Thought I signed up for a hot Pilates class but I accidentally signed up for this! I took the class anyways everyone seemed super nice and I was running late and they were still very nice and helpful. The class was very up beat and fun but also steady and chill,I got a great work out in and burned 770 calories 🤯

I've been an active member of many gyms over the decades, but NOTHING has come close to OT in Spring Hill! The scientifically designed workouts are superior to the stereotypical "going to the gym". My only regret about Orange Theory, is not knowing about it sooner.

I have worked out my entire life and OTF is, by far, the best and most enjoyable workout I’ve ever had! As a woman in her 60’s, I didn’t think I would be able to keep up, but you can set your own pace here and still get a great workout. I love that it’s a full body workout, too, with both cardio and weight bearing exercises, so it covers all the bases.

DO NOT TRY TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP--and do not believe 5 star reviews who haven't tried to cancel yet. Pay with cash if you can help it--DO NOT give them your credit card. Sadly, this is my first ever terrible review and if I could give them 0 stars, I would.

The last voicemail I left, I begged them to call me back and asked them to honor my 30 day cancellation when I called. I emailed/left voicemails and spoke to two separate staff members to try and cancel--I asked to have them email me the documents, which I finally got a hold of someone who shared, "I don't know why they didn't let you cancel via email?" I made sure to include on my 30 day cancellation doc that I've been trying to cancel since February 14th.

I spoke to their staff (twice) who said they'd have Grant their manager reach back out. Never heard once from Grant. While I loved the workout and the front staff were kind--I've been trying to cancel my membership for a whole month. Their manager does not call back, respond to emails, or return messages when you try to cancel a membership.

I was warned by another member of this same issue (not able to cancel & being charged over and over) but I really thought it was not the norm. IT IS.

Now, not only will I be disputing my credit card charge, I will also actively try to help folks not go through what many are going through behind the scenes.

Which means, I will NOT recommend the Spring Hill Orange Theory location to any of our clients, friends or honestly anyone who brings up working out at all. Bummer.

As a small business owner myself, customer service is everything. I believe they could actually get return clients if they had good customer service when we tried to cancel a membership.
P.S. Wish I'd read Jaylyne Fisher & Chelsey Wahlman's Google Reviews below BEFORE I tried to cancel.

OTF is such a great workout! As someone who gets bored easily at a regular gym, I love how quick paced the classes are. Switching movements constantly with different blocks helps the time fly by! The coaches are encouraging and play great music to pump you up! They help you to have the right form and feel confident. The front staff are welcoming and inviting. If you have given OTF a try, I highly suggest it!

This is a great workout no matter which studio you attend and that is the appeal of the brand. HOWEVER this is one of the friendliest, consistent, cleanest ones I have visited. I love the people and the motivation. Front desk staff, management, and coaches are always giving it their best.

Won’t be going back. Dealing with office questions or issues is a nightmare no one is authorized to do anything there’s very little education on how billing works .. if you cancel your membership due to a family emergency they don’t care they still charge you.
I haven’t been there since before Christmas told orange theory Spring Hill I couldn’t make any more classes the 2nd of January and said I need to cancel and was going to December but they were closed for holidays.
It’s taken orange theory 2 months almost to get back in touch with me regarding waving the fees for the month of January with them stringing me along saying that could be a possibility and it looks like katrina is going to approve this. It took me 6 times of calling and texting in 1 week to get ANY resolution just to be told no I’m not going to have the month of January waived even though I haven’t been there since the week before Christmas.

Other than that it was alright but overall experience is a 2/5 for those reasons..
Go there if you want to blow money and have a perfect life.

My friend and I are members of orange theory at a different location and it seems we always have issues the few times we've tried to work out at the Spring Hill location. Most recently when I showed up to class, they told me I had a late fee I needed to pay but I didn't have my credit card at that moment so they would not let me in to the class. I have the elite membership so I never have to pay late fees and my card is on file with my home location anyway. They were trying to charge money unnecessarily and didn't allow me to attend the class I had signed up for causing me to lose one of my 8 classes for the month. The front desk receptionist was short and rude and had zero costumer service towards a paying member. While I love orange theory, I would not go to this location.

