I am so thankful for the Nurture Nashville Yoga studio! The prenatal yoga classes have not only helped me physically prepare for having my first baby by showing me exercises to strengthen appropriate muscles, different positions and breathing techniques, but also given me confidence that I am doing the best I can to prepare my body for childbirth. I’m looking forward to participating in the New Moms group after I deliver, and the baby and me and the pelvic floor strength rebuilding classes after I give birth. Thank you, Jenni, for creating an amazing studio for this season of life - I’m so glad I found this community!

So glad I found this place! Great place if you are looking for a support community during your pregnancy. Definitely recommend the pre-natal yoga, they also have many other classes you can choose from and they offer lots of different resources available for anything you might need, such as Infant CPR classes.

Jenni was so kind as she guided me in private classes. She is so knowledgeable and I loved learning the reason for each new way of moving and holding my body she taught me. She has a beautiful, calm presence that helps a person who is new to yoga feel comfortable in this space and comfortable asking questions. Jenni is just amazing to work with and I’m so grateful for the time I got to take these classes with her.

I love Nurture. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. It saved me during my first post-partum experience. I connected with other mamas who were in a similar stage and mamas who were ahead of me and could encourage me and offer their experiences. Now that my babies aren’t babies, we love the music class.
Jenni has worked hard to make it a place where there is something from everyone.

I would highly recommend Nurture Nashville. I wish I had found them sooner. I began attending to get back into my yoga practice. Nurture had a schedule where adults could attend Vinyasa at the same time children attended Kid’s yoga next door. Then the pandemic hit. Nurture became a huge part of my self-care through a virtual environment. Nurture is adaptable, supportive, and provides a nurturing environment for yoga practice.

I wish this would have been open when I was pregnant!…never the less, I have attended some classes (even though by kids are not babies) & have got amazing instructions on how to honor my body and how it works, really valuable information that has changed how I move.

Nurture nashville is such a special place that I am SO thankful to have found in my pregnancy. Pregnancy can be such a stressful time, but Anne and Jenni are amazing instructors who always make sure you leave their classes feeling so much more at ease and just overall happier. I can’t wait to try BYOBaby yoga next. Highly highly recommend!!

My daughter and I loved the BYOBaby class. Being the only dad/baby combo in the room, Amy went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and included. Love the singing, sweet baby yoga, and the connecting with other new parents. The space was beautiful and the community friendly. We'll definitely be back.THANK YOU!

I loved all the prenatal classes and can’t wait to start the BYOB (bring your own baby) and the postpartum classes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is sometimes the classes get very VERY packed and when you are 35 plus weeks pregnant that is the last thing you want. Mostly still worth the cramped quarters though

Prenatal yoga has been an absolute life-changer during my first pregnancy! I love going to a studio that specializes in mommas because I know that any and all modifications will be offered and that I can tailor the practice to what is right for me and my baby without judgement. I have missed only a couple weeks during my pregnancy, but I notice it when I do! Thanks for being such a great resources for Nashville Mommas!

I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a Kids Yoga class during Sat morning with my girls. The space was so warm and inviting! Jenna and Marissa were so accommodating in assisting with class registration as I was having phone issues. I was expecting to join in the class with them but was pleasantly surprised to know there was class for adults at the same time. My girls love the kids yoga with class with Courtney and I l felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after the gentle flow class with Mandy. When in the area again, I will definitely be coming back!

Blooma means everything to me. As a new mom, it provided such a nurturing atmosphere for me. It felt like home very quickly. The BYOB classes are so sweet that it makes me emotional thinking back to that time with my first son. When he got older, Blooma grew with me and I could attend circuits with him, then I started using their childcare which he loved. Now, I’m over the moon to be going back to BYOB with my new baby. The other day was my first day back and my husband remarked about how excited I was. Blooma has been a second home to me for the couple of years of child-tearing and I tell every new mom about them!

Classes at Blooma have a different vibe than any other yoga studio in Nashville… Class begins with everyone (who is comfortable) introducing themselves and the feeling is that you are there for something personal and engaging. I love both the knowledge and the compassion of teachers like Jenni and Taylor and Claire. And I love that I don’t even have to remember my yoga mat! I also love that there are classes for my daughter and for every age and stage β€” for all family members. How many places in Nashville can say that?
I recommended Blooma to two friends just tonight.

I highly recommend Blooma. I started attending classes when I was pregnant with my son and it definitely helped prepare me for birth. I also feel like attending classes have helped me bounce back quickly. Now that my son is here, I am able to bring him with me to classes. Such a wonderful atmosphere! They even have fitness classes for children and men. Something for everyone!

I love this place! Informative classes - both great for the mind and body. They are building a lovely little community and a wealth of knowledge for parents. I will definitely be back for more classes and trainings! The staff were all warm and inviting, and it is easy to see that they love what they do. The facility was very well designed and beautifully decorated. So comfortable and cozy! Easy to get to, even in Nashville’s rush hour. And there is a parking lot to utilize.

It was my first time there and the staff and mommies were very warm and welcoming. I signed up for the BYOB and I'm new to yoga but the instructor, Jennifer Pickett, made me feel extremely comfortable. She also noticed I was having problems with my wrist and further guided me in pose alternatives. The class was intimate which allowed me to connect more with the instructor and other mommy in the room, which was perfect because I have a bit of social anxiety. I left the class feeling relaxed and confident! 10 out of 10 will recommend and return again!

I strongly recommend this class to expecting mamas. I feel great since I started prenatal youga in Blooma youga. It has warm and friendly atmesphere. I also have learnt alot from others during circle time. I really enjoy this different experience in my life. When I talked about my physical problem teachers provided me with particular care to do the exercises in right way and focusing more on some to heal my knee pain.
Thank you all.

There is a wealth of knowledge offered in Blooma's classes in a very supportive, community centered environment. I don't live in Nashville but have family there and will be attending classes when I visit. Great experience for me and my little one.
