Our goal is to personally invest in our clients, therefore we provide detailed programs that meet the needs of each client individually. Because our Paragon Personal Trainers work with every client, we provide a wide spectrum of services to help clients reach their goals.

I'm an adult female and have worked out with Paragon for the past 15 months and really enjoyed it! My daughter works out with me and they have been very supportive, encouraging, and great at holding me accountable. I've made a lot of progress and feel very comfortable with them. It's great to work out in a private gym too, I feel much more comfortable! Great team to work with!

Jeremy and his team are great! They give true personal training. Jeremy sits down with you at the beginning to go over a plan and set realistic goals. They are there to go as in depth as you want to go. You can do the apps, food tracking, getting down to specifics or you can get good training and diet help. They’ll go as far down the rabbit hole as you want to go. Jeremy has hired excellent trainers that all know how to coach and engage in conversation while making sure you doing the right movements for the exercise. Paragon has a great atmosphere and the best equipment that is in pristine shape.

This is the place to get in shape and healthy. They work with you one one one. The staff is incredible and professional. Jeremy will help you with setting up your workout and getting you on the right nutritional path. He is not pushy and makes sure you are happy with the suggestions. We moved here from California and we have never experienced the one on one experience that we have at Paragon. The facility is second to none. Everything at Paragon is top notch from the equipment to the staff.

I can't say enough good things about Paragon--they quite literally changed my life. I've struggled with an eating disorder for years and haven't always had the best relationship with exercise. I was also clueless about strength training. They worked with me every step of the way to make sure what we were doing was beneficial to my mental and physical health and they were sensitive about my history which was very important to me. Aside from that, the facilities are incredible. They have top of the line equipment and the gym itself is so open and nice. All of the trainers are fantastic; I got the opportunity to work with everyone there at least once and never felt like I was getting an inferior work out. The best part about Paragon is how individualized the entire program is. They'll meet you where you're at, assess where you want to be, and tailor your plan to get you there. I wish I still lived in Nashville so I could still go there! But, I'm able to use the tools and skills I learned from them in my own workouts. I feel so much more confident in the gym now. I can't thank everyone at Paragon enough!

I ruptured a disk in my back three years ago and have struggled to find ‘normal’ again. I continued to tell myself, “As soon as my back feels better, I’m going to start working out again.” Month after month, year after year, I waited for my back to feel better...I even went through several months of physical therapy at one point and felt...well...ok at best.
Finally, one day I decided that maybe for my back to feel better, I would need to start working out. The thought terrified me because I could imagine the injuries I’ve had doing practically nothing. I worked out plenty when i was younger, but thinking about working out now gave me images of repeated injuries. I sought out to find someone that could give consideration to the issues with my back and at the same time strengthen my body to be able to function normal or even better!
I’ve driven by Paragon for a long time at least twice a day as I went to and from my office every day. I messaged them through their website and received an email within minutes. I set up an appointment to see Jeremy and it went great! I became a client on the spot.
Paragon is AMAZING! They have ‘held my hand’ when it needing holding, and they have ‘put a foot in my butt’ when I needed it. I have been seeing them for 8-9 months now and feel better than I’ve felt since I was in my late 20’s / early 30’s. I don’t cringe when I bend over to pick something up. I don’t wonder as I lay in my bed just waking up if my back is going to hurt when I sit up. I don’t have to tell my kids that “dad can’t pick you up right now”, “dad can’t play right now”, “dad needs to lay down”, or any of that! There is no price I wouldn’t pay for that, and Paragon helped make that happen!
If you’re thinking about it, quit thinking and call or email or go in. Just...get...started!

Jeremy and Kristen Hughes along with the rest of the staff at Paragon, do an amazing job. They tailor training and nutrition programs for each individual's abilities and goals. Their results are amazing. I've seen the results in my son, who started training with them when he was a sophomore in high school to improve his strength and endurance for football. He's now a rising sophomore college football player. The change in him, his dedication to fitness and nutrition has been incredible to watch. I have been going to Paragon for a few months now. I have never enjoyed exercise, but I genuinely look forward to my workout at Paragon and they've even managed to get me doing some cardio. I know I will feel better when I leave then when I got there. Every trainer is a pleasure to work with and has their own unique approach. The environment is very welcoming.

I first looked at joining paragon fitness a year ago and it took me a year of trying other diets and workouts before I came back and made the commitment to invest in myself. I quickly regretted not having signed up the first time. My results have been amazing and I feel so great! I have lost 4.2% body fat. I have added 12 pounds of lean mass. I have lost 5 lbs of fat. It has drastically increased my metabolism from increasing my daily calorie intake by about 700-800 calories. All of this in less than 5 weeks. I can’t imagine my results in another 5 weeks! The one on one is so comforting and it gives me the strength to push myself further each time. I feel like we are in it together during that hour and I don’t want to let them down so in return I get amazing results. I feel like this new lifestyle changed my life like nothing I’ve ever done before. I have done the expensive diets with low calories and lost muscle doing those. This program has me feeling muscles in places I’ve not felt in years. The environment is not intimidating at all! There are people of all ages and ranges of fitness levels there but during my hour it’s maybe one other person working out with another trainer. I was scared my first day because I felt so weak but they never made me feel bad about myself. They encourage and help me excel beyond what I thought I was capable of. So I definitely recommend checking this place out and making the change to a better you.

I am 77 years old and Paragon through Jeremy as my trainer has worked miracles in my life. In 5 weeks I have lost 5 lbs of fat and gained at lest 1 pound of muscles. I follow Paragon's food plan. I am no longer always hungry yet I keep loosing weight. I no longer need suspenders to keep my pants up. What more can a man ask for at my age! I am truly grateful to be in such a professional environment.

Jeremy has improved my overall health by not only our strengthening exercises, but also his approach to stretching. My shoulders and knees feel so much better than before I started working with Jeremy. He is always encouraging me with diet and cardio. We talk about real life health; what's going on now and goals for a long term health. Attention is given to my personal workout needs. This is not your typically big box cookie cutter approach to strength & fitness.