This place is the best. If you're new to working out or have been consistent for years, it will challenge you to push yourself every day. There is a level for everyone and even if you're starting from 0, there is a place for you.

Beyond that, the community at Orangetheory Spring Hill is second to none. I have traveled to other studios and the team here is incredible. From the team checking you in at the front desk to the coaches, I am met with nothing but kindness. The coaches are so helpful in every class with form and encouragement. They even hold clinics that will help you in a certain areas (rower, weight floor, tread) if you're looking for extra help.

The members are incredible too and everyone is supportive. Whether you keep to yourself or are a social butterfly, everyone has a place and all are welcome!

I love that this studio fits to the members rather than making every member fit inside some predefined box. If you can't tell I love it here and have seen incredible results. I debated trying Orangetheory for a long time before doing it because I was intimidated, but trust me just give a try !

I’ve been a committed member of OTF Spring Hill since the summer of 2020. The staff are friendly and engaging. The current studio manager works hard to create a community at the studio. The members are supportive and encouraging. I love that I can just show up and someone holds me accountable towards my fitness goals. (Read: I don’t have to create my own workout) I’ve worked out through two pregnancies and have seen strength during those times and OTF has helped me regain my confidence post pregnancies too. I cannot recommend the workouts enough. They are modifiable to any workout level with room to level up as your fitness level increases.

This is the best workout in town. Great, friendly, very encouraging community. I used to work out at the Rec. center & would be so frustrated after getting up at 4 am for a 5 am class & all of the bikes would be full in spin class. Number 1 best thing about OTF is the app. I’m pre-booked & guaranteed a spot in class. The schedule of trainers is booked a month out. Pick & choose class times that work best with your schedule & know you have the spot in class. The app includes health, nutrition, & fitness tips for life! It has personal tracking information too.

I enjoy the member spotlight board in house for tidbits of information about the community. My pictures include December bingo. Studios have different challenges throughout the year to encourage you & give you a little extra prize to work for & make it more fun! I love bingo❣️

The OTF gear is quality & priced well. You can buy in house or online from corporate. The training comes from one class trainer. You’ll quickly learn life surrounds the endurance, strength & power philosophies. You run, row, rep. There are also spin bikes & an elliptical machine if you can’t or don’t want to use the treadmill. Every class is different. Buy the OT beat band for class tracking & your performance tracking. You are constantly working different muscles groups. The orange zone gets you your splats & that means you’ll have a longer after burn of calories. More sweat, more life!

I just celebrated my 500th class at this Spring Hill studio. With your membership you can attend any studio in the country & I have been to studios in more than five states. Take a free first class & give it a try!

Very friendly staff, & motivating & encouraging coaches! Love the health metrics used for getting a cardio fitness baseline and progressing from there within your personalized heart rate zones. This is an amazing gym!!! My favorite workout. I’ve been doing Orangetheory for about 4 years now. Started out in Franklin but when Spring Hill OTF opened I moved my membership and man am I glad I did. The staff is amazing!! The admin staff can help you get started and know everything. The coaches are supportive, in aggressive, and great people! The soundtracks are motivating, with a mix of rock, pop, rap, country, house, etc. it’s the best gym in town for anyone starting and nervous, or someone tired of working out by themselves and needing some accountability.

I wanna shout-out this specific Orange Theory and give the staff + coaches 5 stars. // While the OTF (EPOC) concept and workout templates are universally fantastic, the overall experience is exclusive to each studio. There are definitely differences in OTF locations! // The studio manager (Kayla) • coaches (Cole & Katelyn) and desk staff (specifically in the morning) in Spring Hill are top-notch, motivating, professional and set themselves apart from other studios I’ve visited. They care about the fitness journey; the staff has repeatedly gone out-of-their-way to push my athletic ability, plus accommodate and encourage the fitness goals I’ve set for myself.
