful, and the staff is super seasoned.

Classes at New Moon are usually full but today, I was the only student at Jenn's lunchtime class...very rare but this is a brand new one on the schedule. Jenn generously gave me a private session that was invaluable for checking my form and introducing me to new ways of engaging in different postures. She is clearly so passionate about yoga, genuinely enjoys teaching, and is a forever student herself.

Grateful to New Moon for offering me this space to continue my yoga practice in a like-minded community.

I've been going to New Moon since it opened and every class is exactly what I need. The owner, Jen, has created a warm and welcoming space that promotes a feeling of peace and calm. She not only offers classes but I take atleast one workshop or sound bowl every few months. If you're a yogi or looking to start yoga this is def a studio for you.

This studio helped me reconnect with my body after years of neglect and continues to teach me day-by-day how to love myself a little bit more. The teachers are all so kind and supportive and they offer a wide range of class styles. There's a deep focus on mindfulness in each one and we are encouraged to be present, listen to our bodies, and move within our own limitations. I'm so grateful to have found this studio!

I have been a yogi for decades and was searching for a studio that met my needs in Franklin. Finding New Moon Yoga 2 years ago has been a blessing. Not sure how many studios I have been to but, there have only been a handful that had created such a professional, warm and loving community as New Moon. The instructors are all amazing and very different which leads to a more expansive yoga experience. A diverse and well curated cadre of teachers allowed me to expand my practice into new areas. LYT classes with Rhonda challenge everything for me. Starting the weekend with Shannon's Hatha class sets the tone and energy for the weekend. Move and Meditate led by Anne-Marie bookends the weekend with serenity.
A good measure of the community at New Moon is the number of people who come early to connect and chat and how they are herded out the door at the end to make room for the next class. Love them all. Thanks to Jenn for making this all happen and to all my fellow yogi's who make it special each time I practice. Namaste! And join us.

New Moon Yoga Studio is more than a studio. It's a community. I have been going to this studio for a year now, and all the teachers are outstanding. It's hard to choose one class above the others, but Shannon's 8:00 a.m. on Saturday hatha class is amazing. It encompasses all yogic principles along with a meditation at the end. Anne-Marrie's 4:30 move and meditate class on Sunday afternoons is the perfect closeout for a busy weekend. I highly recommend this amazing group of teachers.

I was so relieved to find Lindsey's prenatal yoga class at the beginning of my first pregnancy. She is extremely welcoming and makes you feel like you belong there instantly. The class format felt great physically (she would ask for personal requests which was nice) and she incorporated breathing cues and affirmations that I know will be so helpful when I go into labor. She has a way of connecting you with other women in the class which just feels supportive when you're on the island of being pregnant. New Moon is a great studio in general and I really like the owner, Jenn, too!

I was taking prenatal yoga classes throughout my whole pregnancy starting at 14 weeks and I can’t recommend it enough. They are tailored specifically to target the most common problems you experience during pregnancy - back pains, hip pains, etc- but also include stretches to strengthen pelvic floor, breathing exercises and so much more. Lindsey is fantastic, she would always ask what areas we would like to focus on in the beginning of every practice and customize it to group’s specific needs. When you join Lindsey’s classes you really join a beautiful community of women who are on this journey together, they support each other, share their struggles, worries, happy and exciting moments and share advice. It helps not only physically, but mentally as well.

New Moon Yoga has excellent classes and instructors - I've taken many classes of prenatal yoga with Lindsey and blissful flow with Robbie. Both have been spiritually/mentally and physically empowering! Lindsey's prenatal class helped ground me during my pregnancy, with self-compassion and connection to my baby. The practice also eased aches and pains and gave me tools to use at home, helping me sleep better and stay more comfortable. Robbie's blissful flow class is invigorating and weaves in meaningful affirmations and themes - she is an amazing teacher. I highly recommend New Moon Yoga!

Highly recommend prenatal yoga with Lindsey! The stretches and positions are just what I needed to help get my body ready for labor and delivery. But this is more than just a yoga class. It’s is a great community of women supporting each other. I looked forward to it every week to see the women and also to have designated time to check in with my baby. The support from Lindsey and the other women also helped me feel connected to the community (as a transplant from another state) and I was also able to find resources I needed.

The prenatal yoga at New Moon has been the best decision I could have made in my pregnancy journey.
I first came to the group at 17 weeks pregnant and three days off a move from MN to TN.
What I found was not just a class that has helped me prepare for my birthing experience but an incredible community of woman preparing for the new season of life and supporting each other through the journey.
Lindsey is an incredible instructor and human being - I would recommend this class to any momma to be!!

I cannot recommend Lindsey and her pre-natal yoga class enough! Lindsey creates a safe space from the moment you enter and guides you through each class with intentions of building your bond with baby and preparing your body for birth. Her class is perfect for yogis of all levels. Being amongst a room full of pregnant people is magical, and Lindsey guides it in a gentle, relaxing way. I wish I could take her class forever! Anyone who is pregnant should certainly take her class, you'll thank yourself after!

