Free for public.. posted hours. Plenty of room for walking and indoor activities. Easy to find. Not crowded or busy. Accessible. Highly recommend to locals.

The place used to be ideal for renting for birthday parties or for group meetings, etc. But now it's so run down & it needs so many repairs. The bathrooms need to be serviced & updated. Also the lighting in the entire building is very dim.
