OT is something I did in the past briefly. And then I had shoulder surgery and stopped working out for many years. Since then Iβve been diagnosed with diabetes, so I started To work out again. I started. off with yoga to help stretch my muscles that havenβt been used in years and try to gain some muscle back throughout my body. Then I needed more, so I went to OT. Everyone is very kind and understands that everyoneβs fitness journey is different. Theyβre all very friendly and they push you to do better, but if you canβt, they also understand and say no more. They are your biggest cheerleaders throughout the entire Process. I love it there!

I really enjoyed my time at this studio. The front desk gal is very friendly and great to deal with. The studio is clean and I never have any trouble booking a class. No nasty/explicit playlists and great coaches.

A good combination of strength, and cardio workout, great coaches. They offer a free intro class, you should not hesitate to give it a try. I combine OTF with other gym workouts, but if you only do OTF 3-4 times a week, and you put in the effort in other areas as well (food, sleep, rest - all very important), whatever your goal is, you will 100% achieve it with this program.

I have been a member for over 5 years and would recommend Orange Theory Fitness to anyone who is looking for an exercise program. I have tried several exercise programs and gyms and this is the only one I have stuck with for any time. This is definitely my weekly therapy for mind and body. The staff is knowledgeable and very supportive. The studio is very clean and equipment very well maintained. I am much stronger , have more stamina and endurance than I had in my 40βs and I am almost 66 years old.

I didn't think I would like it but I really enjoy the workouts. I think it is helping me get into very good shape. This is a much better workout than going to the gym and doing weights or elliptical by yourself. I usually go to afternoon or evening classes and really enjoy the coaches.

Total body workout with heart rate feedback. There are experienced competent instructors with videos to assist in doing exercises correctly. The equipment is up to date and high quality. I feel like I can show up and do the workout without having to worry if Iβm getting enough out of it.

Since coming back from lockdown, OTF Farragut has been as diligent and safety conscious as any business Iβve seen. The attention to health and maintaining protocols is apparent as soon as you arrive. The quality of the workouts however, have not suffered one bit. Through a great deal of adversity, this location has maintained a positive attitude toward providing customers with the best possible experience. If youβre looking for a βclassβ workout, thereβs not a better place around.

The coaching is clear and concise, the coaches are obviously experts in their field, they donβt skip a beat! The workouts are challenging and I can tell results will be showing up very soon. I have always totally loved HIIT classes, but something about Orange Theory makes me feel better than other classes by the end. My breathing and torso feels more open and expansive, whereas other classes make me somehow feel almost more compressed or tight. I also really love the atmosphere of a specialized studio. This place is great!

I have been coming to OT Farragut now for 8 months and honestly, it's been the best 8 months of my life. Like many others, I lost my (dream) job during Covid. I was in a place where I thought I would not only continue to grow with the company but retire there. That was detrimental to my mental health in the midst of a pandemic. I quit working out & basically just quit everything in general. When I started Orange Theory I had gained weight, had little motivation, I was embarrassed with how out of shape I had become. Now, I have found the most incredible team of people that work here: Bash, Whitney, Melissa, Hannah, Josie, Zippy (miss you Kacey!) etc. Everyone that works at the front desk are amazing. I just feel so at home when I pull in the parking lot. And the members- I'm not sure if every gym is this much of a family, but not being from here and having no family here... now I do! I love my OT Family and I am so thankful for this outlet, for the coaches & members that pour into me as a human. Each workout is challenging in a different way. I love that each class is different - it keeps up with my ADD :)

Joining OTF almost 2 years ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Iβm in the best shape I have been in years as well as the healthiest I have been in years. All the employees are very friendly and professional and the coaches are always helpful and professional. I am no stranger to working out. I am a retired athlete turned desk jockey and benefit most from high intensity workouts; however, anybody at any level can do OTF, even with pre existing conditions. Exercises can modified and both coaches that I mainly have sessions with are good at motivation, but will not bully into pushing to the point of murder. The other members, in my experience, are not lunks, aiming to be "our best selves." If you want to class it up and sweat it out sign on up. Tootsie rolls not included!

OTF is the way to go! The heart rate monitor is extremely helpful and not to mention a huge motivation to keep moving. The workout environment is comforting, yet clean and cool. Our instructor, Chris, was motivating and helpful throughout the full workout. The idea behind points and being able to see your certain score at the end of the workout makes you want to work even harder! Such a great experience at the Farragut location!

The instructors here are very informative, take time out of their workout and listen to really guide you and let you know how you're doing and what you're doing. It was my first class today and I definitely feel at home by both the instructor and participants.
I really got a vibe for their EPOC method which you'll understand and get into in a training session or review. I am waiting now to see how my body responds to it but the music was great as well! I know that should be a given but not always talked about.
The location is very convenient and close to West Knoxville locations. Parking should be ample if you come to the early sessions but afternoon sessions you might have to walk a little, but that should be OK since you are trying to get a workout.
Be prepared to either buy or rent the heart rate monitor as this is needed for this class and essential for your well-being in progress. ($5 or $70). They have both gender bathrooms as well as the family restroom equipped with a shower. This is very convenient after workouts however with it only being one you might or might not get lucky with being able to shower in a timely manner.
The establishment was small and homey yet did not feel too cliquey like some other gym and exercise studio locations. I don't think that you will be disappointed if you're really looking for a challenge. Happy orange theory

The staff and trainers are energetic, enthusiastic, supportive and non- judgmental! My wife and I are just starting . The trainers correct your form to protect you all the while giving you great support. Thumbs up! High fives! You go at your pace but the more you push the more you feel the gains! I'm not an athletic type, I don't normally look forward to working out. especially when I was up 40 pounds. I lacked the motivation to research workouts and do them on my own, so I procrastinated and the weight continued. OTF changed that. I was able to find the motivation to just get there, they did the rest. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get through the 60 minutes, but I did. Not well the at first, but it got better. It is better, to the point I actually look forward to each 5am workout. 3 months in and I'm down 34lbs. I've gained a place that I love, that has some amazing people who are passionate about their members. For the first time in my life I now have workout goals, all thanks to Orange Theory Fitness.