New Moon Yoga was the first studio I tried after 3 years of not practicing yoga. I really enjoyed the vibe of the studio and the teachers so I have been consistently going for the past 5 months. I’ve more recently actually been going 5 times a week and my body & mind have never felt better.

All the teachers are so kind and the yoga community there is friendly and non judgmental. It’s not a competition to get into the fullest expression of a pose and props are highly encouraged- which I love. I have been to most classes including Flow, Gentle, Restorative and Yin. I was actually specifically drawn to this studio because of the offering of Yin yoga. They also hold several unique workshops a month which allows you to really deepen your practice.

I would highly recommend New Moon Yoga if your looking for a studio with a strong mind and body connection and I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

My husband and I had just moved to Franklin when we found out we were pregnant. Lindsey’s prenatal class was a lifesaver for my mind and body. Her classes were approachable for all stages of pregnancy, and the mama community she cultivates was an unexpected bonus. Now postpartum, I am restarting movement with yin and gentle classes. I love everything about this studio — instructors (especially Jenn and Lindsey), classes and the community!

Amazing studio! Great teachers for all ages and abilities. The LYT class is my favorite. Rhonda is quite knowledgeable and because of what she teaches in this class, I’m able to do multiple types of sports and heavy farm work without getting injured. My body is flexible and strong thanks to her teaching.

If you're looking for a peaceful and transformative yoga experience, look no further than New Moon. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel welcomed by the warm and friendly teachers and students.

The studio itself is a beautiful and minimalist space, with natural light pouring in and neutral colors that promote relaxation and tranquility. Registering and checking-in is easy. The mats and props are clean and well-maintained, and there's plenty of space for everyone to move and breathe comfortably.

The classes offered are contemporary, while applying the ancient principles of yoga. Rhonda is knowledgeable, passionate, and skilled, as she leads a LYT class that is both challenging and accessible. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find a class that's right for you, with a variety of styles and levels available.

One of the things that sets New Moon Yoga apart is the commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive community. The owner, Jenn, truly believes that yoga is for everyone, and she makes sure that everyone feels valued and supported. The studio is a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your practice without fear of criticism or comparison.

Overall, I can't recommend New Moon enough. It's a wonderful place to practice yoga, to connect with like-minded individuals, and to deepen your understanding of yourself and your body. If you're looking for a yoga studio that will inspire and uplift you, this is the place to be!

Great studio with such nice, supportive teachers. The owner Jenn is so welcoming. I love that they offer different types of classes from more active to gentle and restorative. I recently attended a meditation workshop led by Robbie with my teenage daughter and it was excellent. I love Mandy’s Tuesday flow and Maria’s Saturday flow. I’ve taken my daughter to gentle on Sundays. That’s a great class for a mother/daughter date with smoothies or açaí bowl at the cafe next door after.

For all the pregnant mommas, I highly recommend the weekly prenatal yoga class with Lindsey. It has been great not only for my body but also my mind. Lindsey really focuses on hip mobility and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. I feel completely safe doing all the moves in her class. I love the community created for yogi mommas. It was the one thing I had the energy for during my first trimester and I learned so much about the pregnancy journey from fellow mommas, both first time and recurring. I love the first 15 minutes of class that are truly community building. We shared a variety of resources with each other (from sleeping pillows, names of helpful healthcare providers, and how to introduce baby to pets and so much more). Attending this prenatal class has been great for my pregnancy anxiety. I leave class happier, more relaxed, and very grateful for what a capable body I have in creating a baby.

I have had such a great experience with New Moon Yoga! I initially reached out to Jenn, the owner, because I was looking for safe exercise classes during my pregnancy. Before my first visit, Jenn was so kind to answer all of my questions over the phone, helped me find a class that suited my needs, and taught me how to register for classes through the app. She encouraged me to check out the weekly prenatal Yoga class taught by Lindsey. This class has been SO incredible during my pregnancy (especially third trimester) and I cannot say enough kind things about Lindsey! This class has helped me stay active, build strength and flexibility, AND has provided great community with other moms & moms-to-be during this new season of life. I would highly recommend this class for any pregnant mama!!!

I missed being in an authentic yoga studio during 2020. New Moon opened this summer with a lot of my favorite yoga teachers and a variety of yoga classes. It is a breath of fresh air. Whenever I walk into the studio I breathe in acceptance, encouragement and love! What a relief! I would like to share about the LYT class taught by Rhonda. Rhonda is finishing her 500 hour training in LYT. This practice was developed by a physical therapist. It teaches maintaining proper spinal alignment, strength and mobility. I have become so much stronger! I even have muscle definition for the first time in my life!! And I don't hurt anymore! Not even my low back!! It has helped me in my other yoga classes too!! Check out LYT yoga by Lara Heiman online!! I am so grateful Rhonda has brought this practice to Franklin!! I am ,also, grateful for Jenn, who has opened this lovely yoga studio!! It's amazing!!
