Our athlete programs focus on developing speed, power, strength, agility, and mobility through individualized programming tailored to each athlete’s goals. Excellent customized training across a range of abilities and requirements. Very positive and encouraging. Greg works with my teenager and with me. It's been great for both of us in terms of physical and mental fitness. My daughter has been training with Greg at Peak Performance for a little over 4 months now. She plays travel softball and we were looking for ways to improve her strength, speed and agility. After a bit of a break from tournament play, she just had her first set of games this fall. She went 7 for 11 with 3 walks, 5 rbi's and 5 stolen bases. She made great plays in the field as well. Not only does training with Greg give her that extra power, speed and burst, it also is giving her more confidence. Our experience with Greg at Peak Performance has been wonderful! My sons, ages 10 and 13, have done 2x per week sessions for over three months now. We have definitely noticed positive gains in their strength, agility, and speed. The boys enjoy their time with Greg and respect him. He has taken the time to get to know them each and customize their workouts plans. More importantly, Greg has helped them gain confidence and puts emphasis on not only being the best athlete they can be but on being mentally tough and an athlete with character. My kids talk about how much they like Greg and how he takes time with them and he makes them feel comfortable to ask questions or for help. My oldest did a trial at one of the bigger gyms in Knoxville and said he did not have the same experience. Greg has been great at keeping us as parents updated on our kids’ progress as well which we greatly appreciate. We highly recommend Greg at Peak Performance!
