I have never been one that has looked forward to going to the gym. The way this gym is structured it feels like you are part of a team. Everyone encourages each other and Brandy the owner finds a way to bring out your best. Come and find out how a gym should be run.

Amazing gym family who support and encourage one another. Wide variety of classes. Childcare available for most classes. I have been going almost a year now and it has been great for me since I do not have to find a babysitter to get to go to the gym. Brandy is amazing and truly cares for the members.

No Boundaries Fitness is the best gym in Crossville, TN. The instructor, Brandy is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, supportive, and pushes you to be your best. All the classes are not just your basic class, they are challenging and you really burn the calories. It is a great class for both men and woman!

Tired of doing the same workouts over and over or trying to figure out what to do at the gym? Then this place is for you. All classes are instructor led and changes week to week.
If you are just starting your fitness journey most classes have modifications for those that need it. Great family atmosphere that welcomes all members regardless of their fitness level. Come check it out!

Hands down, this is the best fitness center I’ve ever belonged to! This is not your average gym with rows of treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, bikes, etc. This gym offers a variety of classes that is second to none: Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Cardio Kickboxing, Balance & Agility, Yoga, Modified Yoga, Chair Fitness, Active Recovery, Bootcamp, Plank Posse and so much more. Classes are instructor led, choreographed to music, and vary in intensity. Modifications are available for just about everything (knees, shoulders, hips, etc). Every week the routines for each class change so you’ll never get bored doing the same thing over and over. My health and well-being are benefiting. I’m sleeping better, my balance has improved, I’m stronger and I feel great! I’ve never had so much fun getting my butt kicked!

What a wonderful experience! Being new to the gym, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Brandy. I took a strength class which was a perfect fit for everyone, all ages are welcome. Unfortunately, I am visiting or I would have became a member! Next time I am in town I will be taking another class!

Joined about a month ago. I really look forward to each class! Not your boring type of gym workout. The coach/instructor/owner provides insightful input while we perform an endless variety of excersizes, never a dull moment, as time passes quickly. Great fun, great workout, great environment and good comradery.