Was traveling down to Saint Helena Island, SC in June and made a stop in Knoxville for the night.I was excited to workout at another orangetheory for the first time. I work at one in Wisconsin, but they treated me just like one of their members. Bash was a great coach, and my partner and I won the partner challenge for the workout. Going to OrangeTheory Fitness Knoxville has been life changing for me. The workout is terrific! I am in so much better shape in the 10 months I have been going. I could barely walk the treadmill sections and now I am running them! The trainers are extraordinary! There are several things about Orange Theory Fitness Knoxvile that make it a really great experience. The workout is awesome, really awesome! It constantly changes so it is always fresh and challenging and is an incredibly efficient workout that thrashes calories! The entire OTF team is fabulous, friendly, helpful and poised with great attitudes. The trainers each have their own way of motivating, pushing and encouraging class participants to get the most out of every workout. The members are also great, supportive and fun to workout with. Oh and the facility is uber clean (a big factor!) Add all of that to the results I am seeing in my strength, ability and body and OTF ticks all the boxes!

The first thing that I want to tell you is that it is just plain fun!! I have had the best personal trainers in Knoxville. I was a bit skeptical when I first joined Orange Theory. My first concern was, how in the world can an instructor do a good job managing 20+ people that are working out. My response to that now is - you need to go see how they do for yourself! Very impressive! The instructors may correct your form if it needs it or your technique. The instructors may compliment you on how well you are doing, which is always nice to hear. The instructors at Orange Theory are awesome! Friendly, supportive, and there for you if you have any questions. The front desk staff and the owner are always there for you too. They keep the place clean which is important to me. They get five stars from me without hesitation. If and when I have to miss a day working out there, it is a disappointment to me. I look forward to going to Orange Theory every time that I go. My recommendation to you is go check it out for yourself - but leave a spot for me! π. Working out is great for your physical, mental and emotional health!!!!

Orangetheory Fitness has changed the way I workout for the better. I no longer walk in a gym and wonder what will I do, why am I here, will this even work? Instead I am greeted by a wonderful and supportive staff that coach me through a high intensity workout. In the beginning I was extremely out of shape, I could hardly finish the workout. I did not leave discouraged though. I was and still am surrounded by people who are on the same journey to improve everyday. I started in July @ 266 lbs. and now I am roughly 30 lbs. lighter, I feel stronger, have more energy, and overall feel better about myself. I have further to go on my journey and I now feel confident I have found the best method to get me to the finish line. I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness to ANYONE looking to improve their fitness level.

I am not a gym person, but I love this gym. The workouts are always different and interesting, and the trainers always show and encourage low-impact adaptations for those who need them. The heart-rate training gives me a goal to work for every time I exercise there, which is great inspiration.
I also appreciate the community. From the people who check us in at the front desk, to the trainers, to the other people I work out with, the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. In addition, the trainers have coordinated weight-loss challenges, breast cancer awareness challenges, 5K teams, and special holiday workouts (like Thanksgiving Gut Busters and the Twelve Days of Fitness). It's a great place!

I am not a gym person, but somehow ended up joining Orangetheory in July 2015. Even stranger, it turns out that I truly love it!
I started out as a walker, and now regularly run - and I mean RUN! - during classes. I noticed increased muscle tone in a period of 2-3 weeks after starting the class (I typically go about twice a week).
What I love about Orangetheory:
- no class is ever the same
- the trainers are upbeat, encouraging, knowledgeable, caring. Most of the trainers know me by name.
- they play great music!
- very, very clean facility, and we wipe down equipment after every class
- visible results
- I feel great after a workout and can tell that my cardio health has improved drastically
- lots of different class times. I am not a morning person and love that I can get a workout in after I get off work. They also have good weekend class times.
- there are workarounds if you have an injury that prevents you from doing certain types of exercises
- they run contests to keep you motivated if you're trying to achieve a certain goal
- classes can accommodate the beginner to the advanced runner / exercise enthusiast. You can go at a pace that is right for your fitness level.
I highly recommend Orangetheory!

Great Program! Great Trainers! Clean!
I have worked out my entire adult life - 20 years. I first met the Orange Theory team at a 5k/10k/half they sponsored. I was extremely skeptical of the program when I first considered joining; other than yoga, I had never taken a group class.
Now, nearly five months later, I am a true believer in Orange Theory Fitness. I accomplish more in one hour than I did in an hour and a half following my own routine. I no longer spend time planning my morning work outs. When I hit the door at 5AM, my routine is planned for me. I no longer worry about over or under training a certain muscle group.
While I am generally in decent shape, my physique has not changed much. However, I have noticed two significant improvements: my body is less sore (I am 44) and I have shaved over 3 minutes off my 5k time (24 down to 21). I have noticed many, many of the other members lose significant amounts of body fat.
I highly recommend joining the club - or at minimum take advantage of the free trial.

Love getting my workout on at Orange Theory! In 60 minutes I get my cardio and strength training done and I'm ready to start my day. There are several different time options so I always find a way to squeeze it into my day and the awesome app allows for easy and fast booking. Staff are always fun, friendly, and upbeat! I recommend this for anyone wants a good and well rounded workout!
