I came here for the first time two weeks ago to start the crossfit 101 training program. Tonight I had my first class. It has been a great experience for me so far. Everyone has been helpful, and friendly throughout. The trainers have been patient, and gone the extra mile to help me be ready to get out on the floor with the rest of the class. The other members have been very nice and polite. I chose this gym originally because it was close to home, and had a 5 am class. Everything I could need is there, and the atmosphere is great. Glad i came, and I'm looking forward to reaching my personal goals there.

The place is a run down dump!
OLD equipment
The sauna is disgusting,
bench broke and all. Machines are "waiting for parts" treadmill are so old they're peeling and the hr monitors don't work.
The locker rooms are NASTY
It needs a complete overhaul.
They claim there's a new owner..
You should close up, repair and then take new members. I'm going back to planet fitness! That place needs to be shut down!
Oh and if you leave a review on their Facebook page that is not to their liking .. you get bitched at by their hopped up employees. ( no joke!) This place IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
They charge more than planet fitness and they equipment is old, outdated and the place is falling apart!
If you want to workout on old equipment in a warehouse , hit up Craigslist you'll find the same crap there. Lastly, the half the staff are uneducated with the machines or even the inner workings of memberships. FIND A BETTER PLACE!
