My wife and I have been training with Ranie for over a year now. She is a terrific pilates instructor, who listens to your needs. Every class has a new challenge, which makes the lesson enjoyable and unique.

I started doing pilates about 6 months ago with Ranie, and she has helped me tremendously. She goes above and beyond to help and teach her clients, and she is super flexible with scheduling. She is extremely knowledgeable with an extensive background in dance as well as CrossFit. I always look forward to going to class with her; it is one of the highlights of my week. She has helped improve my back pain from 14 years of sports and has helped me gain back my flexibility and core strength. She cares about her clients as a whole, physically and personally. Could not recommend someone better for you to go to.

Pilates has been such a big blessing these past two years.
I met Ranie the summer before my Junior year in high school. She welcomed me in with open arms and she encouraged me like I was her own. As a dancer also, she was able to relate to the physical demand that dance brings. Ranie helped me train with a specific focus on what I need to work on to be the best I can be, and she helped me recover after long weekends of dance. I could not be more grateful for the impact pilates and Ranie has had on my life. My time with Pilates Core and More has changed my life as dancer and I honestly do not know what my life would look like without this experience.

I have been working with Ranie for over two years. In addition to Pilates being incredible for the core and overall toning, she has also helped me work through and heal a shoulder injury and plantar fasciitis. She is friendly, fun and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

One year ago I was suffering from intense knee pain. Anyone that knows me knows that I fell all the time, I had horrible balance, I had back pain. As a last resort, because I didn’t want to have knee surgery, I tried Pilates.
After searching I found Pilates and More run by Ranie Jones
I was not expecting for my life to be changed.
I found someone that took on all my issues and made them her own.
My body has changed so much.
I am stronger.
I am confident.
I never knew that when I walked into her studio would I find a life long friend but that is just a bonus.
She’s provides a place for me to feel safe.
We laugh constantly.
She is my champion, my encourager, my accountability partner, among several other things.
Pilates and Ranie have truly changed my life! ❤️

From the moment I walked up to the door for my (first ever!) Pilates session, I knew I was in good hands. Ranie has a gift, and it’s calming and healing just being in her presence and in her studio. I was in a very vulnerable state, trying something new…. And flexibility is NOT a “strength” of mine, so that added to my fears of Pilates. Ranie provided all the modifications I needed and showed me that I could do more than I thought I could. By the end of my session, I felt both relaxed and worked. I gained significant range of motion in my spine and my legs in just one session. I look forward to many more with her!
If you’re on the fence about trying Pilates, just go! You won’t regret it and you’ll feel so much better afterwards!

Our daughter began training with Ranie six weeks ago. As a pediatric physical therapist, I had tried several treatment techniques to decrease our daughter’s significant back pain from progressive scoliosis. However, pilates training with Ranie helped our daughter more than any other treatment to the point that she has been able to return to dance. Ranie is an absolute joy, and her studio is such a clean and peaceful space! Our son and I have now started sessions (his focus for for soccer and karate and mine for general health). If there was a 10 star review, Ranie would have it! ❤️

I love my weekly Pilates Session with Ranie! I show up stiff and feeling rigid, and maybe even stressed some times ...but I leave feeling flexible, relaxed, and more limber. It’s an integral part of my week!
